ATARASHII GAKKO! – “Pineapple Kryptonite”

ATARASHII GAKKO! Releases the new song “Pineapple Kryptonite” produced by Money Mark. ATARASHII GAKKO!, a four-girl progressive Japanese pop-group, blends punk energy with elements of pop, rock, jazz, and hip-hop presenting it via avant-garde, self-choreographed dance, and today they’ve released their newest song. “Pineapple Kryptonite” 88rising. The track is the first single from ATARASHII GAKKO!’s forthcoming EP, which was created with legendary producer, Money Mark (known for his collaboration with the Beastie Boys among many others) and will be out later this year. The track is a high octane banger, perfect for soundtracking a car chase or running from an alien invasion, as seen in the song’s brilliant music video.

Directed by the legendary, Phillip G. Atwell, responsible for game-changing videos by Eminem, Eve feat. Gwen Stefani, Tupac, and more, the music video for “Pineapple Kryptonite” is rich in texture, featuring the dynamic choreography for which the girls are known. The video takes place in the California desert during an epic intergalactic confrontation as ATARASHII GAKKO! battles dog-abducting, evil pineapple-fearing aliens. Paying homage to the Beastie Boys’ “Sabotage,” ATARASHII GAKKO! tried out their acting skills by playing the distressed American family in the video. They also did all their own stunts!

Translated to “New School” in Japanese, ATARASHII GAKKO! are clad in school uniforms and self-proclaimed representatives of Seishun (Japanese youth). A resistance of tiny proportions, the group strives to live and create with individuality by finding freedom within society’s acceptable margins by pushing boundaries a little bit at a time. It’s music that shows restraint on its face but is bursting with passion. Members Mizyu (the Sleeping Kitten), Suzuka(The Wildcard), Kanon(The Graceful One), and (the nice and funky one) are all trained in Kumitaisou – an acrobatic formation that trains in strength, balance, concentration, teamwork, and coordination. 360 Magazine is impressed to see how this pop group brings together the whole world.

Aston Martin – No Time To Die Edition

The Little Car Company, Aston Martin and EON Productions today announced the launch of a No Time To Die special edition Aston Martin DB5 Junior. Inspired by the 25th James Bond film, No Time To Die, released in cinemas from September 30, the film sees the return of the iconic Aston Martin DB5. This unique collaboration with The Little Car Company has created a gadget-laden collector’s item. The two-thirds scale version of the original comes with a fully electric powertrain.

Specifications

The No Time To Die edition will pay homage to the rich shared history of the brands, with Silver Birch paintwork, Smiths instruments, individually numbered chassis plates, and complete with Aston Martin badging. In true Bond style, this special edition boasts even greater power and range over the standard DB5 Vantage Junior, giving it a higher level of performance.

After extensive development and months of collaboration between the three companies, the car is a truly authentic homage to both the Aston Martin and 007 brands. The original Aston Martin DB5 was 3D-scanned for reference, allowing a completely accurate reproduction. Whilst some elements of the car have been replicated, such as the Smiths instruments on the dashboard, some elements have been reimagined for the modern era. The fuel gauge has been converted into a battery meter, while the oil temperature now monitors the motor temperature.

The No Time To Die Special Edition has been designed as a convertible, and not the fixed head coupe drove by 007. This is to offer seating for an adult and child side by side, allowing all generations of Bond fans to share the love of driving. With multiple driving modes and a range of up to 80 miles, aspiring secret agents should be able to escape any situation. There are also some secret ‘Easter Eggs’ hidden within the car for the lucky owners to find.

A quick-release steering wheel allows for a speedy entry and exit for the driver, and when they need to stop in a hurry, they can rely on both regenerative braking and high-performance Brembo disc brakes. Bilstein dampers and coil-over springs make sure the suspension can handle the performance squeezed into this two-thirds scale marvel.

No Time To Die Specification

James Bond’s Aston Martin DB5 has become a much-loved character in its own right. No Bond car would be complete without Q-style gadgets, and the Aston Martin DB5 Junior No Time To Die edition is no exception. 360 Magazine is pleased to see this big collaboration in a huge style.

Chris Corbould OBE, the Oscar®-winning special effects supervisor, has worked on fifteen James Bond films since the early 1980s, and he consulted with The Little Car Company on the development of the car’s complex gadgets in miniature;

“When I saw the DB5 Junior in the flesh, I was amazed at how identical it is to the full-sized car – it’s stunning. It’s an amazing feat of engineering.”

All the gadgets are operated by individual controls in a hidden switch panel in the passenger door. At the push of a button, the headlights drop to reveal a twin set of simulated Gatling guns, complete with imitation barrel blasts and flashes.

As witnessed in the No Time To Die trailer, the skid mode comes in handy when caught in a tight spot. The No Time To Die special edition has a unique digital number plate activated through the hidden control panel.

Just like the original car, this special edition can produce a smokescreen to aid a successful getaway. Ejected through the rear ‘exhaust’, the smoke has a supply tank that supplies an hour of safe smoke before it needs topping up.

Although the DB5 Junior is not road legal, as an authentic Aston Martin model, every owner will receive automatic membership of the respected Aston Martin Owners Club. In addition, all clients will receive complimentary membership of The Little Car Club, allowing them to take part in exclusive events where they, their children, and their grandchildren can drive their DB5 Juniors on the most prestigious racetracks.

Ben Hedley, CEO of The Little Car Company, said: “Regarded as the most famous car in cinematic history, the gadget-laden Aston Martin DB5 awed audiences around the world over fifty years ago. Now, that story continues. As part of an exclusive partnership with EON Productions and Aston Martin, we have had the opportunity to create something truly unique for James Bond fans and collectors. We can’t wait to see the adventures these cars take with their owners.”

Bond fans worldwide are able to secure one of the limited-edition No Time To Die editions of the DB5 Junior by visiting 007junior.com. With only 125 cars being built, build slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, by placing a fully refundable deposit.

Pricing for the car has been set at £90,000, plus local taxes. Existing Aston Martin DB5 Junior clients will be given the first refusal on upgrading to a No Time To Die edition, and remaining build slots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Dreamville’s Lute – Gold Mouf

The project features JID, Saba, BJ The Chicago Kid, Ari Lennox, WESTSIDE Boogie, and More.

After bravely revealing his troubling bout with anxiety in an episode of Gold Mouf Chronicles and nimbly peeling back another layer with his latest single, “Myself,” featuring Charlotte native DEVN, Lute officially announces his debut album Gold Mouf. Slated to drop Oct. 4, Lute recruits a team of formidable lyricists such as JID, WESTSIDE BOOGIE, Saba, and Little Brother. He also teams up with soulful singers BJ The Chicago Kid, Ari Lennox, and DEVN to ultimately bring his vision to life.

In various conversations with Complex and GQ, Lute openly spoke about his past issues with anxiety. “The way I found out about anxiety was from an infomercial one night,” he recalled in his June conversations with Complex. “I couldn’t sleep, and I was flipping through the channels…and, you know how infomercials come through: ‘Do you have such and such? Are you feeling this way?” 360 Magazine is impressed with this album from Lute as it is his debut album.

With Gold Mouf Chronicles, Lute discussed how multiple family members also have anxiety and that when he was young, he had open-heart surgery, leaving his future up to fate. While the procedure was successful, he constantly felt like he needed to prove something of himself as he made frequent trips to get tests done on his heart until he was 17. His anxiety still affects him today, before shows, daily interactions with his family and team, and even at home. His anxiety attacks have also occurred in very public moments, most notably during his Dreamville Fest set-in and halftime performance during the Hornets vs. Rockets game in March 2020. After a horrible attack last year, he started taking medication and attending meditation and breathing sessions at a dojo to help cope with his anxiety.

The series features Lute’s 2020 single, “GED (Gettin Every Dolla),” as its opening theme and has become a fan favorite. The Neal Farmer-directed video has now amassed over 1.6 MM views on YouTube. Following its release, Lute stunned fans with a halftime performance during the Hornets vs. Rockets showdown at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. In 2019, the Charlotte rapper teamed up with label head J. Cole, and hip hop phenom DaBaby for the track, “Under the Sun,” featured on the Grammy-nominated RIAA certified platinum Dreamville album Revenge of the Dreamers III. Lute also kept his hot streak intact last year when he released “Life” and the Madden 21 favorite, “Get It and Go.” Fans can catch the latest episodes of Gold Mouf Chronicles by visiting www.gettineverydolla.com. Next month, Lute will be joining his Dreamville compatriots at the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheater in Denver for the Dreamville On The Rocks concert.

HAYD – Debut Changes

HAYD releases Debut Changes – EP today click HERE to listen. A music video for the new single “Head in the Clouds” is out now click HERE to watch.

Today, Michigan-born singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer, Hayd, releases his debut Changes – EP. The EP includes previously released tracks “Closure” (Click HERE) “Airplane Mode” (Click HERE), and “Changes” (Click HERE), which were written and produced entirely by Hayd and has racked up over 109.2 million streams worldwide. The EP also features brand-new single “Head in the Clouds” and unreleased tracks “The Idea of You” and “Faces”. The Changes – EP is a collection of songs inspired by personal experiences and is a culmination of Hayd’s signature mellow style driven by brutally honest and emotional lyrics, raw vocals, and accompanied by a soft and simple production. Hayd’s ChangesEP is available now at all digital retail providers via Interscope Records. See the full tracklist below.

Hayd says about the EP, “Life comes and goes in seasons. This EP, from front to back, is the journey it took me to realize that. For so long I tried to resist the change around me. I was scared of the unknown, scared of failure… but change is how we grow. “There’s a reason for every season” … at least that’s what my mom’s Hallmark pillow says.”

Changes – EP Track List:

  1. Closure
  2. Head in the Clouds
  3. The Idea of You
  4. Faces
  5. Airplane Mode
  6. Changes

In addition to the EP, Hayd dropped the music video for his new single “Head in the Clouds.” The video, directed by Jesse DeFlorio, finds Hayd reminiscing on a relationship between two cloud figures who were once in love. Shot on Kodak Film for a dated effect, the cloud figures are seen enjoying each other’s company, interspersed with shots of Hayd playing the heartfelt track on the piano.  Eventually, the female cloud figure walks away from her partner, leaving him alone with a note. Hayd eventually reveals himself to be the male cloud figure, memorializing his own relationship that once was. 360 Magazine is excited for this young star to begin his journey in the music industry.

Costa Rica is a popular honeymoon destination and now thanks to The Marriage Restoration Project’s, “Getting the Love You Want” couples retreats, it’s now the destination helping couples save and revitalize their marriages.
Starting in October 2021 and throughout 2022, these successful marriage retreats will be held at the Autograph Collection’s El Mangroove beach resort in Guanacaste, Costa Rica.
Based on Imago Therapy, which focuses on transforming conflict into healing and growth by examining the early childhood experiences of each person, during the five-day retreat couples will:

  • Be deeply heard by their spouse through a process that feels truly safe
  • Discover and shed personal triggers that undermine the connection
  • Comfortably talk about any issue in the relationship and remain connected
  • Satisfy needs for physical and emotional connection
  • Learn how to ask for what you want
  • Remove negativity, retaliation, reactivity, anger, and blame through the Imago dialogue process
  • Establish new rituals for re-romanticizing
  • Shift the negative energy in 5 minutes or less!

Twenty years ago Rabbi Shlomo and Rivka Slatkin’s own marriage was hanging on by a thread and Imago Therapy helped revitalize their relationship. Wanting to help other couples save their marriages too, they went on to study and specialize in Imago Therapy, founding TheMarriageRestorationProject.com; authoring books, and offering this unique workshop that is based on the work of the co-founder of Imago Therapy, Dr. Harville Hendrix.
Costa Rica retreats launch October 13-17, 2021 with certified Imago Therapist, Jill Wolf, LCSW leading the program. Each day couples will work on their relationship while having downtime to reconnect over beach walks, spa services, and local excursions.
Currently, there are four additional dates in early 2022, each led by dynamic, results-oriented Imago Therapists from The Marriage Restoration Project team.

Ferraro’s White Truffle Festival

White truffle season comes to Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar beginning October 1 through December 31. Ferraro’s announces nightly truffle specials and Nebbiolo wine pairing during which guests will savor one of the season’s most indulgent ingredients—Italian white truffles.
Italian white truffles are widely regarded as the most exquisite of all truffles. Their season runs typically from late October to late December. Truffles grow in the wild, where they enjoy a symbiotic relationship with mature oak, beech and hazelnut trees, from which they draw carbohydrates while growing underground. For this reason, truffles cannot be cultivated. That fact, together with their unmistakably rich and umami-filled flavor, makes truffles a universally rare and sought-after ingredient.
360 Magazine is excited to taste this season’s truffles. To make reservations, please call (702) 364-5300. The full menu follows:

Michael Brun – Ocho

Michael Brun Teams Up with Fuego, Ms. Nina, and LASTMONDAY on Club Centric Ocho which is out September 15. Follows the recent release with Ms. Nina & LASTMONDAY – ‘Sammy Sosa’. Buy / Stream – ‘Ocho’ (ft. Fuego, Ms Nina, LASTMONDAY)

‘Rasanbleman,’ Haitian-Creole for, to gather, has been Latin Grammy winner Michael Brun’s focus for the better part of the last decade; uniting artists from across the world to celebrate and come together on global beats. As music has flowed from Africa, across the Caribbean into Latin America, so too has the Haitian-born Brun, collaborating with artists from across the musical spectrum, a list that runs from Nigerian Mr. Eazi to Columbia’s J Balvin, Benin’s Shirazee to Jersey Club queen Uniiqu3.

Brun’s mission as a Haitian artist has been to define his homeland, not by tragedy or despair, but by the richness of its culture, the pride, and resilience of its people, and the beauty of its music. In the wake of another devastating earthquake in Haiti, this mission takes on renewed urgency.

His newest two-track release, written several months ago, is a celebration of the connection between club culture, Afro-Caribbean beats, and the contemporary Latin scene, and sees Brun working with the fiercely talented rapper Ms. Nina, who has bridged the divide between her homeland of Argentina and Spain with a new take on reggaeton, remix and rap star Fuego, and the Bronx-Born Dominican artist LASTMONDAY. On Ocho, the collaborations with LASTMONDAY and Fuego, who attended school in the DR, were particularly important for Brun, to celebrate what unites, rather than divides, Haiti and the Dominican Republic.

The high-energy reggaeton club music of Tego Calderon and Daddy Yankee dominated the sound systems and parties of Haiti when Brun was learning to DJ and produce as a teenager. Sammy Sosa and Ocho are a nod to those Haitian club roots but undertaken with a global lens, a follow up to Brun’s Melanin EP last year, using the richness of experiences and interactions Brun has enjoyed in the last decade producing and DJing around the world. This revisionist approach was something Brun saw in all his collaborators; LASTMONDAY’s reggaeton flips of old school hip-hop, Fuego’s pioneering trapchata discography, and re-imagining of Caribbean classics like Gyptian’s ‘Hold Yuh’ and Ms. Nina’s Neoperreo take on Latin club music.

Sammy Sosa and Ocho are tracks made to dance too, to bring people together. People need this, even in moments of darkness and tragedy. My activism in Haiti is always ongoing, but as an artist, I also want to push Haitian culture forward at a global level, and this release does this through the universal language of club culture.”

Ocho is out today to kick off the start of Latin Heritage Month.
