VALLEY – “LAST BIRTHDAY” MUSIC VIDEO

The up-and-coming alt-pop band Valley released their 70s romcom virtuoso music video for “Last Birthday,” via Capitol Records. Emulating a reminiscent, retro vibe throughout, the music video was shot on 16mm film and directed by Dylan Mitro. Through the video, the natural harmony between the group was on full affect. Watch the dynamic new music video HERE.

The Rolling Stone India raved about “Last Birthday,” stating, “[Last Birthday] works because the quartet add a level of earnestness to the understated production in few ways records do these days.” The song is apart of Valley’s EP The After Party that was released early January. Listen to The After Party EP HERE.

The band has dominated the live music scene in the past year, roaming around playing shows across North America. Valley embarked on their first American festival shows this past summer, selling out venues with COIN boarding an impressive 17-date North American tour. They closed out the end of 2021 with a hometown performance at The Opera House in Toronto.

Valley is now prepping for their ‘I’ll Be With You Tour,’ that features 30 dates throughout North America. With tickets almost completely sold out, you’ll want to head over to Valley’s website to snatch the last ones left (see tour dates below). They, too, revealed their involvement in this years Governors Ball in New York. Valley connects with the likes of Halsey, Roddy Rich and Tove Lo on Saturday June 11 at Citi Field. About Valley

Consisting of artists Rob Laska, Karah James, Mickey Brandolino and Alex DiMauro, Valley has been growing their presence in the industry over the past two years. Their music allows the band to form a personable connection with their fans. Specializing in the realm of alternative pop, the Toronto group of four crafts music that captivates their audiences with a modern touch. They came together by random chance, when a home studio accidentally booked them together. Originally Mike and Karah performed together, as did Rob and Alex.

They became one, identifying that together they could produce self-written and produced projects, like their EP The Room is White (2016), their debut album MAYBE (2019) and the EP sucks to see you doing better (2020). Throughout 2020, they were brought together with Lennon Stella and The Band CAMINO on tours throughout North America. In 2020, Valley also received a Juno Award nomination for “Breakthrough Group of the Year.” Last Birthday, the groups most recent EP, was released via Capitol Records while they connected with COIN for a North American tour. The band is embodied by Kevin “Chief” Zaruk/Simon Tikhman with The Core Entertainment and DaLyn Bauman/Patrizia Levin with Align Management.
