The menu featured bing bread with ricotta and Chili Crunch, as well as his signature fried chicken. These dishes were paired with Purely Sedona Water, Cooper’s Hawk Wine including their Lux Sparkling Wine, Beer from Santa Monica Brew Works while SAG Gala partygoers sipped on specialty cocktails featuring Redbreast 12YO Irish Whiskey (Redbreast 12YO Old Fashioned), Codigo 1530 Reposado and Silver Tequila (Codigo 1530 Perfect Margarita), and Absolut Cosmo martinis, as well as highlighted Pernod Ricard USA portfolio liquors inclusive of Malfy Gin, MALIBU Original, Del Maguey Vida Mezcal and Jefferson’s Bourbon.
