CraigRobins and MathieuLeBozec host a celebration in honor of the
many talents that fuel the Miami Design District
(Craig Robins, Jeffrey Deitch)
On Monday, December 4th, just in time for Miami Art Week, Craig Robins and Mathieu Le Bozec hosted a cocktail to celebrate the Miami Design District’s much anticipated design and architectural debut, Paradise Plaza, anchored by iconic architectural structures designed by Johnston Marklee, Daly Genik, FreelandBuck, MOS and Tolila + Gilliland. The plaza debuts along with several new public art installations, openings, pop-up exhibitions and one-of-a-kind site-specific building facades as part of the neighborhood’s most recent phase of development. The unique architectural structures and recent Gucci and Creed openings in the plaza served as a beautiful backdrop for the evening.
Surrounded by inspiring art, luxury, culture and architecture, guests celebrated the talents that fuel the Miami Design District. Remarks from Craig Robins opened the celebration while guests enjoyed light bites and cocktails.
The event was held from 5:00pm-7:00pm at Paradise Plaza in Miami’s Design District.

ABOUT MIAMI DESIGN DISTRICT
The Miami Design District is a one-of-a-kind neighborhood that combines luxury shopping, galleries, museums, design stores, restaurants and major art and design installations all within an architecturally significant context. The Miami Design District is owned and operated by Miami Design District Associates, a partnership between Dacra, founded and owned by visionary entrepreneur Craig Robins, and L Real Estate, a global real estate development and investment fund, specializing in creating luxury shopping destinations. In 2017, the Miami Design District is expanding dramatically, with new restaurants and luxury boutiques opening in the distinctive, walkable neighborhood that welcomes and encourages innovation. As Miami becomes increasingly known for its own rich culture, the growth of the Miami Design District further reflects how the city is deserving of its place on the global stage.
