Last year, Stefflon Don went from strength-to-strength to cement her reputation as London’s most formidable young talent. From winning Best Female at the MOBO Awards to Best Newcomer at this year’s NME, the Clapton-raised star continued to defy expectations, managing to release both the gritty Skepta-featured track Ding-A-Ling as well as the anthemic dancehall of her debut single Hurtin’ Me (which saw the artist land her first top 10 single). Less than six months later and Stefflon Don has world domination in her sights; having recently covered both ES Magazine as well as the last ever issue of NME, gone platinum on Hurtin Me (1.5m singles sold), amassed a monstrous 225M worldwide streams. With recent collaborations with the likes of Future, Quavo, Big Sean, Halsey, Ne-Yo, Bebe Rexha, Jeremih, MC Fioti, Niska and Calvin Harris, there seems to be nowhere Stefflon Don can’t go.
Senseless builds and builds on what Stefflon Don fans love her for; insanely catchy pop hooks and her utterly unique Jamaican flow with a strong female point of view. The track is set to be inescapable this year and will no doubt catapult Stefflon Don even further into the global mainstream. This summer Stefflon Don will be joining G-Eazy on his upcoming UK tour as well as appearing at festivals across Europe, the UK and US including the Radio 1’s Biggest Weekend and Capital’s Summertime Ball.
