RELEASE EYE-POPPING VIDEO FOR “FUEGO” FT. TAINY
Today marks the release of the fire-filled video for “Fuego” by DJ Snake, Sean Paul & Anitta ft. Tainy — a track from multi-platinum producer DJ Snake’s dynamic new album Carte Blanche. Directed by Colin Tilley (an award-winning filmmaker known for his work with Kendrick Lamar, Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, and Justin Timberlake), the video stars DJ Snake alongside legendary Jamaican artist Sean Paul and Brazilian singer/songwriter/actress Anitta.

The video for “Fuego” finds all three artists entering a dark and fiery underworld resembling an old circus, complete with mirror mazes, fire tunnels, and shadowy forests. It follows DJ Snake’s bright and colorful visual for “Loco Contigo” (with J. Balvin & Tyga), a bilingual summer anthem also featured on Carte Blanche. Since premiering in June, “Loco Contigo” has amassed over 153 million streams on YouTube and emerged as one of Spotify’s most streamed songs of the summer. Watch the video HERE.
A leading artist in the new generation of Latin American music, Anitta is the biggest-ever global female pop star to come from Brazil. To date, she’s amassed over 40 million Instagram followers and 12-plus million YouTube subscribers, garnering more than 3.8 billion views. Named among the world’s 15th most influential musicians on social media by Billboard, she released her latest album (the trilingual KISSES) in April 2019 and is now at work on her first completely English solo album.
Hailing from St. Andrew, Jamaica, dancehall superstar Sean Paul broke into the pop mainstream with his double-platinum, Grammy Award-winning 2002 album Dutty Rock. With nearly all of his albums so far nominated in the Best Reggae Album category at the Grammy Awards, his past releases also include Full Frequency — a chart-topping 2014 album featuring guest spots from such artists as Nicki Minaj and 2 Chainz. Earlier this year, he earned a nomination in the Favorite Crossover Artist category at the Latin American Music Awards.
Along with “Fuego” and “Loco Contigo,” Carte Blanche includes the triple-platinum single “Taki Taki” ft. Selena Gomez, Ozuna & Cardi B (DJ Snake’s second global #1 record), “Enzo” (a collaboration with Sheck Wes, featuring Offset, 21 Savage & Gucci Mane), and the India-inspired club smash “Magenta Riddim.” Released in July, the album is the second full-length from DJ Snake.
