USHER, the undisputed KING (bow down Timberlake) and Kim Kardashian‘s Skims campaign crooner, has proven his strength as a timeless musician and multi-generational megastar. In the midst of SA allegations against industry coach Diddy, his star remains unscathed. And, it’s obvious why this triple threat has been capable of propelling megastars like Justin Bieber into unchartered territories. He was completely immersed in his craft, unlike his predecessors. It explains why a well-choreographed routine can breathe, allowing carefully curated beats in between transitions.

Jay-Z chose Mr. Raymond, a native of Atlanta with a thirty-year career span, to headline the Apple Music Super Bowl LVIII Halftime show because he is an unmistakable pop icon. With collaborations from Alicia Keys, Will.i.am, Ludacris, and H.E.R., this was literally one of the most effortless performances since Queen Bey.

TALK has created “I’m One of the Rest,” to score CBS’ trailer promoting the debut of the Original series “Tracker,” which stars Justin Hartley as Colter Shaw, a lone-wolf survivalist who roams the country as a reward seeker, using his expert tracking skills to help private citizens and law enforcement solve all manner of mysteries while contending with his own fractured family. The new series will premiere on Sunday, February 11, after SUPER BOWL LVIII, on the CBS Television Network and streaming on Paramount+. LuisaViaRoma Celebrates the Lunar New Year together with the artist Sean Wu via 360 MAGAZINE.

Sean Wu’s Bamboo Install

On the occasion of the 2024 Lunar New Year, LuisaViaRoma celebrates the Year of the Dragon with an immersive in-store installation in collaboration with the Chinese designer Sean Wu.

Sean Wu’s bamboo installation for LuisaViaRoma weaves together eastern aesthetics and sustainable materials to celebrate the Lunar New Year. The Year of the Dragon starts from February 10th and it is one of the most popular out of the twelve zodiac signs. According to Chinese culture, the dragon symbolizes good fortune, excellence and determination, dignity and divinity, power over weather and water, and a pioneering spirit.

The core element of the dedicated installation at LuisaViaRoma store is the bamboo, an extremely symbolic material for Chinese culture, representing toughness, grace and harmony.

Alongside the entrance of the store, immediately under the arch, an ornamental bamboo sculpture invites the visitors to immerse themselves into the peculiar masterpiece by Sean Wu, while the screen right behind it is reproducing video footage of bamboo artworks. To set up the main in-store installation, the artist crafted the bamboo sticks in order to recreate the undulating, waving dragon shapes, made even more attractive by an inner lighting system as artistic embellishment to let visitors dive into three different spatial artistic plans. 

The dragon installations, crafted from organic materials, highlight Sean Wu’s focus on sustainable designs. The spatial experience showcases the captivating dragon motif to celebrate the Lunar New Year. 

“I believe that creativity has the power to touch hearts and create connections between people. Just like the spirit of a dragon, it lies in the ability to connect and unite,” says Sean Wu.

The installation is on display at the LuisaViaRoma store in Florence from February 6th until the 21st.

Super Bowl Soulful Celebration

The vibrant Pearl Concert Theater at Palms Resort Casino set the stage for a historic evening of inspiration and entertainment as the “Super Bowl Soulful Celebration” celebrated its quarter-century milestone. Hosted by the dynamic duo Cedric the Entertainer and Tichina Arnold, and under the musical direction of Emmy Award-winning and Grammy-nominated Adam Blackstone, the event was an electrifying fusion of faith, fellowship, and football, directed by the talented Leon Knoles. The one-hour special premieres tonight, Saturday, February 10 at 8 p.m./9c on CBS and streams on Paramount+ (*live for Paramount+ with Showtime subscribers) as well as on demand on Pluto TV and cbs.com for 90 days after the special airs.

Singapore/London: 07 February ‘24 – Elastos today joined forces with The Metaverse Bank (TMB) to deliver decentralized digital ID services, to enable users to verify any form of personal credential securely and privately, without dependence on a third-party intermediary.

The service will cover a range of applications, from eKYC banking verification, to educational qualifications, professional references, age, resident or fiscal status, or any other credential that may be required.  Unlike traditional, centralized verification processes, the absence of any intermediary means that the individual remains in full control of what s/he shares and for what purpose; no data is shared or remains with a third party.

TMB uses Blockchain technology to log, secure and reconcile transactions based on any type of value denomination whether it be a financial asset, access/usage rights, ownership or any other form of credential, including identity. Thanks to the development and use of EDAs the nature of the asset is effectively irrelevant. EDAs contain all the information, not just the value of the asset but – courtesy of the Blockchain – its ownership, provenance, history and, even, physical location or jurisdiction.  Users at either side of the transaction are at liberty to select their own asset of exchange as/when they enter into a transaction; in this case, this could mean any form of personal identification.     

Decentralized digital IDs (DIDs) are absolutely central to Elastos’ vision for Web3; a so-called SmartWeb that transforms the Internet into a user-driven, interactive ecosystem.
