With over 40 million copies sold worldwide, The Phantom of the Opera Original Cast Recording is the best-selling cast recording of all time. Originally released in 1987, the original “The Phantom of the Opera” cast recording was the first in British musical history to enter the charts at number one and is available to stream or purchase here.

In September, Andrew Lloyd Webber and Cameron Mackintosh announced complete casting for the New York return of THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA, the longest-running show in Broadway history. Directed by the late theater legend Harold PrincePHANTOM is set to resume performances on Friday, October 22 at 8 PM at The Majestic Theatre (245 West 44th Street) – the musical’s New York home for all 33 record-breaking years.

As much a part of the city landscape as the Empire State Building and the Statue of Liberty, THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA remains an iconic New York City landmark. Tickets are on sale via Telecharge.com and in person at the theater’s box office.

Cameron Mackintosh said, “Never in a million years could we have imagined that all of Broadway would be shuttered for nearly a year and a half, but I am thrilled that at last PHANTOM will be back where it belongs at the Majestic Theater from October 22nd in all its gorgeous splendor. It has been an extraordinarily difficult time for all the 125 people who bring PHANTOM to life every performance, so we are all overjoyed to be back rehearsing Broadway’s longest-running musical and eagerly looking forward to the chandelier rising again. The only heartache is that Hal will not be with us, but when we all return for our first performance on October 22, I know his spirit will be there, cheering our cast, crew, and orchestra on and welcoming audiences back to The Majestic Theatre.”

As previously announced, the complete PHANTOM Orchestra – Broadway’s largest – also returns, under the continued musical supervision of David Caddick with the musical’s original, lush orchestrations.

THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA is widely considered one of the most beautiful and spectacular productions in history.  Andrew Lloyd Webber’s romantic, haunting, and the soaring score includes “The Music of the Night,” “All I Ask of You,” “Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again,” “Masquerade” and the iconic title song.  It tells the tale of a disfigured musical genius known only as ‘The Phantom’ who haunts the depths of The Paris Opera House.  Mesmerized by the talents and beauty of the young soprano Christine, The Phantom lures her as his protégé and falls fiercely in love with her. Unaware of Christine’s love for Raoul, The Phantom’s obsession sets the scene for a dramatic turn of events where jealousy, madness, and passions collide.

THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA has played to over 145 million people in 41 countries and 183 cities in 17 languages. It has won more than 70 major theatre awards, including seven Tony Awards and four Olivier Awards.  PHANTOM has celebrated over 30 years on both sides of the Atlantic, and before the recent lockdown, the London production was in its 34th year and the Broadway production was in its 32nd.

THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA has been the largest single generator of income and jobs in Broadway and U.S. theatrical history. In the New York production alone, an estimated 6,500 people (including 400 actors) have been employed during its more than three decades running.

The musical’s flagship London production recently reopened at its home and birthplace, Her Majesty’s Theatre, on August 8 to rave reviews and just celebrated its 35th Anniversary.

Shaquille O’Neal × Damian Lillard: Hip Hop and Hoops Collide in Epic Reebok × adidas “Damenosis” Collaboration, October 19

Reebok and adidas have confirmed the official release of their highly anticipated “Damenosis” collaboration, bringing together the worlds of hip hop and basketball through icons Shaquille O’Neal and Damian Lillard. “Damenosis” drops with two narrative footwear models: Reebok’s Shaqnosis and adidas’ Dame 7 EXPLY “Damenosis,” launching globally beginning October 19 from Reebok and adidas respectively, and select local retailers.

Following the brother brands’ summer 2020 hoops collaboration that brought together legendary guards Allen Iverson and James Harden, Reebok and adidas basketball have partnered once again, this time to honor icons Shaquille O’Neal and Damian Lillard, two basketball icons who share a love for music and creative expression.

adidas’ Dame 7 EXTPLY basketball sneaker draws inspiration from Lillard’s on-court and off-court passions. Each sneaker from the adidas DAME 7 EXTPLY series is presented as a musical “track” – the final being a surprise collaboration with Shaquille O’Neal, the only professional basketball player to release a certified platinum music album. In “Damenosis,” Dame’s signature sneaker is brought to life in Shaq’s iconic “Shaqnosis” colorway, while Shaq’s historic Reebok Shaqnosis is presented in colors nodding Dame’s musical iconoclast.

Introduced in 1995, Reebok’s “Shaqnosis” embodied the larger-than-life, multi-dimensional persona of superstar athlete, actor and rapper, Shaquille O’Neal. This fifth signature shoe by Reebok, for Shaq, helped dispel the notion that big men couldn’t sell sneakers.

“I came in the era where the statement was made that big guys can’t sell shoes so when Reebok gave me my first opportunity, I just wanted to represent for the big guys, plus I always saw myself as a guard in a big man’s body,” said O’Neal in a recent video interview with Lillard.

26 years later, “Shaqnosis” gets a reimagining in the form of the “Damenosis” linking O’Neal to an NBA guard in Lillard, who embodies the fierce competitive spirit of Shaq on the court and a shared love of music off the court.

“For a legend who has done so well on and off the court being willing to attach his name to mine and connecting over a shoe, that’s a special honor,” said Lillard.

Dame’s signature sneaker is brought to life in Shaq’s iconic “Shaqnosis” colorway. The “Damenosis” features a subtle fade on upper and tooling, inspired by iconic Shaq “Shaq Fu” hat image. In addition, there’s a special elevated toe box with both player and brand logos.

The River Maze – Ocoee

Kingpin turns up the heat in LUKE CAGE: CITY OF FIRE #2 by Ho Che Anderson and Ray-Anthony Height. Luke Cage and Daredevil are on a dangerous journey across New York City to deliver someone to a safe house, but to do so, they must first get through the lethal Regulators, angry mobs and the mayor himself, Wilson Fisk! The issue will serve as a prelude to the event and introduce a new villain known as Jo Rockhead. 

“The first time I wrote the names ‘Luke Cage’ and ‘Kingpin/Wilson Fisk’ in a script I broke out into a giant grin, I thought, are you kidding me?!” Anderson told Newsarama. “These are some of the best toys in the business and I’m honored and excited to get to play with them, and in the character Jo Rockhead, to get to make my own contribution to the Marvel Universe.”

Exhibition given by The Untitled Space for use by 360 Magazine

The Untitled Space × Fahren Feingold – Wet Dreams

The Untitled Space is pleased to present “WET DREAMS” a solo exhibition of watercolor paintings by artist Fahren Feingold on view from October 21st through November 13th, 2021. “WET DREAMS,” curated by Indira Cesarine, premieres the latest series of works on paper and panels by the artist known for her ethereal feminine nudes that emphasize the female gaze through vibrant brush strokes using her signature wet-on-wet watercolor technique. The exhibition will be the third in-person solo exhibition of artwork by Feingold presented by The Untitled Space. The artist, who has been represented by the gallery since 2017, has been featured in a number of group exhibitions and online solo shows presented by the gallery and is featured in numerous notable international collections.  

“In my new series of work, WET DREAMS, I return to the female form. I explore the relationships between beauty, sensuality, and nudity through my own female narrative lens.  I want my viewer to feel the colors of that expression. I want my watercolors to wash over them, gently inviting them to sink deeper into the subjects, not just in the erotic sense.  The series exposes the unclothed form, not as a sexual act but rather as a revelation in body and mind connectedness. 360 Magazine is amazed at the work of Fahren Feingold for this exhibit. 

In WET DREAMS, my practice has evolved. Instead of taking inspiration from vintage imagery, I am working from my own photographs as visual references. Many of the models are personal friends, giving me an insider point of view to their real lives and presence rather than creating imaginary narratives about who the women are and the past lives they may have led. By taking time to really look at and get to know the women, their stories, and their bodies, my paintings are like a love letter to my subjects, shared with the world so they can see what I feel. “Using watercolors to paint my bright and bold figures gives me access to those who usually shy away from nudity. In my work, I uncover women’s pre-sexualized bodies to explore the beauty and intuitive emotions of my feminist gaze. For this exhibition, I worked on growing in scale, with several pieces on multiple panels. As a physically petite person, I struggle with feeling seen and heard. Through the act of painting, I let my work speak loudly for me. Thus, expanding the watercolors from the confines of single paper dimensions, my voice becomes that much harder to ignore.
