Sinners Beware in the Ghost Rider #1 Trailer !

New York, NY- September 6, 2019 – The devil’s bounty hunter returns!
Ghost Rider streaks out of the underworld on his flaming motorcycle –
with a skull to match – in an all-new ongoing series. Now, take one
hell of a ride in a new trailer featuring Editor in Chief C.B.
Cebulski, Assistant Editor Chris Robinson and Writer Ed Brisson!
Following his shocking accession, Johnny Blaze is now the king of the
underworld! What challenges does a hero face when he presides over the
worst humanity – and inhumanity – has to offer? While Blaze acts as
demonic warden down below, fellow Ghost Rider Danny Ketch is tasked
with collecting souls above. How does Ketch cope with being forced to
serve in a role he despises?
“One thing we’re really diving into is what this really means to [the
Ghost Riders’] lives,” says Brisson.
“What is the Spirit of Vengeance? Where does it come from? Why does it
possess certain people and not others?…What’s the mythos of the Ghost
Rider character? Those are the questions that we’re going to answer in
this series for fans, finally,” promises Cebulski.
Ghost Rider #1 arrives on October 2 in comic shops, on the Marvel
Comics App and on

The Crown Netflix

The Crown Instagram

Ah, yes. The Royal Family, but wait. We’re not talking about Prince William and Prince Harry. As a matter of fact, we’re talking about Netflix’s “The Crown.”

If you haven’t watched it yet it’s definitely one to binge watch on. Although the new season is not premiering  until next year, travel-hungry folks can gain the first hand experience of the show’s Royal Family by booking a trip with CIE Tours.

As the cast films their third season, it’s the perfect time for fans to be a part of the action with a CIE Guided Tour.

Breathtakingly beautiful locations such as Westminister Abbey, Windsor Castle, and Kensington Palace are the perfect places where your adventure-seeking heart desires to experience the royal treatment as British natives help guide you around.

The Royal Family-related tours include Best of Britain and Rockin’ Britain. Best of Britain starts off at the Windsor Castle where you then move onto historic York, then Edingburgh for castle exploration and traditional Scottish evening entertainment. Last but not least, the tour ends in London to explore Megan’s new hometown.

If that tour didn’t suit your fancy then the Rockin’ Britain may be more of your taste. The tour starts in London where you then visit the glorious London Tower. It ends at the Kensington Palace which is, of course, the beautiful former home of Princess Diana.

Isn’t it about time your passport gets another stamp anyways? Get on that plane and up, up, and away you go!

Bermuda Triangle releases new song

Today, Bermuda Triangle shared a new original song, Till The End Of Days. Vocalists Brittany Howard, Becca Mancari and Jesse Lafser shine on the tender track, which was written by Lafser. Stream/download Till The End Of Days.

Jesse Lafser says, It’s about friendship, itߣs about love, it’s about the Triangle. This one goes out to my past life brothers.

Bermuda Triangle will headline Colony in Woodstock, NY on July 25 and the Music Hall of Williamsburg in Brooklyn on July 26. Festival performances include XPoNential in Camden, NJ (July 27) and the Newport Folk Festival in Newport, RI (July 29). To purchase tickets, visit www.BermudaTriangleBand.com.

Earlier this week, the trio performed on World Cafe. The segment is now available for streaming HERE.

Till The End Of Days follows Bermuda Triangle’s earlier releases, Rosey and Suzanne. Rolling Stone observed,The first served as the trio’s debut and marries gentle strings with rich vocal harmonies, while the latter, featuring Howard on lead vocals, incorporates a healthy dose of soul and even a bit of bossa nova, with jazzy minor chords and a propulsive programmed beat. Stream Rosey and Suzanne HERE.

The SF Weekly, reviewing Bermuda Triangle’s January 2018 show in San Francisco, praised the warm, front porch ambiance of the evening and noted, While the songs performed felt polished, they did all carry the energy of an impromptu group singalong ߝ just one where every member of said group is a phenomenally beautiful singerߪThis band is not simply the sum of their songs. They are not only the angelic highs of their voices bound in unisonߪWhat they are in fact are three friends in search of a porch.

The artists have also been busy with their individual endeavors. Becca Mancari’s debut album, Good Woman, was named by Rolling Stone as one of the top Americana/Country albums of 2017. Jesse Lafser’s follow-up to 2015ߣs Raised On the Plains is due out later this year. Alabama ShakesBrittany Howard recently performed at the Jazz Foundation Of America’s A Great Night In Harlem gala and inducted Sister Rosetta Tharpe into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame at the 2018 ceremony.

Florence + the Machine x Big God

Florence + the Machine unveil a new song, “Big God,” and video today—watch it, choreographed by Akram Khan and Florence and directed by Autumn de Wilde, HERE. “Big God” is the third track to be released from Florence + the Machine’s hugely anticipated fourth studio album High As Hope, out June 29 on Republic Records.

Listen to Big God HERE.

Watch the music video HERE.

Says Florence:

‘Big God’ was written about that feeling when someone has not replied to your text, the modern phenomenon of ‘Ghosting’ which is one of my favourite words but not my favourite feeling. I was describing it to someone and they said to me ‘You need a big god’, as if the need in me were so cavernous, it would take something enormous to fill it. Probably something bigger than a text message.

It’s always been a very physical song. I saw a dance piece in my head as I was writing it, so to co choreograph something with Akram Khan was a huge honour. Autumn de Wilde fully understood what I was trying to do. The power of the desire within the void, left with yourself to rage and wonder and really it is yourself you are raging against. Not the ghost.

Akram Khan adds:

For me, this encounter with Florence and her powerful song somehow navigated itself towards the element—water. But the direction of the dance also became a resistance to all things that wish to oppress, a sort of protest dance and yet a celebratory one towards a new found freedom.

Furthermore, the band have added additional shows to their 23-city North American fall headline tour, including second nights at Los Angeles’ Hollywood Bowl September 26, Washington, D.C.’s The Anthem October 6 and New York’s Barclays Center October 10. Tickets are available to the public Friday, June 29, with pre-sales beginning Monday, June 25. Previously announced dates—on sale now—include Seattle, Portland, Nashville, Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, Chicago and more. Visit florenceandthemachine.net for more information.

High As Hope was co-produced by Florence and Emile Haynie and features contributions from Kamasi Washington, Sampha, Tobias Jesso JrKelsey Lu, Jamie xx and Thomas Barlett. Watch the A.G. Rojas-directed video for first official single “Hunger” here.

A JOVIAL JASHN FOR A JAUNTY COLLEGE

Superheroes walking the corridors, live art performances, a car show, and a DJ night. What sounds like a unforgettable music festival was the star attraction of the Dubai International Academic City where its annual event titled Jashn was celebrated.

Literally translating to ‘celebration’, JASHN 2018 stepped up to the occasion by centering on a theme that seemed to be at the tip of everyone’s tongue-comic books and movies. The Dubai Campus of BITS Pilani raised the bar once again by setting up one of the most elaborate stages in the region inviting the best to showcase their skills. And with the atmosphere of Marvel and DC to drive the festivities, the event proved to be a great crowd-puller for students and teens.

The inaugural ceremony occurred on the 16th of April and was marked by a musical evening by the musicians of the campus followed by a stage play round and a fashion show by the group called Drape. To conclude the evening in a round of laughter and splits, popular Indian comic Biswa Kalyan took to the stage and left the audience wanting for more.

The second day for was an energetic extension with further competitions defined by quizzes, musicals, musical battles and a lot more.

The next day attracted a great crowd for the detective themed scavenge hunt titled ‘CSI’ followed by instrumental competitions, dancing doubles, a fashion show round and a guest performance by the artist Rooh. All the while, the crowd outside were being entertained by a high octane road show featuring the best cars.

But the level had to be raised further as the campus closed the event with a awe-inspiring round of competitions attracting students with an artistic touch with a solo stage play round, a poetry slam competition, a group dance show off and finally a DJ performance by the duo Sunburn-Siana Caherine and Zephyrtone.

JASHN 2018 La Comic Fiesta had achieved the same mass appeal of the very comic  brands it endorsed and plans on scaling new heights with the coming years. You can find out more here.
