TAP Air Portugal is bringing back its “Book With Confidence” program for next two weeks to support travelers from the US who are unsure about making flight bookings for the next few months.
TAP will offer free re-booking for all new tickets booked from July 1-15, for travel through October 31.
While the European Union is limiting arrivals from the US to those on essential or professional travel, or who are Portuguese citizens, residents and their family members, TAP is continuing to reinstate flights this month from Newark, Boston, Miami and Toronto – including two new nonstop routes to the Azores from Boston and Toronto.
A new Montreal-Lisbon service also starts on August 1. All three new routes are currently on sale, through July 8, with a 25 percent discount using a promo code.
US residents who are not Portuguese citizens or residents who travel for essential reasons must provide a negative COVID-19 test, taken within the previous 72 hours a rule which also applies to transit passengers connecting through Lisbon.
The “Book with Confidence” offer means that a one-time rebooking is free of charge on all flights operated by TAP, applicable on Discount, Basic, Classic and Executive fare products, but does not include any difference in fares or taxes for the new flight. For more information, click here.
