R&B star Summer Walker (LVRN/Interscope Records) has just announced the release of her new EP, Life on Earth. The emotionally-charged five track project is an exciting treat for fans who have come to anticipate the singer’s impressive vocals and heartfelt lyricism. The EP opens and closes with solo tracks, “Let It Go” and “Deeper,” while the remaining cuts feature appearances by NO1-NOAH and PARTYNEXTDOOR. Summer recently invited fans to an exclusive RSVP-only listening event in advance of the EP’s release. The socially safe UFO Listening Experience, sponsored by Amazon Music, allowed for the songstress’ music to air over a secret radio frequency at a private location in Atlanta. Life on Earth is Summer’s first release since her 2019 debut album Over It. The critically acclaimed platinum record featured several hits, including the RIAA Gold single, “Come Thru” featuring Usher and the 2x platinum lead single, “Playing Games.” The album launched the First and Last Tour which included a series of sold out shows across London and the US. The Atlanta native has continued to generate buzz over the years while still reeling from the success of her 2x platinum breakout single, “Girls Need Love” from her 2018 mixtape Last Day of Summer.
