X Ambassadors “Orion”

Multi-platinum selling rock band X Ambassadors released their new album ORION June 14th on KIDinaKORNER/Interscope Records.  X Ambassadors worked with a crew of trusted producers among them Ricky Reed, Andrew Wells, Jayson DeZuzio,  and Rodney Jerkins, on their sophomore release. The band released “BOOM,” the first track off ORION in January and leading up to the new album gave fans a taste of what’s to come with the songs “HEY CHILD” and current single “HOLD YOU DOWN.”

X Ambassadors will perform album release shows in five cities (Boston, New York, Toronto, St. Louis and Chicago) where they will showcase new material from ORION plus fan favorites. The band recently announced a fall headline tour. For a complete list of tour dates, and to purchase tickets, visit  www.xambassadors.com.

X Ambassadors‘ debut platinum selling album VHS saw the band transition from Ithaca alt-rockers and Brooklyn indie scene outsiders, to Billboard stalwarts. The album was an intimate insight into Sam Harris and his brother Casey Harris’ youth studded with audio snippets from home movies, and early recording sessions and sound checks. With it, came the genre-defining hits “Unsteady” and “Renegades,” a three-year global touring odyssey and a string of high-profile festival performances. Harris’ songwriting became increasingly personal resulting in the shattering, shimmering 2018 singles “JOYFUL” and “Don’t Stay” followed by a North American headline tour. Always looking to give back to the community that raised them X Ambassadors returned to Ithaca for the second annual Cayuga Sound Festival this past September creating and curating two days of musical performances and raising money for local charities.  In 2019 X Ambassadors released “BOOM,” a quick-fire anthem for emphatic recovery and personal revolutions. The artwork for “BOOM” is written in Braille and designed in a yellow-on-black colorway. For Casey Harris, the band’s keyboardist and Sam Harris’ brother, who was born blind, it is the first physical manifestation of his work that he has been able to experience visually. He has just 10% of his vision.

Kim Petras “All I Do Is Cry”

Kim Petras has released her latest single “All I Do Is Cry,” a vulnerable, trap-infused confessional that mourns the loss of a recent relationship. PRESS HERE to listen.

With the North American leg of her first-ever headline tour selling out during pre-sale and her European leg selling out during on-sale, Kim has moved many of her Broken Tour performances to larger venues, including all European dates. The tour, which kicks off in Nashville on June 11, will see Kim hit major cities in the U.S. and Europe including New York, London, Paris, Los Angeles, and Berlin. Following a performance at the sold-out World Pride NYC this June 29, the European leg will begin in August with appearances at Leeds Festival and Manchester Pride. PRESS HERE for live updates and tickets, available now.

“All I Do Is Cry” follows on the heels of “Broken” (PRESS HERE to listen), which catapulted into the Top 10 on the iTunes Pop Chart and introduced a more grounded, personal sound for Kim, blending her trademark pop with trap beats and elements of hip-hop. Kim also recently released singles “Blow It All,” “Got My Number,” and “Sweet Spot.”

Kim is set to continue a trajectory that saw her recognized as one of music’s most promising new artists, Kim has accumulated over 140 million global streams, broke into Top 40 radio with her pop hit “Heart to Break,” and opened for Troye Sivan‘s nationwide tour.

Earlier this year, Kim headlined Sydney Mardi Gras and sold out her first headline shows in New York City, Los Angeles, Sydney, and Melbourne. While in Australia, she also made a pop-up appearance to perform alongside Rita Ora on her Phoenix World Tour. She was also recently nominated for GLAAD’s Outstanding Music Artist award.

From her #1 Spotify Global Viral 50 bop “I Don’t Want It At All” to her Top 40 radio hitHeart to Break,” Kim‘s undeniable voice and string of irresistible singles have earned her recognition as one to watch by the likes of NY Times, Billboard, Paper, V Magazine, Noisey, Out, I-D, Refinery29, Popcrush and many more. Chosen as a Spotify RISE artist, Kim became one of New York Fashion Week’s most buzzed-about names, released her critically-acclaimed, Halloween-inspired mixtape TURN OFF THE LIGHT, VOL. 1 featuring Elvira, and joined Charli XCX on her Pop 2mixtape before collaborating with Cheat Codes on “Feeling of Falling.”

Harry Hudson Drops Video For “Just Slide”

Harry Hudson unveiled the video for his latest single “Just Slide” feat. Jaden Smith —watch and share HERE. “Just Slide” was produced by notable producers Mike Dean [Kanye West, JAY-Z, Travis Scott, 2Pac], Jess Jackson [Tyga, Jason Derulo, Chris Brown] and John Ho [Danity Kane, Kimbra]. The video was filmed in Biloxi, MS, Toronto, ON, Salt Lake City, UT and Calabasas, CA while Harry was on his headlining Can Cowboys Cry Tour last fall.

Of the video, Harry says, “It’s a continuation of the Can Cowboys Cry saga with an unexpected and surreal twist. The story will continue in the next chapter of the journey and my next project.”

“Just Slide” sets the stage for new music from Harry Hudson in 2019.

25-year-old “Folk Pop” artist Harry Hudson was born in New Jersey but moved to the west coast at a young age. The singer released his first song, “World Is Gone,” online in 2013. However, during June of that year, Hudson was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and set his career aside to undergo treatment. After eight months of chemotherapy, he overcame the illness in January 2014. Hudson spent the subsequent year rediscovering his inspirations and got to work writing his debut release. Last year, Hudson released Yesterday’s Tomorrow Night, which features his breakout singles, “Yellow Lights” and “Cry For Love,” and blends Hudson’s signature pop Americana sound with folk and rock influences. In support of Yesterday’s Tomorrow Night, Hudson debuted his 16 minute short film, Can Cowboys Cry, featuring his friend and fellow MSFTS member Jaden Smith, as well as his songs “Yellow Lights,” “Cry For Love,” “Gone” and “No Good.” Last fall, Harry embarked on his first ever headlining tour, selling out shows across North America.
