Today, following their initial partnership in 2020, Reebok and street culture publication SNEEZE Magazine have announced two collaborative iterations of the ‘80s-inspired LT Court sneaker taking cues from vintage ‘90s skate shoes. The SNEEZE x Reebok LT Court ($120, GW9607/GW9514) are available beginning July 8 exclusively from SNEEZE followed by a wider global release beginning July 15 from Reebok.com and select retailers.
Within its picture-heavy pages, SNEEZE Magazine offers an authentic guide to modern street and skate culture. Its continued pursuit of inclusive storytelling and ‘good vibes’ makes SNEEZE an ideal partner for Reebok.
“Collaborating on a shoe isn’t easy,” commented SNEEZE. “It’s a lot of work putting something out there that we would be stoked to wear ourselves. We’ve had a nice run with Reebok and the shoes always turn out better than expected.”
Made with the same attention to detail as an ‘80s Reebok Court model and offered in black/white (GW9607) and green/chalk (GW9514) colorways, the SNEEZE x Reebok LT Court feels as if it were taken straight from vintage Reebok catalogs. The design utilizes an all-over suede upper with contrast stitching, while carrying forward OG Reebok design characteristics – a deconstructed toe box, proper foam packaging, vintage logos – and cup sole tooling inspired by iconic Reebok multi-part molds.
“The angles of it are dynamic,” concluded SNEEZE. “Its stance has an attack to it, but it’s also very chill and looks really good on a skater.”
The collaboration is brought to life visually by photographer Joel Meinholz (@iamyourvillain) with creative (HERE) featuring Miami skateboarder Rezza Honarvar (@rexdollas).
SNEEZE and Reebok first came together in spring of 2020 for a subtle rendition of Reebok’s iconic Club C from which all sales benefitted #BlackLivesMatter.
