Kash Doll has had an amazing year setting her up for her highly-anticipated debut album. She received a 2019 BET Award nomination for “Best Female Hip-Hop Artist,” toured the country with Meek Mill and received critical acclaim for “Ready Set” feat. Big Sean, which received coverage from Billboard, The FADER, Complex, MTV, HotNewHipHop and more.

Detroit native Kash Doll has impacted the music industry with a commanding force, dropping street-earned truths with her throwback wordplay and powerful bars. The one-two combination of spirit and sass announced her as fiery female force in 2019 after quietly amassing 30 million-plus on-demand streams, garnering the BMI Social Star Award and “Issa Wave Award” at the BET Social Awards, securing a new management deal with Title 9 Productions and inking a recording contract with Republic Records. An unbelievable story brought her to this point. Losing her dad on just her first birthday, she always held down multiple jobs to support her mom and siblings. And at 18, she started investing in herself eventually opening two beauty bars and funding her own music career. She made waves on the 2014 independent debut mixtape, Keisha Vs. Kash Doll. Following 2016’s Trapped In The Dollhouse, she developed a presence as a touring force and earned coveted co-signs from Drake, Big Sean, Rick Ross, Remy Ma, and many more. The 2018 The Vault mixtape captured #1 on multiple mixtape sites as her debut single for Republic Records “Ice Me Out” and its 2 Chainz-assisted official remix clocked 85 million-plus total streams. Last year, Kash Doll also released a project solely for her fans titled Brat Mail to thank them for all their continued support. The project garnered over 27 million global streams and features the break out single “Check.” Shortly before Brat Mail, Kash released one of her biggest singles to date, “For Everybody,” which racked up over 101 million YouTube/VEVO views independently. Outside of music, this boss runs Kash Doll Enterprises and does charity work around her hometown. Her city bestowed the “Spirit of Detroit” Award upon her.

Baby Goth took her talents to Instagram, and over the course of a few years developed a sizable following thanks to her aesthetic and infectious series of covers, reaching the radar of the renowned Hitway Recordings in Los Angeles. Her EP BabyGoth introduces the world to a tangible artist whose music comes with a message with a mix of feelgood, emotional and manifestation songs. In addition to mental health awareness, Baby hopes to discuss subjects like medicinal marijuana, BDSM, and sexuality in her music. KEMBA

It makes perfect sense Kemba calls The Bronx—the birthplace of hip-hop—home. He literally carries the genre with him everywhere. Making a name for himself as a fan favorite under the name of YC The Cynic, he dropped a series of lauded projects and songs from 2010 through 2013. Adopting the moniker Kemba, he ignited his rise with the album Negus. In addition to a highly cited interview on Real Late W/Peter Rosenberg, he joined Kendrick Lamar on stage during an American Express-sponsored concert live-streamed online. He kept his head down and continued writing just as any true hip-hop hero would.

As part of his recent inclusion on the XXL “Freshman Cover,” the outlet proclaimed him “one of the hottest new acts in the game” and claimed “the 22-year-old rapper has drawn comparisons to legends like E-40 and Juvenile due to the off-kilter flow that finds him rapping against the current of whatever beat he’s on.” Echoing this sentiment, Complex wrote, “his cadence—skittering and almost comical—doesn’t fit neatly into the current (or past) landscape of hip-hop. But that’s exactly what makes him so interesting.”

Detroit rapper Kash Doll is on a serious roll. Her new album Stacked came out on October 4 and features songs with Lil Wayne, Big Sean, Trey Songz, Teyana Taylor, Summer Walker and more. This summer, she received a BET Award nomination for “Best Female Hip-Hop Artist” and earlier this year she toured the country with Meek Mill.

Detroit native Kash Doll has impacted the music industry with a commanding force, dropping street-earned truths with her throwback wordplay and powerful bars. The one-two combination of spirit and sass announced her as fiery female force in 2019 after quietly amassing 30 million-plus on-demand streams, garnering the BMI Social Star Award and “Issa Wave Award” at the BET Social Awards, and inking a deal with Republic Records. The 2018 The Vault mixtape captured #1 on multiple mixtape sites as her debut single for Republic Records “Ice Me Out” and its 2 Chainz-assisted official remix clocked 18 million-plus total streams. Last year, Kash Doll also released a project solely for her fans titled Brat Mail to thank them for all their continued support. The project garnered over 23 million global streams and features the break out single “Check.” Shortly before Brat Mail, Kash released one of her biggest singles to date, “For Everybody,” which racked up over 10 million YouTube/VEVO views independently. She is fresh off a BET Award nomination for “Best Female Hip-Hop Artist,” touring the country with Meek Mill and just had her major music release “Kitten” featuring none other than the legendary hip-hop icon Lil Wayne.
