To celebrate the launch of their UK headline tour, and the release of their brand new album Amazing Things, Don Broco have unveiled what might just be their most amazing video yet for Bruce Willis. A loving homage to lead singer Rob Damiani’s hero, the video finds the band featuring in some of Bruce’s most memorable on-screen outings, whilst blasting out his Die Hard catchphrase “Yipee Ki Yayyy Motherfucker!”

The song is one of the most joyful highlights of Amazing Things, which has been lavished with praise by critics and fans alike. It’s yet another genre-bending masterpiece with electro, rock, pop, metal and more all wrapped up in their own unique blend, bringing to mind the likes of Deftones, Beastie Boys and Linkin Park amongst others, but simultaneously sounding like nobody else on earth.

New Ghost Rider This February

Water Infrastructure Funding Act

The California Legislative Analysts Office has just produced a report to estimate the financial impact of the “Water Infrastructure Funding Act of 2022,” a proposed ballot initiative that aims to increase the annual supply of water to Californians by five million acre feet. The contents of this report are good news for every Californian. More water. Lower water bills.

The initiative calls for two percent of the state general fund to be set aside to develop new water supplies. Projects eligible for this funding would include the development or expansion of facilities for:

Groundwater cleanup and storage.
Stormwater capture, treatment, and storage.
Water recycling.
Surface reservoirs.
Desalination of seawater or brackish water.
Water conveyance, such as canals or pipes.

Also eligible for funding are water conservation programs to achieve up to 1 million acre-feet of the total objective of 5 million acre-feet of water.

Among the fiscal effects predicted by the Legislative Analyst include increased state spending on water supply projects, and potentially less funding available for other state activities. Notwithstanding the multi-billion budget surplus California’s legislature currently enjoys, this redirecting of spending for water projects is what the initiative proponents intend. The State of California has neglected its water infrastructure for decades. With climate change promising dryer winters and a reduced Sierra snowpack, this is the perfect moment for California to prioritize spending on a resilient water infrastructure.

Assemblyman Devon Mathis (R, Tulare), a supporter of the initiative who has gathered endorsements from a growing bipartisan list of state legislators, had this to say in response to the LAO report: “This is a first of its kind ballot initiative. We set the goal based on our state’s current and future water needs, set ongoing funding for a diverse set of eligible project categories, and placed a sunset for when the goal is reached.” Mathis added, “This is a vote for people to lower their water bills, and for cities and school districts to upgrade their water systems without breaking their local budgets.”

Mathis is correct. As the LAO report notes, “it could result in water customers paying lower water bills than they otherwise would in the absence of the measure.”

One of the proponents, Lisa Ohlund, the retired general manager of the East Orange County Water District, explained the long-term benefits of this initiative, saying “climate change projections have many water districts concerned about their ability to reliably deliver safe water in quantities that will protect people, trees and the economy. This initiative focuses tax dollars on this enormously important problem at a pivotal time. We must take action to prepare for the increasingly harsh storms that will dump large amounts of rain on California, and the extended dry periods where we must look to water recycling and desalination to help fill in the shortfalls. California lead the world in water in the last century; we need to do the same in this one.”

SEVENTEEN’s first-ever English track

SEOUL & October 15, 2021, & Leading K-pop superstars SEVENTEEN unveiled the tracklist of their upcoming 9th EP Attacca and revealed the title of lead single “Rock with you” ahead of their highly-anticipated October 22 return.

Including the lead single, “Rock with you,” Attacca is comprised of a total of seven tracks: “To you”, “Crush”, “PANG!” (Performance unit), “Imperfect Love” (Vocal unit), “I can’t run away” (Hip-hop unit), and JOSHUA and VERNON’s English track “2 MINUS 1.”

19-year-old Melbourne-based Filipino pop/R&B singer and songwriter Reyanna Maria serves up a sizzling new single: “Used 2”.

The Holiday Train Show a favorite holiday tradition is back at NYBG for its 30th year. Returning for its second year, NYBG GLOW will offer more displays to wander through and explore.

The annual Holiday Train Show is a treasured holiday experience for New Yorkers and visitors to the city. It marks the start of the festive season in New York, a magical tradition as essential as a stroll past colorful department store windows on Fifth Avenue and ice skating at Rockefeller Center. A day or an evening at NYBG is one of the city’s top holiday experiences and the perfect outing for families with young children, friends, or date night.

The Holiday Train Show

The Holiday Train Show features a miniature wonderland in the warmth of the Enid A. Haupt Conservatory. Famous New York landmarks, including the Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge, Rockefeller Center, and many other favorites, are crafted from natural materials such as pine cones, acorns, and seeds. To celebrate the 30th year of the Holiday Train Show, a showcase of NYBG’s buildings and structures will feature a new replica of the majestic LuEsther T. Returning for its second year, NYBG GLOW will offer more displays to wander through and explore. The beauty of the Garden’s landmark landscape and historic buildings will be breathtakingly illuminated with a newly expanded 1.5-mile colorful experience. NYBG’s iconic sights and buildings will become dramatic, glittering canvases with the Haupt Conservatory and Mertz Library Building as the centerpieces. HOURS

The Holiday Train Show opens to the public on Saturday, November 20, 2021, and runs through Sunday, January 23, 2022. NYBG GLOW will take place from 5 to 10 p.m. on 25 select nights starting Wednesday, November 24, 2021, and running through Saturday, January 22, 2022.

Tickets for the Holiday Train Show are $32 for adults and $18 for children (ages 2ߝ12). NYBG GLOW tickets are $35 for adults and $20 for children. Combination tickets are $49 for adults and $34 for children. Children under 2 are free.

Regardless of what someone becomes addicted to, be it drugs, food, or a computer game, there are usually underlying causes that have led to the addiction developing. Mortgage loans are for big property purchases that the bank normally gives out and normally payment is for 15-30 years.

There are multiple ways to budget in the modern world due to the amount of resources we have today. Most budgeting templates require you to list out your expenses and the total income you have to work with monthly.
