The soundtrack to the third season of Josh Wakely’s animated Netflix original series Beat Bugs released on November 16th as announced by Republic Records. The soundtrack release comes after the Beat Bugs Season 3 debut on Netflix which premiered back in November 9th.

Following the success of the first 2 seasons and a 48-minute special on Netflix, Season 3 attracted a myriad of talent to reimagine classics by The Beatles for a new generation. Yusuf/Cat Stevens recorded “Here Comes The Sun,” while rising Vermont indie pop troubadour Noah Kahan delivered a show-stopping rendition of “You Won’t See Me.” Samantha Gongol of Marian Hill takes on the classic “Let It Be,” Chloe Kohanski adds millennial sunshine to “A Day In The Life,” and Welshly Arms amplify the rock ‘n’ roll gusto of “Revolution.”

The Emmy®-winning series and its music have garnered widespread critical praise. Beat Bugs was created by Wakely, following a groundbreaking deal with Sony/ATV Music Publishing, and is produced by his Grace: a storytelling company. Wakely personally selected each of these songs for his integration into the series’ episodes and was closely involved in the music’s production, arranging and mixing. Conrad Vernon (Shrek 2, Monsters vs. Aliens, Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted) and Greg Tiernan (Thomas & Friends, Day of the Diesels) direct a voice cast led by Golden Globe winner Oscar Isaac (Star Wars: The Last Jedi, Annihilation) as Gomez Addams, Academy Award winner Charlize Theron (Atomic Blonde, Mad Max: Fury Road) as Morticia Addams, Chloë Grace Moretz (The Miseducation of Cameron Post, If I Stay) as Wednesday Addams, Finn Wolfhard (It, Netflix’s Stranger Things) as Pugsley Addams, Nick Kroll (Big Mouth, Sing) as Uncle Fester, Bette Midler (Hocus Pocus, Beaches) as Grandmama and Academy Award winner Allison Janney (I, Tonya) as the family’s arch nemesis Margaux Needler.
Vernon and Tiernan co-direct from Matt Lieberman’s screenplay based on the Charles Addams’ iconic cartoon series. The film will be produced by Vernon with Gail Berman, via her shingle The Jackal Group, and Alex Schwartz. It will be executive produced by Andrew Mittman, Kevin Miserocchi and Joe Earley. Tabitha Shick, MGM’s Executive Director, Worldwide Motion Pictures is overseeing the project on behalf of the studio. CG Animation and digital visual effects production is underway in Vancouver at Cinesite Studios, one of the world’s most highly respected independent digital entertainment companies.
Based on the famous New Yorker creations of Charles Addams, this animated action-comedy will follow the Addams family whose lives begin to unravel when they face-off against a crafty reality-TV host while also preparing for their extended family to arrive for a major celebration, Addams-style.

Morticia, devilishly devoted to her husband and children, is the pale glue that holds her clan together. Gomez, debonair, sinister and passionately in love with his wife, is enthusiastic about whatever dreadful scheme he’s cooked up. Wednesday is a brilliant and sinister teenage girl with long braids and dead-pan wit. Pugsley, a menacing 10 year old on over-drive, enjoys getting into any kind of dreadful mischief he can find. Mad Uncle Fester is good natured, merry and likes to create mayhem any way he can. Grandmama is smitten with her grandchildren who enjoy her cookies shaped like bats and skulls. Margaux Needler, the reality TV makeover queen, is consumed with a desire for absolute suburban, pastel perfection.
The Addams Family are a satirical inversion of the ideal American family; an eccentric, wealthy clan who delight in the macabre and are unaware that people find them bizarre or frightening. They originally appeared as an unrelated group of 150 single panel cartoons by Addams, about half of which were originally published in The New Yorker between debuting in 1938 and Addams’ 1988 death. They have since been adapted to other media, including the well-known television series, a series of live-action films, and most recently a Broadway musical.

The creators and cast of the Netflix original series DreamWorks Voltron Legendary Defender offered fans at New York Comic Con an exclusive sneak peek inside the upcoming season in advance of it’s October 13 premiere.
During the panel, a fan asked Kimberly to choose between Shiro and Lance. She refused to answer on behalf of Princess Allura. But as Kimberly Brooks goes she’s Shiro all the way!
Season 4 kicks off with Shiro back at the Castleship and Keith making a choice that causes a rift between him and Team Voltron. As Allura and team focus on building the Voltron Coalition, Prince Lotor’s plans start to take shape.
Giving an exclusive look inside the upcoming season, executive producer Joaquim Dos Santos, co-executive producer Lauren Montgomery, Josh Keaton (voice of Shiro), A.J. Locascio (voice of Prince Lotor), Kimberly Brooks (voice of Allura) and panel moderator EW’s Chancellor Agard discussed several teasers shown to the jam-packed audience. Among the clips screened for fans, the cast and crew offered a sneak peek into what Prince Lotor has in store for the paladins this season.
The new clip finds Lotor and his generals flying towards a secret inter-reality gate located on the ruins of Planet Daibazaal. By entering the gate, Lotor hopes to pierce the rift between realities and gather enough Quintessence to satisfy, not only the entire Galra Empire, but his own desires for galactic conquest as well.
Additional clips screened look into the tension between Keith and Shiro struggling to determine who should lead Team Voltron, Pidge furthering her quest to find her family, and Allura and Coran in a serious mixup while trying to satisfy their newly discovered love of milkshakes.
