San Francisco Extends Protected Bike Lane Following the tragic and preventable death of a cyclist in San Francisco, organizations like the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition successfully urged the city to extend protected bike lanes last week. Lime mobilized our riders to send letters to the SFMTA and our staff attended a rally outside City Hall.

Lime Links Mexico City Riders to Public Transit
64.2% of micromobility riders in Mexico City reported using Lime scooters to transport themselves to or from public transit last month. With Mexico City commuters spending an average of 218 hours stuck in traffic last year, there’s promise that micromiblity can replace car trips.

NYC’s Transit Equity Crisis
The largest city in the United States is in the midst of a transit equity crisis, and micromoblity could be the solution. According to our findings, the availability of dock-free bikes and scooters throughout New York City would put 1.5 million more New Yorkers within a 10-minute walk, bike or scoot of a subway line.
Juicer Program Turns One
Lime’s Juicer Program, which gives local residents in all Lime-S markets the freedom to make money on their own schedule by collecting, charging and redeploying our electric scooters, celebrated one year in action this month. We collected some incredible stories from our Juicers.
SXSW Lime Riders Donate to Austin Nonprofits
Lime’s charitable donation program, Lime Hero, had a significant spike during SXSW festival in Austin, TX. We saw a 91% increase in Austin donations compared to the weekly average, along with an 82% uplift in riders participating in the program!
