Indi Star (16) was born and raised in Boston with 2 slightly older siblings, her sister, 18 years old, is a recent cosmetology grad, and her brother, 20 years old, is in college as a coder. All were homeschooled, and it’s apparent that their design acumen has rubbed off on her. After all, she’s an ingenue with an immense sense of style. This fashionistas is clearly poised to become a pop icon, following the buzzworthy track Hurt A Little.
She was able to develop her sound during a writing camp with her music producer of eight years by breaking into group sessions. We were all extremely excited when we heard her latest single. Indi’s insatiable desire to become an entertainer is evident even though she’s a social media maverick. Many of us gravitate towards her because of her maturity and sense of self, which has been featured in a plethora of edgy fashion magazines. Knowing what she wants and how to achieve it will keep her on track towards becoming a superstar.
This past February at PFW, she was able to attend a handful of Parisian presentations that captivated her undivided. Her focus is on launching her own capsule in the near future, which she is mostly intrigued and motivated to do.
Fast forward to NYFW where she got to sit in the front row with a NY Times mention in tow. She’s definitely on one remarkable ride.
