A lively restaurant and bar, complete with open kitchen and grill area, will be housed in the natural light of the greenhouse amid an abundance of greenery.

Sommerro (Oslo, Norway) – launching September 2022

A rebirth of a restored 1930s landmark in Frogner, a historic neighborhood in Oslo’s West End, Sommerro celebrates Norwegian design, fusing form and function as the city’s first hotel in an original Art Deco building. Set to be Norway’s largest-ever preservation project, the hotel occupies the former headquarters of the capital city’s electrical company, Oslo Lysverker, and through a multi-million-dollar renovation, will become a modern tribute to local cultural heritage. Original artwork by celebrated Norwegian artist Per Krohg is featured throughout the hotel, with pieces including a giant wall fresco and a ceiling mural that nods to the building’s unique history. A true community space, the 231-room property – which counts 56 residences – will also offer four restaurants, three bars, meeting and event spaces with capacity for up to 150 people, a 100-seat gilded theater, a sprawling wellness paradise, and the city’s first year-round rooftop pool, sauna, terrace, and restaurant.

Walker says: “I wrote this song last year after we lost my grandad, it was a tough time for everyone but especially my mum. I wanted to write this song for her as I can’t imagine how difficult it is to have a parent or a loved one absent at Christmas for the first time. My Gran always raises a glass every year around the table and we do a cheers in honor of those who can’t be here with us. This song is for anyone who does the same.”

Last month, Tom launched his own podcast series “Memories That Made Us,” which recently hit #1 on the UK Podcast Charts. Featuring a host of high-profile guests, including Jamie Oliver, Fearne Cotton, Craig David & Dodie, Tom turns interviewer as he explores the power of recall, and most importantly, the moments that have shaped us. Relatively Famous: Ranch Rules

From Hollywood luxury to country chic, E! rounds up eight celebrity offspring for the ride of their lives on a working ranch in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Throughout the season, the cast finds themselves in fish-out-of-water situations and hilarious misadventures as they work to restore and reopen Saddleback Ranch to the public after a year of shutdown and loss due to the pandemic. Relatively Famous: Ranch Rules premieres Wednesday, January 12 from 9:00-11:00 PM ET/PT with two back-to-back episodes. A special sneak peek of the premiere episode will air on Tuesday, December 7 at 11:00pm ET/PT immediately following the People’s Choice Awards on E!.

Known for their celebrity parents, the cast is trading in designer labels for chaps and cowboy boots as they set out to prove that they are more than just their famous last names. Throughout their 30-day stay, the ranch owners task them with all the outrageous, messy, and challenging jobs that come with working on a ranch. As they navigate their unfamiliar, and often uncomfortable, living situation, the group connects over their shared, unique experiences growing up with famous parents. As some bond and others butt heads, it doesn’t take long for drama and hookups to heat up the bunkhouse. Throughout long, exhausting days of hard labor, the crew wonders who will sink or swim as they race to reach the enormous goal of reopening beautiful Saddleback Ranch to the public.

Meet the Cast

Daughter of rock icons Pat Benatar and Neil Giraldo, Hana Giraldo, is also a musician and entertainer. Hana makes it known that her thick skin is tough to scratch. She will always stick up for herself, no matter the cost. On the heels of a recent breakup, Hana is single and ready to mingle on the ranch.

As a second-generation professional wrestler, Austin Gunn must work twice as hard to impress his dad, Wrestling Hall of Famer Billy Gunn. Austin loves to be at the center of the action on the ranch and doesn’t mind calling out those who aren’t pulling their weight. Open to love, Austin finds himself in the middle of a new romance with a fellow ranch hand.

Taylor “Tay” Hasselhoff, daughter of Hollywood beach hunk David Hasselhoff, is a self-proclaimed “daddy’s girl.” Tay, a luxury real estate agent, is impossibly down to earth and has a hard time tolerating any pettiness in the group. As an optimist and huge animal lover, Tay is ready to try her best at whatever is required on the ranch.

Jasmin Lawrence is the daughter of famous actor and comedian Martin Lawrence and stepdaughter of three-time Super Bowl Champion and NFL Hall of Famer Emmitt Smith. As the oldest of seven kids, Jasmin usually falls into a motherly role with friends. Though she’s the first to admit she’s had a charmed life, she’s ready to roll up her sleeves and face new challenges.

Model and DJ Myles O’Neal is the son of NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal and reality matriarch Shaunie O’Neal. With a big personality like his dad, Myles and his infectious smile stand out in the group. He is excited to see who will be living on the ranch with him. Though he’s not used to sharing such close quarters with other people, he’s looking forward to moving outside his comfort zone.

Son of Grammy-Award-winning musician and actor Ray Parker Jr., Redmond Parker is ready to saddle up and take on the ranch. As a serial entrepreneur, Redmond is no stranger to hard work and determination, but the rigid schedule of ranch life may prove more challenging.

Harry James Thornton, son of Academy Award winning actor Billy Bob Thornton, is a prop master in LA. Harry admits that he’s had trouble connecting with people in the past, so he’s hopeful that this experience will lead to some lasting friendships.

As the daughter of hip-hop legend and pioneer rapper Eazy-E, Ebie is now carving her own path as a rising musician and performer in LA. She has a rocky start on the ranch and tends to be squeamish around some of the messier tasks, but she’s hopeful that the life-changing challenges along the way will make her stronger than ever.

Relatively Famous: Ranch Rules is produced by Fremantle with Kevin Lee, Justin Berfield, Jason Felts, Joe Simpson and Angela Rae Berg serving as executive producers.

Blxst – Chosen

Hip-hop star Blxst’s hit single “Chosen” featuring Ty Dolla $ign and Tyga is now the #1 song at Rhythmic and Urban radio and is one of the only independent releases to top the charts at both formats this year. Released on Red Bull Records, the single has amassed over 300 million streams globally and earned Blxst his first RIAA Gold certification.

“Chosen” has been a breakout single of the past year, breaking into the Billboard Hot 100 and peaking at #53. Last month, Blxst made his television debut on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where he performed the track with Ty Dolla $ign. “Chosen” was also nominated for “Song of the Year” at the 2021 BET Soul Train Awards, with additional nominations for Blxst for “Best New Artist,” “Best R&B/Soul Male Artist,” and “Album of the Year” for his project No Love Lost

An undisputed artist to watch in 2021, the chart-topping news is the latest in a long list of accomplishments from the West Coast artist this year. Receiving praise from Billboard, Pitchfork, USA Today, and more, Blxst has garnered more than 900 million streams across his catalog globally and has been labeled as “LA’s newest talent.”

About Blxst

Blxst has architected a new era of West Coast hip-hop and culture by hand as not only a rapper, singer, songwriter, and producer but also as a creative visionary who mixes, masters, and self-edits his own videos and artwork. Back in high school, the South Central native taught himself how to produce and record, going on to collaborate with YG, Mozzy, Snoop Dogg, Nas, and more. Following a string of buzzing singles in 2019, he forged an ironclad creative partnership with Bino Rideaux on their first critically acclaimed Sixtape. In 2020, he partnered with Red Bull Records and unleashed his solo debut EP, No Love Lost, to unanimous tastemaker praise. Following release, it rose to #3 on the Billboard Heatseekers Albums Chart, #6 on the Rolling Stone Breakthrough 25 Chart, and #11 on the Trending 25 Chart, while the single “Overrated” soared to #15 at Urban radio.

The deluxe edition of No Love Lost yielded the smash “Chosen” (feat. Ty Dolla $ign and Tyga), earning over 300 million streams in less than a year while breaking into the Billboard Hot 100 and hitting #1 at Rhythmic and Urban radio. Pigeons & Planes crowned it “one of the best projects” of the year. Kickstarting 2021, he dropped the Just For Clarity two-pack and Sixtape 2 with Bino Rideaux. He also earned the Billboard Rising Star Award, becoming the first artist to ever receive the honor at the 2021 Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Summit. With excitement at a boiling point, he sold out his entire fall 2021 No Love Lost Tour in ten seconds. With over half-a-billion streams, claiming a place in XXL’s coveted 2021 Freshman Class, selected as an Amazon Breakthrough Artist, and pegged as an “Artist to Watch” by Billboard, Complex, Pigeons & Planes, UPROXX, and more, he continues to traffic in a lane of his own, bringing the game with him.

Our Friend, Jean

A significant highlight of the event, and arguably for all of Art Basel, for the FIRST TIME IN MIAMI, the world saw Basquiat, personally and intimately like never before, with the Our Friend, Jean exhibition curated by The Bishop Gallery and hosted by Triller, a trailblazing, AI-powered global platform. Together they served up Miami’s finest at this first-ever physical and digital curated experience that focused on what’s sure to be a historic NFT auction of photographs of the legendary, Neo-expressionist artist Jean-Michel Basquiat taken by photographers Alexis Adler and Al Diaz.

Our Friend, Jean NFT Auction, was an exclusive event of art, music along with a LIVE NFT AUCTION experience. For the first time, an incredible selection of NFT drops featuring rare and personal photos of Basquiat, taken by Alexis Adler and Al Diaz, were available on the Triller marketplace with exclusive previews and purchase opportunities onsite. The Bishop Gallery chose the TrillerNFT marketplace because the Triller platform has been specifically engineered to minimize the minting process’s computing costs and complexities to reduce the carbon footprint effects and provide accessibility for creators looking to monetize through NFT sales.

Fat Joe first took the stage to perform and welcomed Stevenson A. Dunn, Jr. from The Bishop Gallery to introduce the first ever seen NFT drop, which included four rare photographs of Jean-Michel Basquiat taken by photographers, Alexis Adler and Al Diaz. Next, Busta Rhymes came out to perform and lastly, French Montana performed a set while DJ D-Nice spun the entire night.

About Jean-Michel Basquiat

Jean-Michel Basquiat is an American painter, known for participating in the Neo-Expressionism movement. He was known for his paintings, which mixed abstraction, figuration, text, and social commentary. He is also the youngest artist to feature in documenta and the Whitney Biennial.

Themes for End-Time Life

By: David Hereen

Always based on Scripture, the nine chapters of this book have primary themes. These are relevant for life at any time, but we can anticipate their importance escalating as we move into and through the time of the end. The end-time era will not close until the moment of Jesus’ Second Coming.

Based on the text of my book, End-Time Living, these are the themes that are important to us as we prepare our hearts for whatever may happen between now and the end:

  1. Watch objectively for cultural crises
  2. Attune watchfulness to biblical ethics
  3. Talk (pray) to God about everything
  4. Add this to prayer: Prepare and share
  5. Stand firm no matter what: Fear not
  6. Be God-centered, not self-centered
  7. Always trust the trustworthy Savior
  8. Love Jesus and tell Him about it
  9. Recognize the sky-sign of His return
  10. Abide with Him and receive His love
  11. Tell your Lover details of your love
  12. Pray and praise God amid persecution
  13. Decide: Is my faith fervent or lukewarm?
  14. Obtain fulfillment in prayer and praise
  15. Live a holy and godly life
  16. Joyfully accept God’s love & salvation

Every one of these things is based on spiritual–ethical and/or moral–principles. Even the apparent objectivity of a careful watch (No. 1) should be based upon what is being sought. Are we looking for personal advantage or for the welfare of others? We should watch out for our own well-being, of course, but should not ignore anyone else in the line of fire.

The scriptural phrase “watch and pray” is basic and will become even more important during prophesied end-time calamities and persecutions (Nos. 2 & 3). Jesus spoke more about prayer than anything else, but his end-time sermon reiterated the need for watchfulness most often, especially watchfulness for the celestial sign heralding his Second Coming (Mat. 24:27-31).

Prepare and share is an evangelism plan (No. 4). Since we have been told by Jesus that multitudes upon multitudes will be saved during the time period between tribulation and His return, it is important for us to prepare, that is, to learn how to share the gospel of salvation. Testimony of Christ’s love for us personally may be as important or, in some cases, even more important than the formula for trusting and asking him to forgive our sins and lead us heavenward.

Jesus used the phrase stand firm during his end-time discourse because some of the things he was prophesying were scary (No. 5). Fear is a deterrent to righteous living. To this he added the suggestion that we avoid the related pitfalls of worry and anxiety (Luke 21:14, 34). Jesus said, “Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” (Mat. 11:28)

I have heard it preached that the seat of all sin is the self (No. 6). Richard Wurmbrand wrote this about self-centeredness: “Solomon’s Song belongs to those who have made the greatest renunciation of all: the renunciation of themselves.”

The hundreds of self-based words in the dictionary have been mentioned, but what can we do about our sin-center? Jesus answered that question with these words: Watch and pray. Every time we detect sin, we should ask God for forgiveness and strength to withstand future temptation.

Trusting the trustworthy should be a principle that explains itself (No. 7). But there are times when we need to remind ourselves of what Jesus has done for us, especially our eternal salvation. We can recognize occasions when our trust is not fully upon Him by the answer to one simple question: Are we afraid or worried about anything? Fear and worry are signs of faltering trust.

In Song of Songs, the Shulammite’s love for the king who allegorically represents Jesus is so intimate and intense that, merely by remaining in her presence, her “friends” are turned from sarcastic observers to believers exercising that faith on behalf of their youngest sibling. We cannot love Jesus too much (No. 8). Talking to Him (prayer) and reading His word (the Bible) are basics, but, if possible, we should not sever communications with Him at all.

Besides this book, I have written several others about the end-time, including two for the purpose of identifying the celestial sign Jesus said would herald his return (Mat. 24:30).  Reasons for my conclusion are to be found in those books: The High Sign and Day of the Lord (No. 9). It is worth repeating that there are more than 200 points of evidence that the sign will be a great comet, and not a single thing I have found that contradicts this conclusion.

The verb abide is related to the noun abode. An abode is a physical dwelling place. But in the figurative language of the Bible, it is a spiritual one. The closeness of our relationship with God may be ascertained through spiritual discernment (No. 10), If we are in an abiding state, the Lord will remain in our thoughts much of the time. Those thoughts will translate into extended times of praise, supplication, and thanksgiving. He will never be far from our spirit and its outreaches into body and mind.

A memorable thing to me about my study of Song of Songs was the candor of the conversation. As God’s allegorical representative, the king held nothing back, praising every part of his bride’s body from feet to hair (No. 11). She, as the believers’ representative in the story, was equally praiseful of everything that she loved about him. This is an ideal, but those of us who are married, engaged or, even if we have a boyfriend or girlfriend whom we sincerely love, should take a chance: We should speak out and tell our beloved exactly how we feel.

Jesus prophesied that during the end-time we (Christians) will be hated in all nations, that is, worldwide, and this hatred will lead to persecution (Mat. 24:9). It will be a great test for us. We will pray. But will we trust God enough to be praiseful of Him? Or will we do more worrying and complaining than praising and thanking? Though the answer to these questions may seem simple right now, it may not be so easy if and when suffering becomes intense (No. 12).

The answers to the hypothetical questions posed in the preceding paragraph should lead to correct conclusions concerning question No. 13. Whichever is dominant in our prayers – praise and thanksgiving or worrying and complaining – probably will give us the correct answer as to whether our faith is fervent or lukewarm. And what is the solution for lukewarmness? We should resolve to praise and thank God even if the situation appears bleak.

Here are those key words again: prayer and praise (No. 14). They have appeared so often in this summary of important themes for end-time living that they must be at or near the top of the list, as far as God is concerned. So, let’s talk to Him with conversation that includes many interjections of praise and thanks. He has said of thanksgiving that we should find something to be thankful about in every circumstance (1 Thes. 5:18). If we emphasize praise and thanksgiving in our conversations with the Lord, personal fulfillment will take care of itself.

In the finality of things, God always prevails. Christians, His people, will encounter rough patches along the way, including persecution and consequential suffering. But, as long as we cling faithfully to Him, and forgive others who do or speak evil against us, we can expect good results: Evidence of His love, eternal salvation of friends and family members, and personal contentment (Nos. 15 and 16).

Most of all, we want fans to enjoy it and share it with family and friends around the world. It’s a thank you gift from our hearts to all of our fans, past, present and future.”

As The Temptations have done throughout their career, their latest album balances love songs with topical tracks, showcasing their enduring strength across the generations. Williams co-produced, with Dennis Nelson and Thomas “TC” Campbell, five of the album’s 12 tracks, including the harmony-infused ballad, “Calling Out Your Name” and the up-tempo tracks “You Don’t Know Your Woman” and “How Do You Spell Love.” Williams also co-produced an updated version of “Come On,” a song that had been the first recording by Otis Williams & the Distants, a precursor to the Temptations, in 1959, and features a special monologue about the group’s history.

The first single released from the album, “Is It Gonna Be Yes or No,” is written and produced by and features Motown superstar Smokey Robinson. In all the years Robinson has delivered such timeless Temptations’ hits “The Way You Do the Things You Do,” “My Girl,” “Since I Lost My Baby,” “Get Ready” and more, the duet marks the only time he and The Temptations have sung lead together, save for a recording of “The Christmas Song” in 1989.

TEMPTATIONS 60 also features two brand-new songs produced by Grammy-Winning Narada Michael Walden, who produced their last platinum-selling album, Phoenix Rising. He delivers the biographical beauty, “When We Were Kings,” available NOW, which sums up the Temptations legacy to this point, and “Breaking My Back,” a love song that evokes the classic Tempts’ catalog.

Longtime Temptation leading vocalist and songwriter Ron Tyson, and Thomas “TC” Campbell produced two tracks, including “Time for the People,” a powerful statement addressing modern issues–a “Ball of Confusion” for the 21st Century–and the island-flavored love song, “I Want It Right Now.” Dave Darling, who produced the group’s last album, All the Time, brought to the album a stunning cover of the Vintage Trouble song, “My Whole World Stopped Without You.”

Reflecting the rich musical influences of the third decade of the 21st Century, the album opens with a uniquely contemporary track “Let it Reign,” featuring Queens Hip Hop Artist K. Sparks. Much in the way “Cloud Nine” marked a bold update in the group’s sound back in the late 60’s, so too does this song, a modern-day shift from the group’s vintage roots, that weaves together the powerful fusion of hip-hop, smooth jazz and soulful flavors.

The Temptations are one of the most iconic, best-selling brands in the entertainment world; Billboard magazine named them “The No. 1 R&B Artist of All Time.” With original member Dr. Otis Williams, the group’s track record of continuing to sell decades worth of history-making music is breathtaking.

About The Temptations

The Temptations presence across multi-media platforms has never been more vivid, and their popularity is ever-increasing. Most recently, adding to their dozens of sampled tracks, their hit “Papa Was a Rollin’ Stone,” was used as the foundation of the Migos smash hit, “Avalanche.”

The Temptations rank No. 1 in Billboard magazine’s most recent list of Greatest R&B/Hip-Hop Artists of All Time, and the group appears in the magazine’s list of 125 Greatest of All Time Artists. Rolling Stone magazine commented that The Temptations are “Indisputably the greatest black vocal group of the Modern Era…,” and listed the group’s Anthology album among the 500 Greatest Albums of All Time. The group has five GRAMMY® Awards, including Motown’s first-ever statuette, awarded to The Tempts for “Cloud Nine” for Best Rhythm and Blues Performance by a Duo or Group, Vocal or Instrumental and a GRAMMY Lifetime Achievement Award. The group’s No. 1 hits “My Girl” and “Papa Was a Rollin’ Stone” are in the GRAMMY Hall of Fame.  The group has been inducted into the Rock & Roll, National Rhythm & Blues Music, and Vocal Group Halls of Fame, and they have a star on both the Hollywood Walk of Fame and the Apollo Theater’s Walk of Fame.

The Temptations were among the first African American musical artists to crossover into mainstream America and appear on mainstream television programs.  In 1968 and 1969 respectively, Diana Ross and the Supremes and The Temptations starred in primetime network television specials “TCB (Taking Care of Business)” and “G.I.T. (Getting It Together) on Broadway.” Never before had two contemporary African American groups headlined their own #1 nationally rated television specials, all produced by Motown, an African American owned company. The “TCB” special was named the #1 rated variety show in 1968 and received an Emmy nomination. The original cast soundtrack album, TCB, reached #1 on Billboard’s Top 200 Albums chart. At the time, this was an unparalleled accomplishment for African American entertainers. The Temptations helped change the face of primetime television and fueled the growth in the performing arts and entertainment world for African Americans artists forever.

Throughout the group’s evolution, they have released countless gold, platinum and multi-platinum chart hits, many of which are considered American masterpieces. They have 16 No. 1 R&B chart albums, 44 Top 10 R&B chart hits, including 14 No. 1 R&B singles, and four No. 1 Hot 100 singles.
