2019 III Points Line-Up

III Points will return for its sixth and largest installment on February 15-17, 2019 in Miami. The nation’s leading exhibitions and event production, media, and marketer for the global fine art community, Redwood Media Group, announces a unique and newly formed partnership with Mana Wynwood. Red Dot Miami is a curated gallery-only contemporary art show. Now in its 13th year, it will be located inside Mana Wynwood. Red Dot Miami presents ILLUMINATE as the curatorial theme for this year’s show. From works that inspire awe and wonder to sweeping series that reveal fresh trends to artists who throw light on the roots of imagination through unlimited creativity, Red Dot Miami features more than 75 galleries representing over 500 leading contemporary artists from primary and secondary markets worldwide. On the other side we have Spectrum Miami, which presents more of an upscale and urban curated contemporary art show. Now in its 8th year, it will be located adjacent to Red Dot Miami at Mana Wynwood. Spectrum Miami will offer special programs and site specific exhibitions that showcase the thriving art landscape of the city, informed by the 2018 curatorial theme ALLURE. MIAMI, FL—December 13, 2017—III Points caps off 2017 with a successful Art Basel Concert Series. The fifth installment of the annual series brought Björk and Wu-Tang Clan, as well as more than 7,500 fans over the course of the week, to Mana Wynwood.

Iconic Icelandic artist Björk’s December 5 DJ set—her first ever appearance in Florida—kicked off the series with a whirlwind, eclectic DJ set exploring her influences across a decades-spanning career. With selections including Fever Ray, Tekno Miles, Awalom Gebremariam and a remix of Whitney Houston’s classic “How Will I Know,” the set also featured a surprise appearance from collaborator Rabit.

Wu-Tang Clan, the legendary New York rap collective, assembled in Miami with full force, with RZA, GZA, Raekwon, Ghostface Killah, Inspectah Deck, Method Man, U-God, Masta Killa, and Cappadonna taking the stage at Mana on Saturday, December 9. The group played through their extensive catalog of hits, closing out this year’s series in explosive fashion.

III Points Announces Wu-Tang Clan during Art Basel

III Points will bring the legendary Wu-Tang Clan to Miami’s Mana Wynwood December 9. Originally slated to play the Off Weekend Festival in Virginia Key—unfortunately cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances—the group will now join III Points’ Art Basel Concert Series. Tickets are available here.

The announcement follows last week’s news that iconic Icelandic artist Björk will kick off the series on December 5 with a DJ set, also at Mana Wynwood—a 100,000 square foot warehouse at the heart of Miami’s vibrant Wynwood Arts District.
