Artist pre-sale begins Wednesday, April 6 at 10 AM (local) The pre-sale password is MULTITUDE. The general on-sale begins Friday, April 8 at 10 AM local time.

All previously announced tour dates are on-sale now HERE

Last month, the internationally acclaimed Belgian-born artist, writer, performer, producer, designer and director released his critically acclaimed third-studio album: Multitude. The album has been hailed by The New York Times, Rolling Stone, Pitchfork, NPR and countless other respected publications. The twelve-track masterpiece was composed by Stromae, produced by his creative label Mosaert, and features recent singles “Santé,” “L’enfer” and his most recent offering, “Fils De Joie.”

Multitude is available on digital, CD and vinyl, including special colored version for D2C. Listen HERE.

Ahead of his high anticipated Coachella appearances on Saturday April 16 and 23, Stromae will be performing live on ABC‘s Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Monday, April 11.

Multitude comes after a period of forced hiatus from the stage. With it came furlough and its silver linings: settling down, leading a more relaxed, structured life closer to family, making work exciting again, expanding his sources of inspiration, and, most of all, making what he went through worth it by reinvesting the dividends of this challenging phase into the core of new songs.

Far from any self-centered self-pity, Stromae took advantage of this time to identify more closely with others, putting himself in the others’ shoes. The unstable men in “La Solassitude and “Mon Amour,” the prostitute’s son in “Fils de Joie,” the depressed and suicidal protagonists of “Mauvaise Journée” and “L’Enfer,” the mismatched couple in “Pas Vraiment,” the invisible people in “Santé,” the suffering women in “Déclaration.” He embraces them all with kindness and altruism, providing each with a touching portrait.

By doing so, he gives the title Multitude a deep resonance, the same one that Walt Whitman conveys in his poem, of which Stromae bases the album off of: “I am large, I contain multitude, I am of every hue and caste, of every rank and religion.””Multitude is a window on the world, on people, and a rare moment of communion and pleasure to be shared. An alchemy of opposites, shaped by the will to testify without judgment or contempt to the human condition in all its diversity, and to the urge to explore the lives of others, sometimes your own (Que du bonheur on fatherhood, Invaincu on healing). Multitude is Stromae’s other way of exploring the world, while staying firmly attached to his roots.

Col3trane – Logan Paul

Rising R&B singer-songwriter Col3trane drops new single “Logan Paul” along with a music video. This latest release follows “Plus Minus” featuring Erick the Architect, continuing the build-up for Col3trane’s upcoming album “Lush Life.” The visuals for this feel-good track were directed by Tom Emmerson who also brought us “Californication.”  Deriving inspiration from a night back in 2019 when a young Col3trane ended up at a party at the one and only Logan Paul‘s house, the music video follows a story that people can be inauthentic, plastic, and fake.

Listen to the song HERE. Watch the music video HERE.

“Logan Paul is written about a time in 2019 I went to a party at Logan Paul’s house. Or maybe his brother’s house. I’m still not sure. It talks about the insane things that you see at parties in LA. The plasticity of the environment and the fact that nothing feels real at all,” says Col3trane.

“There was everything that you could have ever wanted at a party. Free food, drinks, dancers, DJs (even though the music was awful). But the environment was so uncomfortable. People walking around their own party with shades on and a camera crew following them, everyone pretending that they’re cooler than everybody else. All for what? To make a video to post online,” Col3trane adds. “It was really strange so I wrote a song about it. Embellishing the actual party of course, but the lyrics really describe what it felt like. I went to Barcelona to shoot the video and tried to recreate what the party really felt like. The boxing aspect of the video and the party. It felt like I was completely lost. Hope the song and video reflect that.”

About Col3trane

Col3trane‘s bubbling career first rose to the surface with the release of his 2017 mixtape, Tsarina. Influenced by the UK-native’s vast musical exposure, the mixtape garnered serious attention for its unique sound; generating 3 million streams on Spotify within the first month. Col3trane’s second project, BOOT (Breathing Out of Time), proved to be just as impactful. In 2019, he capitalized on his massive EP, Heroine, with leading track “Superpowers” featuring Goldlink. In 2020, the young Londoner maintained momentum with love ballads, “Someone To Watch Over Me” and “Good News” into collaborations with Kiana Lede on “Clutch” and best mate and fellow Londoner Mahalia on “Pretty.” In 2021, Col3trane dropped a 3 demo tape, titled 3rd Fountain Demos, and introduced us to his debut album with his first single “Californication (Feels Like I’m Falling In Love)” produced by SG Lewis. In 2022, the 22 year old gears up for the next chapter of the story with his single “Bag” featuring Lucky Daye.

Lamborghini Aventador NFT

As Automobili Lamborghini moves to electrify its complete line-up in 2023 and 2024, the legendary super sports car Aventador is approaching its end of production. In an unprecedented project, the Italian marque is auctioning the last Lamborghini Aventador LP 780-4 Ultimae Coupé ever produced as a one of one NFT, in collaboration with two of the most iconic creators of our time, contemporary artists Krista Kim, Steve Aoki and global brand storytelling agency [INVNT GROUP]™. The Lamborghini ‘Ultimate’ drop is the world’s first supercar 1:1 NFT, marking the end of a successful era for Lamborghini and moving the raging bull forward into the digital era.

For the first time, Lamborghini is auctioning a super sports car linked to an exclusive NFT, before the top model of the Italian luxury brand becomes a V12-powered plug-in hybrid. The lucky collector will be part of the brand’s iconic legacy and will have access to VIP utilities, which include exclusive virtual previews of future, limited edition Lamborghini models, a private tour of the Museo Lamborghini, and a virtual “Meet and Greet” with Steve Aoki and Krista Kim, plus other VIP benefits. There will only be one collector who will own the ultimate 1:1 NFT Lamborghini collectible that can be shared across generations to come.

The drop is the world’s first NFT ever to be auctioned with a physical super sports car. Lamborghini, Krista Kim, and Steve Aoki, all leaders in their own fields, will redefine the supercar and NFT space and bridge the gap between the physical and virtual world. The sale will be hosted in a dedicated online auction by RM Sotheby’s, the world’s foremost collector car auction house.

“Lamborghini and the NFT community fit together very well, as we share many values. We are both young-spirited innovators, looking out for unexpected projects and technological solutions”, explains Stephan Winkelmann, Chairman and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini. “This project is very special for us as it is a true first, a path nobody has ever taken; to collaborate with such outstanding creative minds makes it all the more special.”

Krista Kim is creating the visual artwork for the NFT. It will feature her infamous Mars House and her signature gradient work. Her gradients will also appear in the bespoke customization of the physical Lamborghini Aventador Coupé, made possible through Lamborghini’s Ad Personam program: “This Aventador is a legend; it is the first physical-digital supercar! When higher states of consciousness meet leading-edge technology and design, we see elevated beauty on another level. In my Lamborghini NFT dream, I envision meditating in front of a sublime Mars sunset with Steve, as he transforms the engine sound into a meditative vibe. I couldn’t be more excited to bring this vision to life in the physical car and NFT.”

Steve Aoki will provide the custom developed track for the NFT, an exclusive soundtrack for the physical car inspired by the last Aventador and will consult on the design of the NFT and physical car customization: “I’m honored to be partnering with Lamborghini and Krista Kim on this historic project! The drop signifies the ultimate intersection—where the physical world, digital art, and music come together as one. Every design element of this car is purposeful. It truly has its own story, and therefore I wanted my music track to reflect its soulful energy—the vibe, the spirit, and the power.”

These three iconic brands, in partnership with [INVNT GROUP] and its portfolio of disciplines, came together to creatively develop the NFT. “This event will likely be one of the most prolific NFT drops this year and will certainly be one of the most historic automobile auctions ever. Our collaboration with Lamborghini, Steve Aoki and Krista Kim is a representation of our boundless innovation to bring brands and artists together. I am beyond proud of our entire global group, notably, our innovation team out of Singapore, INVNT.ATOM; HEVĒ, our digital content studio; and our [INVNT GROUP] marcomms team.” said Scott Cullather, President and CEO [INVNT GROUP].

The NFT and exclusive Lamborghini Aventador LP 780-4 Ultimae Coupé will be auctioned by RM Sotheby’s on April 19th at 6:00 PM CET/12:00 PM EST.

How Graphic Design is Used for Online Gaming

When most individuals are asked what graphic designers do, they are likely to say they create logos, business cards, t-shirts, or other 2D images. Even though we engage with visual designers’ work every time we choose which games to play online, few people will mention their importance in game design.

However, graphic design has taken on new dimensions in the twenty-first century, and with the growing online digital environment, it now plays a more critical function than ever before. Graphic design may be seen everywhere on the digital screen, from building web interfaces to online marketing, social media to online games.

The gaming industry is perhaps one of the most challenging fields in digital design. Of course, you need motion graphics, but you also need to pay attention to detail for credible elements and gaming instructions. Nevertheless, it’s safe to conclude that the gaming industry has progressed significantly. This article will look at how graphic design is vital in online gaming.

Marketing

Because many graphic designers work in marketing, their ability to create appealing visuals could benefit video games. Design specialists will capture people’s attention and enhance revenue long term by developing gorgeous banners. As users’ attention spans have shrunk dramatically in recent years, a visual approach gradually takes over written content.

User Interface

A graphic designer creates a game’s user interface (UI). The user interface is a collection of visual elements that allow the player to interact with the game and access various tools and settings. Several user interfaces are frequently found in a single game. When you initially start a game, the first UI you see is usually the launch screen, which sends you to the Menu, which is another UI. Each menu item opens to its own UI, which uses components like volume sliders and mouse sensitivity to assist you in navigating through each setting.

A graphic designer is responsible for selecting where all of these visual components and text should be placed so that they do not obstruct the player’s main view. Therefore, an excellent understanding of visual hierarchy is one of the most crucial skills a graphic designer possesses.

Gaming

So far, we’ve looked at how graphics are utilized in online games to attract attention and convey instructions, but what about the game itself? The motion graphics are well-articulated to guarantee that they achieve their full potential in terms of authenticity. Because online games are frequently adaptations of real-life games, such as casino games, getting them as similar to the real thing as possible is critical to ensure the gamer has a good time. Some of the most well-known gaming studios have reaped the benefits of advances in graphic design and computer technology, producing games that are as immersive as they come.

Video games are multi-faceted bodies with a semiotic landscape as one of them. Signs, display panels, visual announcements, and various other features distinguish games. These graphic objects are frequently employed in real life, such as in ads and the in-game world. As a result, it’s critical to pay close attention to them, enlisting a graphic designer’s help.

Graphic designers’ responsibilities do not end with the elements mentioned above. These designers will always be in demand for a variety of projects. In addition, graphic design is an integral part of gaming since it allows you to fully immerse yourself in the experience. We may take the technology employed in the graphical design component of games for granted, still, it has taken a long road of experimentation in line with general advances in computer technology to get to where we are now.

Overall, graphic design has become an essential part of many industries. It has been established via the study of online gaming that graphic design is critical to the success of the digital game. Consider this: without design in marketing, fewer people will be drawn to the game; without design in instructions, people may be confused about how the game works; and without design in the game itself, people may be dissatisfied with the game they have played.

We are at a low level right now.”

Republican Governor Ron DeSantis of Florida has thrown out Disney World’s special tax status that has been in place since 1967. The status allowed the corporation to operate as a self-government, which includes making decisions about construction on properties, reducing taxes and creating electricity, which saved millions of dollars for them.

The repeal comes after the newly passed is the “Parental Rights in Education” law, commonly known as the “Don’t Say Gay” bill. Disney’s chief executive Bob Chapek has publicly shown his disapproval for the bill, in which DeSantis countered via a fund-raising email to supporters, “If Disney wants to pick a fight, they chose the wrong guy.”

Disney has not released a statement regarding the loss of their exclusive rights.

Sex Pistols: The Original Recordings

For the first time in over 20 years, 20 of the Sex Pistol‘s recordings from 1976 to 1978 are collected together to tell the story of one of the world’s most influential and extraordinary bands.

The Sex Pistols: The Original Recordings covers a historic period when the band was rarely out of the news or the charts and will be available on double vinyl, digital and CD, as well as limited edition double transparent green vinyl and collectors’ cassettes. All configurations of The Sex Pistols: The Original Recordings can be pre-ordered HERE.

The Sex Pistols left the British Establishment shaking when they exploded onto the music scene, kickstarting what later became known as punk—a term the band was never comfortable with. Young people ripped up not just their musical forebearers but their social ones too, and Sex Pistols were the snarling, ferocious figurehead of the revolution.

They made one incredible, 40-minute album for the ages in 1977’s Never Mind The Bollocks and from its artwork to the individual players, the attitude and music—every bit of it influenced the world we live in.

The record is frequently listed as one of the most influential albums of all time. Musicians like Joy Division, New Order, Kurt Cobain, Noel Gallagher, Green Day, and YUNGBLUD have cited them as key inspiration. And this was not just musically, punk showed that anyone could create and many took the hint across fashion, art design and more.

Their 1977 single “God Save the Queen” was banned by the BBC and reached Number 1 on the U.K.’s NME chart but appeared at Number 2 on the Official U.K. Singles chart, leading to accusations that the song was purposely kept off the top spot. For the only time in chart history, the track was listed as a blank, to avoid offence to the establishment. The collection soundtracks the period and features key singles “Anarchy In The UK,” “God Save The Queen,” “Pretty Vacant” and “Holidays In The Sun,” essential tracks from Never Mind The Bollocks. Further originals and covers from The Great Rock & Roll Swindle soundtrack album and some essential B- sides in “I Wanna Be Me” (the flipside of “Anarchy…”), “Satellite” (the b-side of  “Holidays In The Sun“) and “Did You No Wrong” (from “God Save The Queen”).
