A LEGOLAND® VACATION

Mrs. Nanjad got a well-deserved teaching break from, of all people, a student, and some LEGO® Bricks. Daniel Carrera, the recent winner of the Mini Master Model Builder competition at LEGOLAND® Discovery Center Westchester and a 5th-grade student at P.S. 090 Horace Mann in Queens, gave a mini LEGO building lesson about how to create graduation-themed LEGO® models.

LEGOLAND® Discovery Center Westchester donated hundreds of LEGO® bricks to help Carrera teach the class of 25 about building special items for their 5th-grade graduation. They created a name badge, apple, pencil, and notebook as part of the special fun session, giving Mrs. Nanjad a well-deserved break to enjoy seeing one of her students become a budding LEGO® builder. On top of it all, LEGOLAND Discovery Center Westchester surprised each student with the new Summer Play Pass so they can keep building, creating, and playing for the rest of the year at the attraction. The summer play pass will launch this weekend for the general public to purchase. $39.99 for admission Sunday – Friday until Dec 31, 2022.

Daniel is also competing to become the North American Mini-Master Model Builder. New Yorkers looking to support their local Mini-Master Model Builder can vote to start tomorrow at 9:00 AM, Jun 22, through Monday, Jun 27, at noon at LEGOLAND Discovery Center Westchester’s Facebook page. The votes will be combined with Master Model Builders at all LEGOLAND Discovery Centers to decide the winner. STARLIGHT HEADLINER

ROLLS-ROYCE

The very first iteration of the Rolls-Royce Starlight Headliner was developed in 2006. Equipped with 800 stars, the innovation was in response to who requested a sift dispersed lighting environment in his Rolls-Royce Phantom due to a sensitivity to light. The Bespoke Collective of designers, engineers, and craftspeople worked relentlessly to develop this technology, extending it to the entire length of the roof and varying the intensity of light emitted by each star to reflect the night sky.

Each star is lit by a single strand of fiber optic cable, hand threaded and cut at a unique angle, and lit by up to six powerful compact light canons. The constellation of each Starlight Headliner can be unique to the owner representing an important point in the timeline of their personal story. The typical headliner takes nine hours to craft, but a personalized pattern needs its own template, which can take as long as a week to complete. Two Rolls-Royce craftspeople work in tandem with this extraordinary feature. It’s the perfect marriage of traditional craftsmanship and contemporary technology.

First, the leather is perforated with 1,400 to 1,600 holes, each carefully counted. Fiber optic threads, which are hand-trimmed at different angles to achieve a twinkling effect, are set into these holes by hand. The craftsperson then ensures that the fibers are perfectly seated on the visible leather surface.

The Starlight Headliner can take on any personalized aesthetic, depicting constellations exactly as they were on any day in modern history. The work of art can feature Bespoke colours, graphics, shooting stars, and even illuminated wood veneer. One owner requested that the lights be configured in the shape of his coat of arms, and another asked for the configuration to represent the Ursa Major and Minor constellations. While for another customer, the Rolls-Royce monogram was created to illuminate separately from the rest of the stars.

The Bespoke designers were once posed with the query: ‘Could all this be accomplished by a robot? Probably, but it’s not. Instead, Rolls-Royce hires detail-obsessed individuals from specialty areas, including textile and technology. The result is a different take on heavenly creationism that’s always unique and personal.”

While it began as a Bespoke feature, nearly every Rolls-Royce Motor Car today features a Starlight Headliner. A Bespoke signature that has become as important as the Rolls-Royce “RR” monogram or the “Pantheon Grill.’ It is available in all members of the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars family.

YellowHeart uses on-chain analytics, which allows the company to identify if a user has purchased several tickets but transfers them all to other users, which likely indicates they’re a scalper. The ticket issuer is also in complete control if a ticket is resold, and if it is, for how much, so they can help prevent high resale prices.

NFT.NYC often referred to as the “Woodstock” or “Super Bowl” of NFTs, brings together thousands of guests from around the world, including artists, developers, and journalists. During the conference, guests have the opportunity to attend the industry’s most prevalent panels, thought leader talks, workshops, and briefings from numerous household names and brands. During NFT.NYC, renowned NYC artist Alec Monopoly will be dropping the trailer for his upcoming ‘Rags to Richie‘ collection on billboards in Times Square.

The Rags to Richie project is a 10,000-piece NFT art collection of Monopoly character ‘Lil’ Richie Rich’, which already has momentum within its more than 34,000 member-strong community. 

Produced by An Le – the director of Balenciaga’s 2022 digital campaign – the video is an immersive minute-long trailer thrusts viewers into a “Rags to Richie” universe.

Hailey Bieber has been working on a project for more than two years that she has kept secret, dropping only clues: we knew that it was a cosmetics and skin care business that it has baptized as ‘Rhode‘ and that it would see the light when it comes to summer. However, a few weeks ago, the exact date of its release was finally revealed: June 15! A piece of news has been accompanied by more details about this new beauty and cosmetic project.

She announced the news along with a photo album in which she appears posing with a donut in her hand and her skin looks super cared for, glowy, and hydrated. In the caption of the publication, she wrote rhodeskin.com, the official website to which you can subscribe if you want to be aware of all the details of her cosmetics brand.

As a big fan of skincare, Hailey has been asked by her followers for several years about her daily routine and the products she uses, so she created her own signature naturally. 

Some of the details that Hailey reveals to her followers about ‘Rhode’ are the following:

  • Affordable prices that will not exceed 30 dollars: This is what the model wanted to reveal in an interview with the media. For achieving the goal of finding the powerful formulas suitable for most pockets,  Hailey has been testing different textures for months, asking advice from dermatology experts such as Charlotte Palermino or Hyram Yarbro, who, like Hailey, share the purpose of more accessible cosmetics made with natural products.

Singer, songwriter and reality TV star Landon Asher Barker launched his new capsule collection with the prominent British retailer boohooMAN. What better way to celebrate the exclusive launch of the musician’s garment line than to have a premiere party in Hollywood.

The soiree was held at the newly opened rooftop lounge Desert 5 Spot. If you are ever in Hollywood, and want stunning city views with live rock and country music, this favorite locale is the place to go. The venue can be found on the top floor of the stylish Tommie Hollywood Hotel.

Upon entering the event, celebrities were greeted with a red carpet to capture the amazing looks from the new line. The punk-rock looks had the usual leather jacket statement, but edged out with accessories and designer accents. One of the crowd favorites was the metallic skeleton studded jacket – a silhouette of a skeleton on a gray leather base with studs along the collar.

The best way to describe the wardrobe of the event would be contemporary acid rock. Landon had a few words about the partnership “the collection is primarily inspired by what I wear on an everyday basis, and boohooMAN really allowed me to showcase that through my creative direction.” He finished with “I love the collection created because it feels very me. The rocker elements really reflect my personal style, and I am so proud of the vibe we cultivated through every look. I’ve been into fashion from a very young age so it’s been fun to create something on my own.” Looking Through the selection of clothes you can see the rockstar persona shine through.

The end of the event was followed by a performance. The young artist gave the guests a show to remember. He performed two unreleased songs, and a Juice Wrld cover to pay respects to his recently passed friend, TikTok star Cooper Noriega. Juice Wrld and Cooper were huge inspirations to Landon’s career, and to pay tributes to both icons he sang Armed and Dangerous.

After the performance ended you can clearly see being musically inclined doesn’t fall far from the family tree. The legendary drummer for Blink-182 and Kourtney Kardashian’s new husband Travis Barker was in attendance supporting his son. This young composer seems to already have built a strong foundation in the Hollywood scene. The evening was filled with other rising talent like Charli Damelio, Dixie Damelio, Austin Mahone, 24K Goldn and many others.

The blue theme is carried through to the interior, with the seat piping and Bespoke interior leather in Galileo Blue.

BLACK BADGE CULLINAN

Named after the world’s largest rough Diamond, Cullinan is a super-luxury SUV, designed to make luxury travel effortless everywhere. Since its launch, Black Badge Cullinan has embarked on a remarkable Bespoke journey, and a unique Black Badge Cullinan has been created for the event. The commission reconciles the notions of utility, power and effortlessness that Black Badge Cullinan embodies. Presented in Dark Olive with a single Mandarin coachline and Mandarin brake callipers, the signature Black Badge design flourishes, including a milled carbon fibre Spirit of Ecstasy, and 22-inch Black Badge wheels embolden the exterior aesthetic.

Black Badge Wraith is presented in Tucana Purple, with the upper body in Black. A Mandarin coachline showcases the marque’s surface finish capabilities. Inside, a Mandarin and Black theme creates a dramatic and powerful aesthetic.

In addition to the four cars presented on the stand, a Rolls-Royce Black Badge Ghost will take to the hill climb up to four times a day in the exclusive ‘First Glance’ showcase. Further demonstrating Black Badge’s agility, a Rolls-Royce Black Badge Wraith will join the cars in the ‘Michelin Supercar Run’. Both motor cars can be viewed in their Paddocks between their scheduled high-speed outings.
