Martin Fritsches, President & CEO , Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, NA LLC

“Today’s inauguration marks a key moment for Rolls-Royce in the Americas. The studio offers clients throughout the region a slice of Rolls-Royce within easy reach. This investment addresses the rising engagement from regional clients, challenging our designers to create our most exciting and intricate commissions yet. Private Office New York brings to mind the magical environment of Goodwood, enhancing the brand experience for our clients.”

Chris Brownridge, Chief Executive Officer , Rolls-Royce Motor Cars

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars today unveiled Private Office New York, joining centers in Shanghai and Dubai. The exclusive studio, overlooking New York City’s Meatpacking District, is available by appointment to North American clients and dealers.

Bespoke customization, the hallmark of Rolls-Royce, increasingly adds value beyond a model’s starting price. Private Office New York provides an authentic setting for clients to explore design possibilities. For the first time, U.S.-based designers will help clients realize their visions, emphasizing value creation over commission volume.

As clients initiate commissions with authorized dealers, the Bespoke team determines which projects require Private Office support. Designers use physical samples to create initial concepts, sparking creative dialogue. The studio’s luxurious space, featuring authentic materials and colors, nurtures clients’ creativity.

Private Office New York will also highlight future Rolls-Royce Private Collections. These exclusive, themed collections highlight the Bespoke Collective’s artistry, with each project extending inspiring narratives through craft, design, and engineering.

The office complements local dealership experiences, exploring each client’s unique lifestyle, preferences, and needs. Designers assess requests, color palettes, and moods through formal and casual interviews. Clients can share personal items or images to infuse their personality into designs.

Housing a vast array of samples—fabrics, paints, leathers, and textiles in diverse colors and finishes—Private Office New York equips designers with cutting-edge technology to present materials, techniques, and ideas before commission finalization.

New York City, particularly Manhattan’s Meatpacking District, was chosen for its accessibility to top clients and dealers across North America. This vibrant area, known for boutiques, exclusive restaurants, and hotels, blends industrial charm with contemporary sophistication, attracting those seeking pinnacle luxury experiences.

As Rolls-Royce’s largest market for two decades, North America has seen a dramatic increase in Bespoke complexity and creativity over the past three years. Private Office New York aims to further elevate the value of each commission in this key region.

Lamborghini Iron Lynx

Grosjean returns to SC63 alongside Caldarelli and Cairoli for penultimate Endurance round of the year

Lamborghini Iron Lynx returns to the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship this weekend for the penultimate round of the Michelin Endurance Cup (MEC) at the iconic Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

Having contested the previous MEC round at Watkins Glen with a two-driver line-up, Lamborghini Iron Lynx returns to full capacity this weekend as Romain Grosjean teams up with fellow factory drivers Matteo Cairoli and Andrea Caldarelli in the #63 Lamborghini SC63. The trio last raced together at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, where they finished a creditable 13.

Despite their race ending in retirement due to a cooling issue with the SC63, Caldarelli and Cairoli were able to showcase the improved performance of the #63 car in the Sahlen’s 6 Hours of the Glen in June. The car recorded its best qualifying performance of the season so far and ran strongly inside the top five during the race, running as high as third due to good strategic calls amid changeable weather conditions.

The GT Daytona (GTD) line-ups remain unchanged, with Sarah Bovy, Rahel Frey, and Michelle Gatting again joining forces in the #83 Iron Dames Lamborghini Huracán GT3 EVO2. Fresh off the back of a podium finish in the Sprint race at Virginia International Raceway last month, the #78 Forte Racing Huracán of Loris Spinelli and Misha Goikhberg is once again completed with the addition of Devlin DeFrancesco. Meanwhile, in the other full season entry, Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America regular Graham Doyle returns to the #45 Wayne Taylor Racing with Andretti car alongside Kyle Marcelli and Danny Formal.

Due to a calendar clash with the Fanatec GT World Challenge Endurance Cup race at Monza, the #19 Iron Lynx Lamborghini Huracán GT3 EVO2 features a revised driver line-up this weekend, with DTM regulars Maximilian Paul and Luca Engstler joining the team, the latter making his IMSA debut. The German duo are both members of Lamborghini Squadra Corse’s young driver talent pool, with Paul an official Young Professional Driver and Engstler part of the GT3 Junior Driver roster.

Track Description

The Indianapolis Road Course is a 14-turn, 2.439-mile (3.925km) track which starts and finishes on the famous main straight – running in the opposite direction – of the Speedway, crossing the line of bricks which gives the venue its nickname, the Brickyard. A narrow and technical track, there are three big braking areas, namely the first turn where the cars arrive at maximum terminal speed and turn seven following the high-speed chicane of turns five and six and the backstraight. Overtaking and negotiating lapped traffic will likely cause a few headaches during the race, particularly in the final sector. Additionally, with a lap-time of just over 70-seconds, quick pit work and effective strategy will play a key role in staying on the lead lap for as long as possible.

Q&A with Romain Grosjean (#63 Lamborghini Iron Lynx)

How keen are you to get back in the car after missing Watkins Glen?

“I’m very excited to be back in the car this weekend, I kept an eye on Watkins and the recent WEC round at COTA, but I was able to get a bit of a refresher in the SC63 with the tyre test at COTA. But I’m very keen to get back, IMSA is a great championship with really high competition, and I know the track very well.”

What are the main challenges of the Indy Road Course and what is the key to a good lap-time?

“It’s a very flat track, and it has a lot of big braking zones into slow-speed corners, so this is quite a big challenge. And then the 7, 8, 9 sequence of corners is quite tricky, so you need to use a lot of kerbs. I think the flat nature of the track should help us a bit compared to the bumpy tracks we’ve been at before at Sebring.”

You’ve done well at this track before in IndyCar, what are you hoping to achieve in IMSA?

“The aim is to keep improving the car and continue the development and learning curve this weekend. I think we are getting better and better, and so the objective is to try and get the best result we can with this beautiful car in Indy.”

How do you assess the first season with the SC63 so far?

“The reliability has been one of the biggest strengths of the car which is great. I think we have a very good baseline to develop for the future; of course, there are a few things which all of us drivers and engineers want to see on the car going forward but overall, I would say that it has been a very positive team with the entire Lamborghini Squadra Corse team.”

60 YEARS OF GOLDFINGER PHANTOM

A TIMELESS BOND OF LUXURY AND LEGEND

  • Rolls-Royce Motor Cars celebrates 60 years of the iconic James Bond film, Goldfinger
  • 1937 Rolls-Royce Phantom III used by film’s villain, Auric Goldfinger, to smuggle gold
  • Perfectly suited to the task: powerful Phantom III was the first ever V12 Rolls-Royce
  • Phantom III was the final model that Henry Royce developed before his death in 1933
  • Rolls-Royce will be making a special announcement on 25 October

“Today marks the 60th anniversary of Phantom’s most memorable big-screen debut in the 1964 James Bond film, Goldfinger. The 1937 Rolls-Royce Phantom III Sedanca de Ville used in the film is both the perfect accomplice for its villain, Auric Goldfinger, and an enduring muse within our brand. The model used also holds a special place in the Rolls-Royce canon as it was the final motor car personally developed by our visionary founder, Sir Henry Royce. I look forward to announcing a brilliant new chapter in this story imminently.”

Chris Brownridge, Chief Executive Officer, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars

“This is gold, Mr. Bond. All my life, I’ve been in love with its color, its brilliance, its divine heaviness.”

Auric Goldfinger, Auric Enterprises

Rolls-Royce motor cars have featured in a dozen James Bond films throughout the film franchise’s history. However, the marque’s most enduring and memorable role is in the 007 Goldfinger.

This cinematic classic came to define the essential qualities of a Bond film; the design, the locations, the gadgets, and the eccentric adversary. Today, on the anniversary of the film’s premiere on 17 September 1964, Rolls-Royce explores the story of Goldfinger and the British icon that featured in it – the Rolls-Royce Phantom.

The film sees eponymous villain, Auric Goldfinger, driven by his henchman, Oddjob, across Europe in an exquisite 1937 Rolls-Royce Phantom III Sedanca de Ville. The coachwork of this imperious motor car holds a secret – it is made from two tons of solid 18-carat gold, which Goldfinger is smuggling from England, across the continent and over the challenging Furka Pass into Switzerland. Once safely installed in Auric Enterprises, he uses his alpine smelting plant to disassemble his Rolls-Royce, melting down the body panels into gold bars. With the original coachwork replaced, he returns his motor car to England and repeats this nefarious crossing.

Goldfinger’s master plan, named ‘Operation Grand Slam’, is far more ambitious; he plans to irradiate the gold stored in the Fort Knox Bullion Depository with an atomic device, rendering it worthless, driving the value of his own reserves into the stratosphere.

Goldfinger’s choice of a Phantom III for smuggling gold is as brilliant as the precious metal that compels him. Its generous proportions allow for a significant amount of contraband to be concealed, and the gold’s ‘divine weight’ would do little to hinder this potent motor car’s performance, even on the demanding alpine roads. Phantom III was the first V12-powered Rolls-Royce in history, producing 165bhp from its 7.3-litre engine, a 37.5% increase in power from its predecessor, the 120bhp Phantom II.

Phantom III was also the last motor car to be developed by Henry Royce himself, prior to his death in 1933. It includes a number of innovations that would have greatly improved those smuggling runs for Goldfinger. Its suspension system incorporates fully adjustable hydraulic shock absorbers which can be controlled from the driver’s seat, allowing Oddjob to fine-tune the ride depending on whether the motor car was laden or not.

The specific motor car used by Goldfinger is equipped with an open front and enclosed rear ‘Sedanca de Ville’ – or Town Car – body by coachbuilders Barker. Its commanding presence prompts Bond himself to remark, “She’s a beauty… Phantom III ‘37, isn’t she?” as Oddjob loads Goldfinger’s signature gold golf club and harlequin umbrella into the boot outside Stoke Park, the private sporting estate where Bond first meets them.

Goldfinger’s Phantom III wears the numberplate ‘AU 1’, a reference to the chemical symbol for gold on the periodic table of elements. While this was an obvious choice for the filmmakers, its designation has more simple origins. AU was the original British numberplate code designating that a motor car had been registered in Nottingham and AU 1 was issued in 1901 for one of the first vehicles in the area. After being used in the film, it was subsequently transferred to other Rolls-Royce motor cars, following its big-screen debut.

Prior to its role in the film, this Phantom III was originally commissioned for American-born Huttleston Rogers Broughton, who settled in England and became the first Lord Fairhaven of Anglesey Abbey. Challenging the conventions of the time, it was painted almost entirely in black, including all lamp housings, bumpers, wheel discs and even the rear-view mirror surround. It included a white coachline, which highlighted the bonnet sides and top, and the chrome radiator shutters were sandblasted for a more subdued finish. The instruments included imperial and metric measurements, as it would be used by Lord Fairhaven on roads in Britain and Continental Europe. The motor car’s signature two-tone yellow and black finish was then applied for its appearance in Goldfinger.

At 14:00 BST, on 25 October, Rolls-Royce will open a new chapter in the ‘AU 1’ Phantom story, furthering the legacy of this extraordinary motor car, and Rolls-Royce’s connection to the James Bond film franchise.

As such, clients can now make use of Hedley Studios’ configurator to design their very own Bentley Blower Jnr, or choose from one of six carefully curated packs, each paying tribute to Bentley’s immersive and legendary history.

‘The Blue Pack’, for example, harks back to Woolf Barnato’s famous race against the Blue Train, from the Côte d’Azur to Calais, in which Barnato provided triumphant behind the wheel of his Bentley Speed Six. In a similar vein, ‘The Grey Pack’ pays tribute to the Speed Six that took victory at Le Mans in 1929 and 1930, before being converted by Barnato into road-going coupé finished in a visceral gunmetal grey.

The configurable Bentley Blower Jnr made its public debut at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance in California on Sunday, 18th August. As befits an event of upstanding

class and elegance, ‘The White Pack’ Bentley Blower Jnr was displayed at the House of Macallan. Complete in a stunning Old English White exterior paint, with a Cricket Ball leather interior, ‘The White Pack’ Blower Jnr promises to enthral guests and visitors with its sheer opulence.

Ben Hedley, Founder and CEO of Hedley Studios, commented: “Since we launched the Bentley Blower Jnr last year, its reception has continued to blow us away, and with all first editions sold out, we’re excited to launch the configurable options for the Blower Jnr. Craftsmanship lies at the heart of what we do, and giving clients the opportunity to curate their very own Bentley Blower Jnr through our online configurator provides a wonderful route into owning a slice of history, but with a very personal touch.

“Each configured pack we have on offer bears its own unique story and provenance, celebrating the great seminal moments and creations of the legendary Bentley brand. Therefore, it was only right that we unveiled these at an event of equal prestige, the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.”

Every vehicle produced by Hedley Studios is the result of hours of intricate and expert design and craftsmanship. Bugatti Type 35 + Bolide

A HISTORIC MEETING OF BUGATTI TRAILBLAZERS ON THE TRACK – THE TYPE 35 AND THE 100-YEAR ANNIVERSARY BOLIDE

A hallmark celebration of automotive excellence, Monterey Car Week affords the perfect occasion for the coming together of Bugatti legends past and present. A truly unique example of the marque’s new beacon for track-focused performance, the Bugatti Bolide, took to the gripping turns of the famous WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca for the very first time – and was joined by the legendary racing machine that inspired it. Celebrating a glorious century of achievement, the one-of-one Bolide 100-year anniversary edition is a spectacular testament to the legacy of the most successful racing car ever: the iconic Bugatti Type 35.

Basking in the warmth of the Californian sun, these remarkable vehicles shared the storied circuit’s hallowed asphalt – negotiating the world-famous Corkscrew and the thrilling elevation changes in a stunning spectacle of elegance and excitement.

Watched on with exhilaration by CEO of Bugatti Rimac, Mate Rimac; President, Christophe Piochon; Managing Director, Hendrik Malinowski; Director of Aftersales & Customer Service, Alexis Ploix and other Bugatti team members – the historic occasion marked the culmination of years of development, honoring the legacy of inspiration established by the Type 35.

With the Type 35 and anniversary-edition Bolide proudly displayed in the Bugatti garage, this emotive moment for the marque could be shared with the public – both vehicles resplendent in this coming together of history and innovation.

“Sharing the brand’s quintessential DNA, the Type 35 and Bolide are pure manifestations of Bugatti track-focused performance,” said Christophe Piochon, President of Bugatti Automobiles. “With the Bolide 100-year anniversary edition, we celebrate the arrival of an exquisite, track-driven homage to the Type 35 – a century on from its motor racing debut. It is incredibly emotional to see them take to such a legendary track at once. Together, they exquisitely represent how the fusion of elegance and speed has evolved in Bugatti creations through the century.”

From the moment its beautiful form stunned the automotive and motor racing worlds at the Grand Prix de Lyon, 3rd August 1924, it was evident that the Type 35 was destined to redefine perceptions of performance. Over its active career, the Type 35 earned over 2,500 victories in multiple disciplines; from road races and rallies, to speed trials and hill climbs, the Type 35’s incredible versatility was a fitting tribute to its ingenious design and endless pursuit of performance.

The livery of the special-edition Bolide, the 100-year anniversary edition, perfectly commemorates the unparalleled Type 35 and Bugatti’s rich racing heritage. The bespoke vehicle’s finish, ‘Grand Prix Blue’, is a new interpretation of the Type 35’s unmistakable ‘Bleu de Lyon’ – made famous by the first examples of the Type 35 racing at Lyon in 1924. It is one of a host of references acknowledging its incredible heritage in the world of motor racing.

Red-accented carbon on the exterior complements each of the legendary racing colors of nations competing in early Grand Prix racing. Hues including ‘French Racing Blue’, the rich green of British racers, the gleaming white of German competitors and the bold rosso of the Italians embellishes the fin connecting the rear wing to the rear panel.

Such exquisite touches continue within the special model’s cockpit. Finished in pure carbon, the center console features an aluminum-milled inlay replete in ‘engine turn’ finish, while supple leather unique to the anniversary edition Bolide adorns the seats and features throughout the cabin. The Type 35 centenary is marked with intricate 100 Anniversaire embosses in the headrests, complementing the anniversary decals on the side sill.

In an emotional touch paying homage to the incredible evolution represented by these precious models, the cockpit is complete with a beautifully intricate trackplate depicting the Type 35 and Bolide together in profile.

Currently in the process of training future Bugatti owners in the ways of the Bugatti Bolide and the nuances of a track car, Bugatti took the opportunity at Laguna Seca to host a personal briefing for a Bolide customer at one of the most revered tracks in the world. Eager to immerse themselves in the experience of owning the track-only Bugatti, the future Bolide owner was delighted to learn more about the car he is eager to sit behind the wheel of and emotional when he saw it hitting the Laguna Seca track.

This once-in-a-lifetime occasion, bringing legends together, embodied a stunning spectacle on the asphalt of Laguna Seca – a moment that will hold a special place in the marque’s story as a celebration of icons past and present.

The RUF Rodeo

The RUF Rodeo, the only off-road sports car with a carbon-monocoque platform inspired by the Western Americana aesthetic, touches down in California

Automotive manufacturer RUF Automobile is proud to present the RUF Rodeo at The Quail, a Motorsports Gathering, during Monterey Car Week. Following up on the concept Rodeo’s debut in 2020, the production 2025 Rodeo is based on RUF’s own carbon-fiber monocoque design with numerous enhancements designed for rough terrain.

Backing up the Rodeo’s chiseled design is an impressive collection of mechanicals. A fully adjustable all-wheel-drive system designed and engineered in-house by RUF allows the driver to vary power delivery from front to rear via a dedicated screen on the center console. The system is connected to a RUF six-speed manual transmission and limited-slip differentials front and rear. Power is supplied by a RUF-developed turbocharged 3.6-liter horizontally-opposed six-cylinder engine, developing 610 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque. The Rodeo’s carbon-fiber bodywork and monocoque structure ensure maximum rigidity and minimum mass with a curb weight of only 2,756 pounds. The structure is further reinforced by RUF’s Integrated Roll Cage, constructed from high-strength steel and firmly connected at four points to the vehicle’s monocoque.

A double-wishbone suspension with pushrod-actuated coil-overs and electronically adjustable dampers is utilized at all four corners. The system has been developed for off-road use, and the ride height increased to 9.5 inches. Forged center-lock wheels are wrapped in custom Goodyear all-terrain tires, measuring 235/55 R18 and wearing the RUF Rodeo logo prominently on their sidewalls. RUF’s advanced ceramic brakes provide stopping power. These mechanical ingredients have been designed and engineered with pure driving pleasure in mind, a tenant central to every RUF vehicle.

The interior of the Rodeo is meticulously crafted with a Western Americana theme, drawing heavy inspiration from the Ralph Lauren Ranch. The whimsical collection of patterns and colors extends to the seats, dashboard, doors and headliner upholstery. The leather graining and stitch work were carefully crafted in Pfaffenhausen to evoke a nostalgic reference to the American Old West and its “do anything, go anywhere” ethos, a fundamental principle in everything created at RUF. Like all RUF vehicles, the Rodeo’s interior controls are thoughtfully designed to enhance the driving experience, allowing the owner to fully engage with the car. This ensures the driver remains in complete control, emphasizing the analog drivability that RUF is known for while incorporating necessary modern creature comforts.

“At RUF, we are always looking to the future while being inspired by the past,” said Alois Ruf Jr. “Our new RUF Rodeo is the perfect example. We wanted to create a car that evokes a sense of nostalgia while benefitting from the thrill of modern technology that can let you go anywhere. We have a deep sense of connection to the beauty of the American West and wanted to honor that in the Rodeo. And, most importantly, we wanted to create something fun.”

ROLLS-ROYCE PHANTOM SCINTILLA

ROLLS-ROYCE PRESENTS PHANTOM SCINTILLA AT THE QUAIL, A MOTORSPORTS GATHERING 2024

A tribute to The Spirit of Ecstasy

  • Rolls-Royce Motor Cars reveals the Phantom Scintilla Private Collection, inspired by the grace, dynamism, and beauty of the Spirit of Ecstasy.
  • The Spirit of Ecstasy figurine, created in a ceramic finish, recalls the Greek sculpture, ‘The Winged Victory of Samothrace,’ which inspired the original brief for a Rolls-Royce mascot in 1910.
  • ‘Celestial Pulse’ Gallery artwork and animated Bespoke Starlight Headliner capture the fleeting moment of the Spirit of Ecstasy’s presence.
  • Embroidery on coach doors and rear fabric seats is composed of 869,500 stitches, extending to areas never-before used in a Phantom.
  • The embroidered door motif, made up of 633,000 stitches, is the most complex door design ever seen in a Rolls-Royce motor car.
  • Chris Brownridge, CEO of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, delivered the first of only 10 commissions of this Private Collection at ‘The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering’ in Monterey, California.

‘Speed with silence, the absence of vibration, the mysterious harnessing of great energy, and a beautiful living organism of superb grace.’  Claude Johnson, Managing Director, Rolls-Royce Limited – Original brief for a Rolls-Royce figurine (1910)

For more than a century, the Spirit of Ecstasy has symbolised elegance and human achievements, inspiring works of art, from music to photography and moving images. As Rolls-Royce Motor Cars celebrates its 120th anniversary, it pays homage to its muse in a unique Private Collection, Phantom Scintilla. Limited to ten examples worldwide, this collection celebrates the legacy of the Spirit of Ecstasy. Rolls-Royce Motor Cars presented the first commission to a client during Monterey Car Week 2024.

A NEW CHAPTER IN A FAMILIAR STORY

In 1910, Rolls-Royce Managing Director Claude Johnson commissioned sculptor and illustrator Charles Sykes to create a Rolls-Royce mascot. Johnson was inspired by a Greek marble statue he had admired on a recent visit to the Louvre, The Winged Victory of Samothrace, dating from 190 BCE – a deity descending from the heavens.

Sykes felt the statue was too domineering to be a suitable subject. Having traveled in Silver Ghosts, he believed a more delicate figure would better express the marque’s grace, silence, and subtle power. It is believed that he took his real-life inspiration for what would become the Spirit of Ecstasy from Eleanor Thornton, Lord Montagu’s secretary and paramour, to bring this vision to reality.

Today, 120 years later, the Bespoke designers at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars have created Phantom Scintilla by introducing new materials and subtle references to the captivating vision of The Winged Victory of Samothrace.

Rolls-Royce Spectre Semaphore

Rolls-Royce Spectre Semaphore reflects new codes of luxury among marque’s bold, youthful clients

  • Dramatic ‘Marbled Paint Spill’ bonnet took 160 hours of development and pays tribute to the region’s colorful artistry
  • Bespoke Semaphore Yellow paint inspired by informal elegance of coastal California
  • Bespoke digital instrument dials match vivid yellow colorway
  • High-gloss Cashmere Grey wood set incorporates a subtle metallic finish
  • Debut on Friday 16 August at ‘The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering’ 2024
  • Only one Spectre Semaphore to be built globally and is available exclusively through an authorized Rolls-Royce Motor Cars dealer partner in the United States

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars unveils Spectre Semaphore, a Bespoke one-of-one commission that will make its global debut at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering, on 16 August, during the 2024 Monterey Car Week in California. This highly Bespoke expression of the ‘Super Coupe” Spectre, captures the bold new codes of luxury being established by the marque’s confident, youthful client base.

To create this motif, Rolls-Royce craftspeople applied silver lacquer and multiple layers of clearcoat for a seamless finish. The bonnet alone is the product of over 160 hours of design, development, and production.

The bright, yellow colorway extends into the motor car’s interior. A combination of Bespoke Lemon Yellow and Citrine Yellow is used across the seats, Starlight doors, and above the instrument panel. It blends into the contrasting Grace White and Slate Grey hues with Lemon Yellow stitching. The marque’s designers also leveraged the digital Bespoke potential offered by the SPIRIT operating system by complementing the dials to the motor car’s yellow colorway.

Spectre Semaphore maximizes the interior suite’s contemporary design with a clean, high-polish Bespoke painted wood set. Colored to match the grey material accents, the Cashmere Grey paint is infused with silver mica flakes, which creates a vivacious sparkle under direct light.

Only one Rolls-Royce Spectre Semaphore will be built. Rolls-Royce Motor Cars will present the commission on 16 August at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering, during Monterey Car Week 2024.

On Friday, August 16, in the setting of the traditional and unmistakable “The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering” event in California, Maserati is preparing to unveil its newest creation to the world.

Resulting from the Trident’s experience on track and dedicated to those who do not wish to sacrifice extraordinary performance on the road, this new car guarantees innovative technological solutions and impressive aerodynamic performance, typical of the fastest and most exciting racing cars.

The Maserati super sports car will be presented as part of one of the most anticipated and prestigious motorsports gatherings of the year, an event that brings together enthusiasts from all around the world, breathtaking models, as well as previews and exclusive auctions: Monterey Car Week, due to take place in California from August 14 to 19.

This powerful car – designed, developed, and produced entirely in Italy by Maserati – inherits the racing spirit of the Maserati GT2, the spearhead of the Modena brand’s racing production; at the same time, it is a further evolution of the MC20, the Trident’s halo car, first equipped with the unmistakable V6 Nettuno engine.

The MC20 project represents state of the art of Maserati performance. From the outset of its technical development, a racing evolution was envisaged that would come to life in two directions, with the track version and its road counterpart, developed in close synergy by the same team that shares technological know-how and certain specific components.

The highly anticipated new leading light in the Maserati range will be the focus of this electrifying American show, which offers glamour, style, refined elegance, and stunning array of classic and modern cars that win over crowds and enchant the most discerning of collectors.
Enthusiasts will find themselves before a one-of-a-kind car with an unmistakable aesthetic, defined by a wide range of customisation options, with details typical of a racing car without sacrificing the comfort and hallmarks of road models.

A car destined to be on the wish list of customers attracted by the most extreme super sports cars, is ready to welcome drivers and make them feel like a true racer, even off the track.

The world premiere of this new Maserati, due to take place on Friday, August 16 at 9:12 am PST, will be introduced by Giovanni Perosino, the brand’s Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, along with Klaus Busse, Maserati Head of Design. The exclusive setting of The Quail will also play host to the MC20 Icona and MCXtrema.

MC20 Icona, a special series produced as a limited edition and inspired by the 2004 MC12 Stradale, was presented in June 2024 and will be seen for the first time in person by the North American public.
MCXtrema, unveiled at The Quail in 2023, is the most formidable Maserati racing car, type-approved for track use only: dedicated to the excellence of gentleman drivers and fans of racing cars, only 62 units have been produced, the first of which will be delivered at the Laguna Seca circuit during Monterey Car Week 2024.
