Halsey’s If I Can’t Have Love, I Want Power – hailed as their best album yet by Pitchfork and Vulture and as “one of the best albums of the year”; by Billboard – debuts at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Current Albums chart, marking their third consecutive release to top the tally.
