With a nod to steel drums and Soca music, Barnes also designed wind chimes, hundreds of which will be hung in the neighborhood’s trees. Rock | Roll will also include a free-floating dome suspended overhead and animated by light and sound, which will serve as an anchor to a communal and lively commission.
