Tay Money × Saucy Santana – Hello

Dallas-based rapper Tay Money joins forces with fellow rap star Saucy Santana on new record “Hello.” Esteemed for her catchy flows and edgy beats, Tay Money mixes her country flare with Saucy Santana’s impeccable vibes on this new hit. Superbowl Breakfast Bagel

Buffalo Chicken Sausage:

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 3 Tbs Bagel+Slice Buffalo Toss at room temperature (recipe below)
  • 1 Tbs chopped fresh Italian parsley
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp rubbed dry sage
  • 1/8 tsp ground bay leaf
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp ground white pepper
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper

Directions: Add ingredients to the mixing bowl.  Mix to combine.  Do not over mix.

Bagel + Slice Buffalo Toss:

Ingredients:

  • 2 garlic cloves 1/8″ diced
  • 3 Tbs butter
  • 1 ½ Tbs Franks Red Hot
  • 1 ½ Tbs Vodka

Directions: Add garlic and butter to a nonreactive saucepan.  Cook on medium heat until butter and garlic begin to brown.  Add the Franks Red Hot sauce and vodka and cook to reduce by one third.  Cool and reserve for later use. 

Hollandaise Ranch:

Ingredients:

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp cider vinegar
  • ¼ tsp Dijon mustard
  • 6 drops Tabasco
  • ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 oz melted butter
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh chives
  • ½ tsp chopped fresh dill
  • ¼ tsp chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ tsp chopped fresh basil
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • Juice from ¼ of a lemon
  • Water as needed

Directions: Place egg yolks, cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, Tabasco, and Worcestershire sauce in stainless mixing bowl over a pot of lightly simmering water.  Whisk this mixture until it thickens then remove from heat.  Whisk in the melted butter little-by-little to for a creamy emulsion.  Whisk in the fresh herbs and pepper.  Adjust the consistency with fresh lemon juice and water.  Adjust seasoning as needed with salt, pepper and lemon juice.  Reserve over a pan of warm water.

Final Assembly:

Ingredients:

  • 1 bagel, toasted
  • 1 patty of the Buffalo chicken sausage, well browned in butter
  • 1 fried egg
  • Franks Red Hot (to taste)
  • Hollandaise Ranch (to desired amount)
  • 1/8 cup sauteed spinach

Directions: Toast bagel.  Add the sauteed spinach to the bottom half of the bagel.  Top the spinach with the browned Buffalo chicken sausage, fried egg, Franks Red Hot, and Hollandaise Ranch sauce.

Daniel Jüde will perform the original music he composed for POTRO Menswear fashion show during NYFW. POTRO’s Creative Director Joseph DeAcetis said, “The first time I heard Daniel Jüde perform I was impressed by how he captivated the audience with his performance. Soon after, I asked him to write a love song for POTRO. When the song was complete, I was blown away. He sings the POTRO song in both English and Spanish. His songwriting is modern-day poetry that resonates with these times.”

This event will occur on February 11th at 1:00 PM at the Sony Hall at 235 West 46th St. NYC.

What do we know about BoyWithUke? If you quickly scan TikTok you can figure out he is a musical artist who writes and produces all of his own music, creating songs in his dorm room on GarageBand while hiding his face from the public with his now signature glowing mask. Take a deeper look and you’ll see he frequently posts “minute long songs,” many times written in response to requests from fans. His biggest hit to date was written after a fan commented “make a song about toxic friends plzzzx,” and the response was the song “Toxic.” The song describes how it feels when you realize all your friends are terrible people (people you’d probably be better off without), but the thought of being alone makes you feel even worse. The song has taken over the Spotify charts: hitting Top 10 and Top 15 on the Global & U.S. Spotify Viral Chart, Top 20 on Global Spotify Chart, and peaking at over 2 million streams per day. The song follows his previous full-length projects Melatonin Dreams, Fever Dreams, Trouvaille EP, and his latest Faded EP (featuring numerous songs created from his TikTok “minute long songs” project). We don’t know much about BoyWithUke yet, but we do know he’s an artist everyone is talking about.

SF Beer Week Kick Off Party

1st Amendment Brewery hosts the official SF Beer Week 2022 Kick Off Party (East Bay) at its San Leandro brewery with 29 East Bay craft breweries pouring their latest releases this Friday, February 11, 2022. One of the biggest nights in California craft beer, the Bay Area Brewers Guild teams up with 21st Amendment and four other breweries across the greater SF Bay Area region for five epic parties on February 11 to represent each of the Guild’s five chapters (SF, East Bay, North Bay, Silicon Valley, Coast). The Kick-Off events sub in for the annual Opening Gala to showcase Guild members within their local beer scenes while keeping the celebrations more intimate, and safe.

For the SF Beer Week Kick Off Party (East Bay), 21st Amendment Brewery opens up 11,000 square feet of indoor capacity plus their beer garden for the annual fundraiser for the Bay Area Brewers Guild. In addition to 29 breweries pouring unlimited tasters of their amazing beers, an array of food trucks (21A Food Truck, Square Pizza, Roadside Rotisserie) and live music (Charles Wheal Band) will ignite an unforgettable evening with hundreds of different beers available for attendees to taste.

“Over 10 million travelers are hospitalized abroad each year,” said Medjet CEO Mike Hallman. “Millions more while traveling domestically. Most health insurance, travel insurance and high-end credit card travel benefits will only evacuate someone to the ‘nearest adequate’ hospital. Medjet gets its members moved to a hospital at home, and we pay for the transport.”

While most people may only think about air medical transport protection programs for added safety while traveling internationally, Medjet has previously stated that almost 50% of its patient transfers each year involve members hospitalized domestically. “It can be just as frustrating to be stuck in an unfamiliar hospital three states away as it is to be stuck in one halfway around the world,” said Hallman.

Many predict that more RV travelers will be out on the road in the spring and summer of 2022, as well.
