After launching 143 with a sold-out headline show for over 100,000 fans at Rock in Rio in Brazil in September 2024, Katy is excited to return to the road. The global pop superstar will kick off The Lifetimes Tour on April 23, 2025, with the first of three shows at Arena CDMX in Mexico City. The arena run will also take her to Monterrey and Guadalajara, MX, Australia, Canada, South America, the UK and Europe. See below for the dates that have been announced thus far.

Katy will appear as the guest judge on the season premiere episode of “RuPaul’s Drag Race,” which returns for its 17th season on January 3, 2025. Myke Towers surprises fans with a Christmas gift as he closes the year with his new album, LYKE MIIKE. The record and its visualizers are now available across all digital platforms and YouTube.

LYKE MIIKE marks Myke’s triumphant return to his rap and trap roots. Following the overwhelming success of his hits “LALA,” “LA FALDA,” and “ADIVINO,” Towers showcases his artistic evolution and versatility across 23 meticulously crafted tracks.

The record demonstrates why Towers is considered one of Latin music’s finest lyricists. Across 23 tracks, the artist showcases his masterful command of narrative and rhyme, tackling both intimate and universal storylines. 

On “CON ÉL,” a seductive blend of trap, rap, and R&B, he narrates a love triangle from an unconventional perspective, while “LOS DEPURO” celebrates success through an innovative and hypnotizing fusion of cumbia RKT and reggaeton. The hard-hitting “VAN CLEEF” explores sensuality with provocative lyrics, and “YO ESTARÉ,” with its cinematic atmosphere and industrial soundscape, pushes Latin rap boundaries while addressing themes of loyalty and commitment.

LYKE MIIKE brings together some of Latin America’s finest talents, from Puerto Rican heavyweights Miky Woodz, Eladio Carrión, Clarent, Pressure 9×19, and Jon-Z to Venezuelan rap titans Akapellah and Neutro Shorty.

The album arrived accompanied by 23 visualizers, all filmed in Towers’ hometown of Quintana, San Juan, Puerto Rico. @bstatic masterfully captured the striking visual content during an intensive two-day shoot. The Puerto Rican director created a rich visual narrative that pays tribute to Towers’ origins through exquisite production.

LYKE MIIKE is Myke Towers’ third album release of 2024. The rap powerhouse dropped LA PANTERA NEGRA in August, followed by its Deluxe version in October. The latter spawned “DEGENERE,” featuring Benny Blanco, which has dominated charts across the United States, Spain, and Latin America.

Before this year-end release, Towers received a gold certification for LA PANTERA NEGRA and an eleventh platinum certification for “LA FALDA” from the RIAA.

Towers ends 2024 as the #1 artist on U.S. and Canadian Tropical radio charts and ranks #2 on the Spanish Contemporary chart, according to Mediabase. Markus Klinko: Icon of an Era

Arguably, one of the top twenty of all time, Markus Klinko, is within the same stratosphere as Steven Meisel, Annie Leibovitz, Ben Watts, Stuart Schining, David LaChapelle, Cliff Watts and Moshe Brakha. All of which possess a certain technique, whimsicality and composition that’s unparalleled, forever etching their mark on this era. Their insatiable desire to devour all things iconic in fashion, music, and entertainment through their lenses has always been apparent. However, it was Klinko’s iconic album art for a certain super star that ushered him into a spotlight of his own.

Before embarking on his journey as a legendary photographer, which was constantly featured in Vogue, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, he was a signed recording artist with EMI Classics. •Reebok primed for return to basketball with a new WNBA collaboration. 

•Reebok named a league-authorized footwear supplier, tapping WNBA stars Angel Reese and Lexie Brown to further commitment to women’s sports.

Reebok, the irreverent and iconic sports culture brand, and the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) announced a multi-year partnership, making it the official footwear for the league. The brand and its players will aim to create inspiring and engaging content that brings fans closer to the game and its rising stars, including Reebok athletes Angel Reese of the Chicago Sky, Lexie Brown of the Los Angeles Sparks, and more.

“The WNBA continues to grow with iconic brands, and we look forward to Reebok joining us in driving women’s basketball to new heights and inspiring the next generation,” said WNBA Chief Growth Officer Colie Edison.  “As we continue to capitalize on increased brand awareness, our work with Reebok is another step in bringing more fans to the game.”

In 2021, Reebok boldly stated its go-forward objective to reclaim its rightful place in sport. Shortly thereafter, the brand would name Shaquille O’Neal and Allen Iverson to executive leadership roles for its Basketball division and would sign rising basketball star and fashion icon Reese.

In late October, Reese and Reebok agreed to a multi-year partnership extension and confirmed a signature sneaker release for 2026 (making Reese only the second WNBA player to receive a signature shoe from Reebok). Most recently, in mid-November, Reese starred in the Reebok’s new global campaign, “Sport is Everything,” alongside the brand’s diverse roster of rising global athletes and artists.

“Reebok has been such an amazing partner and advocate for women in sport,” said Angel Reese. “As strong female athletes, we can use our platform to set an example for young players coming up in the sport. I’m happy to see the WNBA and Reebok supporting one another because I know that together we’re so much stronger and our reach is so much further.”

Reebok has been creating basketball shoes for women since the 1980s. The brand sponsored some of the nation’s best women’s collegiate basketball teams in history throughout the ‘90s, and in 1997 gave superstar Rebecca Lobo her own signature shoe. In the late ‘90s and early 2000’s, Reebok landed marketing and licensing deals with the ABL, NBA, and WNBA, among other leagues, and in 2002 sponsored the first-ever women’s high school all-American game. Today, the brand continues to support the game nationally and overseas through new partnerships with leagues like the UK’s Super Basketball League (SLB), the Australian National Basketball League (NBL), and now the WNBA.

Elton John today unveils a brand new video for his Triple Platinum-certified Christmas classic, “Step Into Christmas,” available to watch now on YouTube here. The new video reimagines what it was like behind the scenes for the now iconic original 1973 visual, starring British actress and model Cara Delevingne as Elton.

Over 50 years after Elton’s classic performance, the gloriously kitsch new video finds the video production team frantically trying to get the set ready for his arrival as they attempt to make it “Christmassy enough.” Despite the addition of a festive feather boa, balloons, and confetti, chaos reigns as they wrangle an escaped turkey, fail to book a real reindeer, and tackle a deranged fan who storms the set, all whilst Cara brilliantly mirrors Elton’s choicest dance moves and iconic facial expressions from the original video.

Cara’s star turn in the video sees her fulfilling a lifetime ambition to step into Elton’s high-heeled boots. A lifelong fan and aspiring Elton wannabe from an early age, the pair have become firm friends over the years.

Elton says: “I saw Cara at Glastonbury last summer, and we talked about how much we’d love to work together if the right idea came up. She’s hilarious to spend time with; we both have quite a self-deprecating sense of humor. When someone suggested the idea of her playing me in a riff on the 1973 ‘Step Into Christmas’ video, I just thought it was the perfect opportunity. Thank God Cara thought the same because it came out great.”

Cara says: “Elton has always been an idol of mine, to say his music has had a deeply profound effect on me is an understatement. To be asked by him to PLAY him in this recreation was a dream that I didn’t know I had until it happened. Honestly, I wish I could pretend to be Elton every day. I hope that Elton may one day return the favor and agree to play me in my not-yet-developed, written, pitched, or funded biopic. Fingers crossed.”

Originally released on November 23, 1973, “Step Into Christmas” peaked at No. 1 on the Billboard Christmas Singles chart in the US and No. 24 during its initial seven-week run on the UK Singles Chart. “Step Into Christmas” has returned over the past decade or so to become a seasonal favorite. It has spent a total of 44 weeks to date on the Billboard Holiday Airplay chart and, in the UK, has charted each December since 2011. In the 2020-21 winter season, the single obtained its highest position to date when it reached No. 8, three years after receiving the British Phonographic Industry’s Silver certificate (200,000 copies sold). Last year it was certified Triple Platinum by the BPI, 50 years after its release in 1973.

The reimagined video comes after Elton’s new documentary, Elton John: Never Too Late, premiered on Disney+ on Friday. Directed by R.J. Cutler and David Furnish, the documentary follows Elton as he looks back on his life and the astonishing early days of his 50-year career in an emotionally charged, intimate, and inspiring full-circle journey. In November, Elton released the eponymous song ‘Never Too Late (From The Film “Elton John: Never Too Late”)’, which he co-wrote with eleven-time GRAMMY-winning US superstar Brandi Carlile. A collaboration between these long-time friends and artistic kindred spirits, Brandi was inspired to write “Never Too Late” after being deeply moved by an early cut of the documentary.
