FISHER Releases “You Little Beauty”

Grammy -nominated DJ and producer FISHER has dropped new single “You Little Beauty,” released today, May 10th. Listen to the track HERE.

The track, which samples the vocals of late disco and house legend Loleatta Holloway, is released via the Australian artist’s own Catch & Release label and Astralwerks. The track evoked a particularly strong reaction when dropped in the midst of FISHER’s massively well-received set at Coachella last month.

“You Little Beauty” marks the larger-than-life character’s first release of 2019, following on from last years “Losing It.” An instant hit, the track has now racked up more than 66 million Spotify streams.

This preceded a sold out Catch & Release party at Miami Music Week, and FISHER’s summer is shaping up to be just as busy. With slots at Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas and Movement Detroit before the end of the month, he will then embark on an extensive European tour, taking in Parklife, Lovebox, Leeds & Reading, and more.

FISHER is also set to partner with Solardo and Camelphat for a brand-new weekly Ibiza residency. Titled Bodyworks, they will take over Hï Ibiza every Tuesday from June 25th to September 24th.

Known for his wild sense of humor and energetic DJing style, FISHER first burst onto the US electronic scene with tracks “Stop It” and “Ya Kidding” and has since become one of the scene’s most in- demand talents.

Arriving just in time for summer, “You Little Beauty” has all the makings of a track set to take both charts and dance floors by storm.

Adidas X Kid Cudi

Adidas has officially confirmed its partnership with Kid Cudi, with a product set to be released later this year. No stranger to the brand Kid Cudi’s collaborative efforts with the Three Stripes began in 2018 with the release of the TRESC run. This was just the beginning of the relationship as Adidas has confirmed more footwear and apparel is coming soon.

The partnership was announced Saturday morning with cryptic wheat pastings across Miami (where Cudi will headline this weekend’s Rolling Loud festival), Los Angeles, and New York. The graphic depicts a feminine half head with a burning moon inside and will be present on all upcoming Adidas x Kid Cudi product. Beyond the product, the partnership will provide a platform to share the positive impact that creativity can have on mental wellness through music, art, and design.

Bene Drops “Evil Spider”

Hailing from the suburbs of Auckland, 19-year-old indie pop artist Bene returns with her latest single “Evil Spider,” out today—listen HERE! Coming off the heels of her Gold-Certified hit “Soaked,” the up and coming singer and songwriter also announces her upcoming debut EP is set for release on June 28.
 
Of “Evil Spider,” Bene says, “‘Evil Spider’ is about wanting someone that’s already taken. When writing the song, I didn’t wanna make the lyrics too obviously evil, so I thought I’d turn myself into the spider, making it a lil lighter and making the song revolve around me weaving webs to lure the person, catch ‘em like a spider then reel them in. I remember humming ‘Incy Wincy Spider’ in the studio, which inspired the playful vibe of the song.”
 
Bene has emerged as New Zealand’s artist to watch with her chart-topping hit “Soaked,” which quickly climbed Spotify’s Viral Charts, accumulated over 17 million streams to date, charted on Australia’s Triple J radio’s Hottest 100 of 2018 and held the number one spot on New Zealand’s Shazam Top 100 for two months, not to mention achieved Gold Certification in New Zealand and Australia.
