Best Luxury Hotel × History

Have you ever entered a place and feel the historic energy coursing through your bones? In this week’s compilation, we suggest hotels around the world that are filled with history and will certainly make you feel like taking a stroll down memory lane. 360 Magazine is happy to see such beautiful hotels have a huge history attached to them.

NEW: Hotel Motto – Vienna, Austria

The historic building has housed hotels for over three centuries with the first property, The Gold Cross, opened in 1665, which then morphed into Hotel Kummer in 1872 to became a social hub for artists, painters, sculptors, writers, actors, and musicians who gathered for coffee, wine and Austrian delicacies in the hotel’s public spaces. In 1904 the building was refurbished by Ludwig Schwarz, who preserved the original slanted corners and the oversized columns that frame the lobby and entryway to the hotel. The décor of the upper floors was especially elaborate and the interiors have been partially preserved to this day, even after the allied occupation of post-World War II Vienna when the hotel was taken over by the French from 1945 to 1955. Another historical nugget is that Hotel Motto was the birth home of Josef Strauss, son of the famous composer Johann Strauss, who called the hotel home in 1827.

Today Hotel Motto boasts of 83 rooms and 8 suites showcasing fabric-covered walls with floral patterns; custom-designed carpets and tiles are inspired by the framework of the original vintage furniture, and the herringbone hard-wood flooring is seen throughout the property.

NEW: Maalot – Rome, Italy

Located in the original residence of famous Italian composer Gaetano Donizetti (1797 – 1848), known for operas such as Don Pasquale, Lucia di Lammermoor, and Maria Stuarda, Maalot Roma aims to attract a multigenerational clientele looking for a vibrant yet cozy locale to gather with their loved ones in the most central part of Rome. A restaurant and a bar are immersed in a glass roof veranda. Signature elements of the 30 distinctive rooms showcase paintings of hats that depict the “setting your hat down and feeling at home” mood.

Designed to celebrate life and social gathering, Maalot’s restaurant Don Pasquale is set to be an all-day dining experience for locals and hotels guests. Named after one of the most renowned works of Gaetano Donizetti, the restaurant is a place to relax, enjoy a cocktail or a glass of wine alone or in good company.

NEW: Atelier Inès. Arts & Suites – Naples, Italy

Set in Naples’ Vergini district, right in the center of the old town, the grounds where this new hospitality experience is located were between 1900 and 1930 an open-air cinema and theatre. Annibale Oste’s grandfather then erected the building in 1947 and since then it has been the home of the Oste family. In 1980 the ground floor started hosting Annibale’s art studio where he designed and hand-made each and every art piece found around the world in hotels, art galleries and concept stores, public spaces, private collections, and so on.

Nowadays Annibale’s son Vincenzo, together with artist wife Inès, are at the helm of the family hotel featuring six bespoke suits, a showroom, a jewelry boutique, and a common living area dedicated to art and gastronomy experiences. Guests can join creative workshops to craft their own pieces of jewelry and interior design and enjoy a one-to-one lesson with Vincenzo.

Vilòn Roma: Rome, Italy

Opened in 2018, this boutique hotel caters to cultured, independent globetrotting guests while also welcoming the city’s urban elite. However, the history of the building dates back to the middle of the 16th century. Then it was the historical residence belonging to the powerful and princely Roman family of the Borghese. In 1841, Princess Adelaide (who’s hotel restaurant was named after) entrusted the building to the French nuns of the order of the Daughters of the Cross and they founded, the First School for Poor Girls in an attempt to create an institution for less fortunate girls, where they could receive an education that would equip them for a more positive future.

In recent history, the Vilòn welcomed modern-day royalty when Harry and Meghan stayed at the exquisite Vilòn Suite in September 2019.

Borgo Santo Pietro: Tuscany, Italy

Situated in the heart of Tuscany near Siena, Borgo Santo Pietro is a 5-star luxury resort with a holistic spa, cooking school, Michelin-starred restaurant, 300-acre organic farm, vineyards, and 13-acre beautifully manicured gardens. Each of our 22 rooms and suites is individually styled, inspired by the villa’s rich history, with bespoke details executed by local craftsmen and our in-house artisans using traditional techniques. Pioneer of nature-meets-luxury hospitality and slow-living concept, Borgo Santo Pietro lives up to its history of healing and seclusion – once a place of pilgrimage many found refuge, healing, and regeneration in the place that we now call Borgo San Pietro.

Life House Nantucket: New England, USA

Life House Nantucket is the oldest continually operating inn on the island. The 1833 building on Cliff Road, at one of the highest points on the island, was once a personal retreat for Captain Robert Calder in between whaling expeditions before he opened it up to travelers in 1870.

Today, Life House Nantucket is a nonchalant innkeeper’s eclectic escape that reflects her flair for cultivating the island’s native botany and practicing holistic wellness.

Marvel – Wastelanders Comic

Return to the Wastelands of Old Man Logan in brand-new series of Wasterlanders Comic. All-new Old Man Logan spinoffs starring Black Widow, Wolverine, Hawkeye, Doctor Doom, and Star-Lord coming in December.

This December, return to the post-apocalyptic Wastelands of OLD MAN LOGAN in five all-new stories set in the Marvel future where heroes have fallen, villains have won, and your favorite characters defy all odds to survive. Brought to you by all-star creators including writers Steven S. DeKnight, Ethan Sacks, Rich Douek, and Torunn Grønbekk, these five one-shots will focus on Wolverine, Hawkeye, Doctor Doom, Star-Lord, and making their first appearance in the Wastelands, Black Widow.

DeKnight, known for his work on Netflix’s Daredevil and WOLVERINE: BLACK, WHITE & BLOOD, will lead the return alongside artist Ibrahim Moustafa in WASTELANDERS: WOLVERINE, an all-new story set in the days after the conclusion of the original OLD MAN LOGAN, as he fights once again to save the people of the Wastelands who have been crushed under the heel of the Red Skull and Bruce Banner! The supervillains united and took out most of the world’s superheroes decades ago, and while the man known as LOGAN attempted to live a life of peace, he had to pop the claws once again to do what he does best! But saving the day looks different with the Baby Hulk under his care. Is Logan doing the right thing by protecting the progeny of the HULK or dooming what’s left of the war-torn world? Logan may not have long to wonder if he is crushed by the adamantium armor of his newfound enemy Downfall!

“It’s such a rare, bloody joy to be able to transport readers back to the universe of Old Man Logan in the one-shots for WASTELANDERS: WOLVERINE and WASTELANDERS: BLACK WIDOW,” DeKnight said. “Old friends, new foes, and quite a few surprises await. You don’t want to miss this one!”

Wastelanders mastermind Ethan Sacks, writer of both OLD MAN HAWKEYE and OLD MAN QUILL, is also back with artist Ibrahim Roberson to bring you a never-before-told story of Hawkeye’s training with Stick—the man formerly known as Daredevil—in WASTELANDERS: HAWKEYE! Clint Barton’s sight may be gone, but his will to avenge is stronger than ever, and with the training and expert guidance of Matt Murdock, arrows will fly again! But what is Murdock’s actual target? And how will this change Hawkeye’s path in the Wastelands? This is one issue YOU can’t afford to miss!

THE MIGHTY VALKYRIES writer Torunn Grønbekk and rising star Julius Ohta explore the complex nature of everyone’s favorite tyrant in WASTELANDERS: DOOM! Doctor Doom helped wipe out the heroes on the Day the Villains Won, but even as he rules his domain in the Wastelands, a greater destiny calls to him. When a mysterious power blocks his oversight of a particular region, what he discovers will have ripple effects across the WASTELANDERS stories!

Writer Rich Douek (Superman: Red and Blue) makes his Marvel Comics debut alongside artist Brent Peeples in WASTELANDERS: STAR-LORD! The legendary STAR-LORD has fallen on hard times. With the Guardians of the Galaxy disbanded, Peter Quill returned to Earth to find it a wasteland unlike anything he’s seen across the stars – heroes dead, villains in power. While he’s taken out one threat, others remain in the Wastelands, and Star-Lord’s own desire to assuage his guilt for being off-world during the calamity will land him right in the middle of another! Will Quill overcome the mysterious force waiting for him at the sight of his lost love’s death? Or is she not really dead at all?

“I’ve been a huge fan of Marvel’s Wastelands setting ever since the original OLD MAN LOGAN series, and it’s been an honor to contribute to it with WASTELANDERS: STAR-LORD,” Douek said. “Both the new podcast series by Ben Percy, and OLD MAN QUILL from Ethan Sacks and Robert Gill inspired me to really dive into what makes Peter Quill tick and to send him on a thrilling adventure in this grim and gritty version of the Marvel Universe. I can’t wait for readers to come along for the ride and see what we’ve cooked up!” 360 Magazine is honored to cover this promotion as comic books have brought many stories to life.

Bookending the saga, DeKnight will team up with artist Well-Bee to introduce the Wastelander’s take on Natasha Romanoff in WASTELANDERS: BLACK WIDOW. The Lizard King has grown monstrous and deadlier than ever as the lord of his southern domain. But when rumor breaks that critical information is believed to be stored in his impenetrable fortress, only the greatest spy of all is up to the infiltration: the deadly Black Widow! But who is she, and how has she survived this many decades in the Wastelands undetected?

Since Mark Millar and Steve McNiven’s legendary 2008 Wolverine story arc, the universe of OLD MAN LOGAN has gripped readers with its hard-hitting stories in multiple spinoff titles and a hit podcast series. Don’t miss the latest evolution of this fascinating saga when this all-new group of WASTELANDERS adventures hit stands in December! For more information, visit Marvel.com.

Crowns & Hops Brewing Co. Pays Homage

Crowns & Hops Brewing Co., the first Black-owned craft beer brand in Inglewood, CA, is further cementing its dedication to the City of Inglewood through its brand mission of preserving culture, building community, and expanding the palate of consumers in the area.

The commitment starts with the brewery laying roots in the community through its 14,000 square foot location off Manchester Ave. and Crenshaw Blvd. Crowns Inglewood is a community establishment based in the heart of Inglewood, and it will provide a safe family-friendly space to gather, dine and have delicious independent craft beer. To help support this mission, Crowns & Hops Brewing Co. recently launched their equity crowdfunding campaign “OWN CROWNS” to help raise the capital needed for the new location.

“We have always celebrated the mission of community and ownership in the craft beer industry. We’re excited to bring these concepts of investment and equity to a region that has been starved of resources for generations,” said Teo Hunter, COO & Head of Beer Operations.

This investment opportunity allows the community to participate in the revitalization efforts of a city. Crowns & Hops will offer locals and visitors alike an opportunity to publicly connect in Inglewood/South L.A. to enjoy premium products produced in Inglewood. Co-founders Beny Ashburn & Teo Hunter believe this opportunity will allow for the community to invest in the city’s development while supporting Black-owned businesses in the region.

As stated by Beny Ashburn, CEO, “Our brand started with the community. Now, we want to offer the community an opportunity to own a part of Crowns in the City of Champions and wherever we expand.”  360 Magazine is very excited to associate with a company, whose values are to give back to the community.

In addition, last month the brewery co-hosted a panel discussion and mixer at All In Co-Working with the Inglewood Chamber of Commerce and the City of Inglewood in celebration of Black Business Month. The panel specifically discussed balancing the benefits, resources, and initiative in a developing city, with Inglewood Mayor James Butts opening the event by announcing the official date for the ground-breaking of the new Los Angeles Clippers arena. Butts also delivered a heartfelt message about the ongoing progress and growth happening within the city and amongst its residents.

The brewery is also adding a new beer to its selection of craft brews. The beer is called “Inglewood Juice,” with the name paying homage to the city of Inglewood and showcasing the city’s place in their hearts. Inglewood Juice is a juicy IPA full of tropical notes and a traditional hop signature made popular by the West Coast IPA. This beer was brewed for the people of Inglewood, California, a city full of diversity, swag, hustle, resilience, progressiveness, and love.

The brewery will also be participating in two upcoming events. On September 18, they will join Beers without Beards, a female-focused virtual festival where co-owner Beny Ashburn will be speaking on a panel. On September 30, Crowns & Hops Brewing Co. will join the virtual event Gathering Spot LA.

Sena Kana x Ty Dolla $ign – Show Me

NOW PREMIERING VIA NYLON

FIRST SOLO FEMALE JAPANESE POP ARTIST TO HIT GOLD STATUS IN THE US

“Infusing pop and R&B to create a refreshing sound. Show Me is a soulful sonic fusion lifted by [Sena] Kana’s soaring, ethereal vocals.” NYLON

“Upon first listen, presents itself as an ethereal pop-infused love letter to perseverance. But, a production-heavy backing teases that there is more to the serene cut than meets the eye, and, rightly so.” WONDERLAND MAGAZINE

Sena Kana, the first solo female Japanese pop artist to hit gold status in the United States is back with the official video for new single “Show Me” linking up with mega-producer Poo Bear (Justin Bieber, Mariah Carey, Usher) as well as featured artist, hitmaker and multi-instrumentalist Ty Dolla $ign, also appearing in the video now premiering via NYLON.

On “Show Me,” the rising talent fuses the best of pop, R&B/hip hop, electronic, and classical. Sonics with her lyrics about sincerity, intentions, and commitment to your loved ones. She croons on the opening, “Don’t you want to show me what it’s like to be loved?” The final product transcends genre lines and offers up a story that is relatable to all, making the single an instant hit that can reach a wide audience.

Sena Kana explains, “Show Me’ is about the anxiety of not being able to convey what you want to say and highlights the importance of making an effort to show someone how you feel. It’s a song about the hope that comes from that effort of trying to connect with someone even when it is difficult.” She tells Wonderland Magazine,” The ultimate goal is to make people all over the world kinder and to make the world a better place through my music. To create a world where there are no more wars and conflicts, and where we can help each other even under disasters and hardships. I hope that my song can be a catalyst for each of us to show our true kindness, to not give up on finding new solutions, and to not become complacent.”

Ty Dolla $ign elaborates further, “Show Me’ is all about that magic that happens in collaboration. It was originally brought to me through my brother Poo Bear and with his incredible production merging with Sena’s one and only voice, I knew it was a hit the moment I heard it.” Sena Kana dishes to NYLON, “The collaboration with Ty Dolla $ign came about organically after I was introduced to him by my dear friend, Poo Bear. ‘Show Me’ started while Poo Bear and I were working on my debut EP last year. After we had finished writing the single, we felt like we should look to add another artist to the mix. Poo Bear connected me with his friend Ty, who was interested in the song after his first listen. We were also asking our friends, and in that time we asked around, Ty had written his part and recorded it, sent it over to Poo Bear and we both instantly knew that this was the perfect feature.”

Sena Kana knows the formula of collaboration well and has clearly mastered the art, bringing a one-of-a-kind flair to the table when working with creatives all around the world. Acclaimed by publications ranging from Billboard to HollywoodLife to HipHopDX, Sena envisions her music as a two-way emotional conduit. Honing in on her signature sound, Sena broke boundaries between borders and styles on the 2019 breakthrough “Up” featuring Sheppard and Wiz Khalifa. Uniting three genres and countries, the release possessed international appeal from Japan to Australia to the USA. Sena’s heavenly hypnotic delivery acted as the glue between genres with the fluttering vocal proclamation, “Nothing’s gonna bring us down. We’re going up, up and up and up.” The track’s uplifting message immediately resonated with listeners, resulting in a wealth of spins and a gold plaque from the RIAA. Amassing 100 million collective streams and counting across her discography, “Show Me” continues to present Sena’s introspection and affinity for community and connection. She states, “My goal for the project whether through recordings or live performances is to have people listen to my music and be able to feel the warmth through it. Despite whatever hardships, perhaps they can see a little silver lining in this.”

Born in Tokyo, Japan, music immediately called to Sena Kana, as if by destiny. She vividly recalls falling in love with musicals such as The Sound of Music. She became transfixed by the stories and sounds of that film. Inspired and invigorated, she spent her school days deeply involved in both music and the stage. She studied the foundations and techniques of classical music and learned compositions such as Mozart’s “Don Giovanni” and “The Marriage of Figaro,” to name a few. In 2017, Sena Kana made her musical debut with “Live Your Dreams,” which soared to #1 on EU iTunes and #1 on the France Digital Song Sales chart the following year, both achievements acting as the precursor to her global take off in 2019.

“I’d like to get past the boundaries of nationality,” she says as a closing note, “The kindness inside of people is what I want to share most through what I do. We can get up again, believe in our dreams again, and connect with people again. Those are the kinds of songs I want to sing. Thatߣs the kind of music I want to make. It’s really my dream to bring people together through music.”

Farmers Protest illustration created by Rumnik Ghuman from 360 Magazine for use by 360 Magazine

India’s Food Soldiers

By: Rumnik K Ghuman

Exactly a year ago, Narendra Modi’s government with little public or parliamentary debate, passed three farmer bills. According to them, these bills are a gift to the farmers, but in reality, the bills are a gift for the rich agribusinesses in India. The majority of the population in Punjab, Haryana, and Rajasthan are farmers, they make their entire income based on their produce. Some call the farmers ‘India’s Food Soldiers’ and many people have shown support to the farmers.

The first bill that was released was The Farmers’ Produce Trade and Commerce(Promotion and Facilitation) Act. This act allows the farmers to produce and have free trade outside the physical premises of the specific markets under the APMC Act (Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee law). Under this act, the specific markets that the government has listed are agribusiness typhoons. These businesses are only going to set the price at a low rate so it’s cheaper for them. This act is in their favor because the farmers will not be able to go somewhere else to sell so they have to agree to the price the agribusiness sets. This puts the farmers in a low position to control their own products.

The second bill that was passed was the Essential Commodities (Amendment) Act that made the decision to remove some items such as cereals and pulses from the list of essential commodities. This act was passed to attract foreign direct investment to the sector. This bill is limiting the number of items farmers can produce and sell. Certain states can only produce certain items based on the weather and the field the farmers have. This puts the farmers at a disadvantage when producing and won’t make as much money as they would normally.

The third bill was regarding the Farmers (Empowerment and Protection) Agreement on Price Assurance and Farm Services Act. This bill states to have a nationwide price limitation on all produces. This act doesn’t give farmers any empowerment over their produces which is putting them at a disadvantage. Combining all of these acts together, puts all farmers at a disadvantage, to not have a free trade market for them, price points that are lower than normal, and limited items to sell. The agribusinesses have connections in the government which is why the agribusinesses have more control over the price and are the only buyers that the farmers can sell to.

In August 2020, many farmers from the States of Punjab and Haryana gather to protest in the capital, Delhi. The farmers had seen that one bill was passed and they needed to stop for more to be released as in Haryana, these laws were issued as of August. September was when the government passed the Farmers Produce Trade and Commission Act, which put more fire into the farmers to get justice by removing these bills. Many farmers across the country were angry and had to show it somehow as the news was not covering the farmers’ protest in the capital because the news channels were owned by the agribusinesses or the government. So some farmers set their own fields on fire, marched to government offices, or protested at the capital.

At first, the crowd of farmers was much smaller, so the government brushed it aside. It wasn’t until on November 23, 2020, when protesters march from around India toward Delhi. Once they reached the edge of the city on November 26, the protesters met a large group of police officers who used tear gas, water cannons, and physical force to keep them from entering the city. Over the entire year, over 1000 deaths have happened whether that be by the cold weather or by protestors hanging themselves. A majority of the population were elder men that have been farming for all of their life and don’t know another way to provide an income for their families. In Punjab, farmers have always had a hard time making an income as they don’t have much money to afford the necessities to run the field correctly. They take big loans to buy a tractor, but later can pay it off and then hang themselves.

There have been big protests, but 360 Magazine feels the number of people from different religions, states, ages, and genders who came out to support the frontlines of the capital is unbelievable. The men were already fighting for their rights, but the women have been standing like hard rock with them. The women at the border are providing food and protesting as well. It’s amazing to see all come together to roll back new agricultural laws. Multiple women and kids have been injured during the violent behavior of the police but they still come back or stay to support.

As many people from Punjab and Haryana reside in England, the United States, and Canada, the protestors sitting in the cold, were getting worldwide support. Even though these supporters are not in India to help physically, they showed their support by organizing protests in their cities, doing marches to bring more awareness, sharing on social media about what’s going on, and donating or sending money to their families back home to go provide food for the protestors as it was freezing at the start of the protest. Many other industry workers in India went on strike as well to show they are with the farmers.

Punjab is known for its music and their music really reaches a higher population. It was the only way to show to the world this is the reality of the protest which the news channels were not recording nor reporting to the world. So many Punjabi singers came together to make a ‘Kisaan Anthem’(Kisaan means farmers in Punjabi) that tells and shows every detail of the protest with live footage. Multiple Punjabi singers personally came and served the protestors, sat with the protesters, and tried their hardest to talk to official officers to get these laws rolled away.

As we are speaking about the Farmers’ Protest, it is still going on and it’s been exactly a year since it started. The government has been pressured to speak about the bills in the parliament and hopefully will take the bills back. No Farmers No Food.

Already growing into a bonafide international hit record in its own right, the original album version of “Cold Heart (PNAU Remix)” is taken from Elton’s eagerly anticipated ‘The Lockdown Sessions.’ A 16-track album of collaborations recorded remotely over the last 18 months, ‘The Lockdown Sessions’ will be released on October 22nd via Interscope Records.

Speaking of the remix, The Blessed Madonna says: “Like just about everyone on the planet, I stand in awe of Elton John and Dua Lipa. It was such an enormous honor to be asked to be a part of their collaboration which is such a beautiful project. I immediately loved the song and I tried very hard to do it justice. It is nothing but pure joy to be in the orbit of these icons and their great big, warm beautiful hearts. I appreciate all of you listening.

The Blessed Madonna remix of “Cold Heart” is accompanied by a bespoke visualizer – with motion graphics artist James Stevens remixing the stunning official video for “Cold Heart (PNAU Remix)” created by Hamburg based animator and director Raman Djafari. Watch the visualizer here. A beautifully animated, trippy journey, the visuals form a fabulous counterpart to the video for the original song. 360 Magazine is really impressed by the beautiful graphic work in the music video which gives an animate feeling for the younger generation to be interested in.

Also today, tickets for the London date of Elton’s ‘Farewell Yellow Brick Road – The Final Tour’ go on general sale to the public. BST Hyde Park will host this historic show on Friday, June 24, 2022.

GRAMMY® Award-nominated, multi-platinum selling recording artist SZA releases “The Anonymous Ones,” the next song to be unveiled from the DEAR EVAN HANSEN (ORIGINAL MOTION PICTURE SOUNDTRACK), today.  A brand-new song was written specifically for the Universal Pictures release, “The Anonymous Ones” was written by Benj Pasek, Justin Paul, and Amandla Stenberg.  A co-star in the movie, Stenberg’s performance of the song as featured in the film is also released today. “The Anonymous Ones” is a song that reminds us that everyone, even people who seem to have it all together, have their own struggles and insecurities, and fears. But when we open up to each other we realize how much we can help one another just by being there for each other. Dear Evan Hansen (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) will be released on September 24 through Interscope Records. Listen to “The Anonymous Ones”—HERE.

The full lineup of artists has been revealed for the soundtrack, including Sam Smith with Summer Walker, SZA, Carrie Underwood and Dan + Shay, FINNEAS, and Tori Kelly. Plus, the 16-track album features new recordings by the film cast of these beloved songs with music and lyrics by the Oscar®, Grammy®, and Tony® winning songwriting team of Benj Pasek and Justin Paul (La La Land, The Greatest Showman). Among the new songs, the Soundtrack also includes “A Little Closer” performed by Colton Ryan.

Last month, Universal Pictures & Interscope Records unveiled new renditions of the film’s iconic anthems “Waving Through A Window” and “You Will Be Found” performed by Tony®, Grammy® and Emmy® winner Ben Platt, who originated the role of Evan Hansen on Broadway and reprises the role for the film. And just last week saw the release of Carrie Underwood and Dan + Shay’s version of “Only Us.”

The film premiered last night at the Toronto International Film Festival and Universal Pictures will release Dear Evan Hansen in theaters nationwide on September 24th.

Dear Evan Hansen opened on Broadway in December 2016 and became a generation-defining phenomenon, winning six Tony Awards, including for Best Musical and for Ben Platt as Best Actor in a Leading Role in a Musical. The show’s cast album would go on to earn a Grammy®.

Now, in the film, Ben Platt returns as Evan Hansen, an anxious, isolated high schooler aching for understanding and belonging amid the chaos and cruelty of the social-media age.  360 Magazine is very excited to watch this movie as this brings a huge portion of our audience.

Directed by acclaimed filmmaker Stephen Chbosky (The Perks of Being A Wallflower, Wonder), the film is written for the screen by the show’s Tony® winner Steven Levenson with music and lyrics by Pasek & Paul. Dear Evan Hansen stars six-time Oscar® nominee Amy Adams, Oscar® winner Julianne Moore, Kaitlyn Dever (Booksmart), Amandla Stenberg (The Hate U Give), Colton Ryan (Little Voice), Nik Dodani (Atypical), and Danny Pino (Law & Order: Special Victims Unit).

The film is produced by Marc Platt (La La Land, Into the Woods, Mary Poppins Returns) and Adam Siegel (2 Guns, Drive), and is executive produced by Steven Levenson, Benj Pasek, Justin Paul, Michael Bederman, and Stacey Mindich.
