Philippe Mauron, with almost 30 years of experience, is a veteran in the hospitality industry. He has held directorial positions, mainly in food and beverage, at various destination properties in Southeast Asia and is currently serving as the General Manager of Fairfield by Marriott Phnom Penh.

At the 4-star property, he’s proud to be a part of this innovative establishment: The Winds Skybar & Lounge on the 44-45th floors with panoramic views of the entire city, an infinity pool on the 28th floor, 24-hour fitness facility, and a business center with floor-ceiling windows. Soon, the lodge will open its 5 floors of retail stores with indoor parking, featuring Karl Lagerfeld, a bank, and additional commercial space for businesses.
