GRAMMY Award-nominated rapper Joyner Lucas premieres a thought-provoking collaboration with Bronx superstar Lil Tjay. Joyner Lucas X Lil Tjay’s “Dreams Unfold” is available now via Lucas’ own Twenty Nine Music Group label at all DSPs and streaming services. Directed by Ben Proulx and Joyner Lucas, “Dreams Unfold” is a satirical take on the influence of today’s hip-hop culture on their young impressionable fans. Children watch in awe as their role models glorify sex, drugs and violence. When shown from the point of view of the kids, the message is most clear: let’s be better role models.
On September 5th, Joyner Lucas presented Joyner Fest in his hometown of Worcester, Massachusetts. He will be performing alongside Lil Skies and Milliz at The Palladium Outdoors. Tickets are available for purchase HERE.
“Dreams Unfold” follows the Worcester rapper’s collaboration with Lil Baby, “Ramen & OJ,” which topped out on Spotify’s RapCaviar playlist with Joyner as the cover and currently has over 60 million streams on Spotify. Moreover, fans can also enjoy Lucas’ track “Shoot My Shot” on the official Space Jam 2 Soundtrack. His latest album, EVOLUTION, is available now at all DSPs and streaming services via Twenty Nine Music Group/TheOrchard. The album includes such tracks as “Like A River (Feat. Elijah James),” “Snitch,” and “Fall Slowly (Feat. Ashanti),” all joined by official music videos streaming now at YouTube.
“Dreams Unfold” is a fully independent production, created with the groundbreaking artists platform, Tully, with distribution with Twenty Nine Music Group. Co-founded by Lucas and manager/technology entrepreneur Dhruv Joshi, the Tully Platform empowers Artists and Artist Management teams to control their workflows while managing work product and studio assets in one place. By reducing his overheads, Lucas was able to put all his focus and the power of his team behind the track’s creation to create a truly one-of-a-kind collaboration. Lucas hopes to inspire other independent artists to do it their own way going forward. Tully is available now via Apple’s App Store and Google Play; for more information, please click HERE.
