Marking its 25th anniversary in 2022, In Villas Veritas was founded by Laura Blair at the urging of her high-net-worth friends, who had long been relying on her expertise in finding the perfect villa or hideaway in America, Europe, the Caribbean, or Asia. 360 Magazine is excited to see how two huge companies work together.
An American born in Paris and raised internationally, Blair specializes in securing private access to villas, houses, castles, schlosses, and hideaways not listed on the plethora of standard vacation-rental websites. “My goal is to find the ideal location and property for my clients, as opposed to shoehorning them into a villa that just might happen to be available,” says Blair. “This is why we vet all of our properties personally because knowing the property and region is the only way to ensure guests’ total delight.”
IVV lists villas and exclusive homes throughout the Caribbean, the United States, Central America and Europe, and also specializes in making private islands in Europe, the Caribbean and the Maldives available to its clients.
“Finding the ideal destination for our travelers is an art,” says Blair, “because one must take into account the client’s home environment, expectations, taste levels, security requirements, activity levels, and staffing needs. The breathtaking beachfront villa with mediocre staff is just not something I am prepared to countenance.” IVV’s niche is one that seeks to service only the most discriminating and demanding clients.
