Fresh water comes from the estate’s wells. Organic waste generated by the hotel is meticulously composted to enrich the soil of the gardens, whilst the orange farm supplies the estate’s citrus fruits and the north of the island.

A Legacy of Excellence
2024 saw Atzaró Group’s expansion into Africa with the opening of Atzaró Okavango, a premium luxury safari lodge and camp in Botswana and a small luxury hotel at Table Mountain’s foot, Atzaró Cape Town. A combined African experience, a couple of days in the cultural mother city, then several on safari, exploring the wild, is the perfect city and safari experience. 2018 saw the group voyage into Indonesia with the luxury charter yacht, Prana by Atzaró, a traditional, yet opulent Phinisi, heralded the biggest and best in the world, sailing the Komodo National Park, Spice Islands, and Raja Ampat.
