Today, GRAMMY Award-winning R&B icon, entertainer and performer Mýa presents Mýa Lan$ky with the new single “Worth It.” Listen to “Worth it” HERE. Watch the lyric video HERE.
On the track, she leans into a seductive and sexy flow with no shortage of style, sass or spirit. Her hazy verses give way to a downright hypnotic bridge as she assures, “Best believe I own it.” The alternative between hip-hop and R&B, she carries the hook with her instantly recognizable delivery, echoing to the heavens and back.
Stay tuned for the premiere of the music video very soon.
Making headlines, she just participated in the very first Pass The Mic: BET Awards Edition. Make sure to watch it HERE.
Regarding this new phase as Mýa Lan$ky, she shared the following statement: “My independent journey has placed me on a path to becoming a better version of myself, redefining success and happiness that does not always coincide with the world’s definition. So when people hear “Worth It,” I want them to feel strength and courage to leave any situation that does not enhance their lives. I want them to feel and adopt the fight and faith of a warrior which has assisted me in pushing through every challenge, and that spiritual component that’s kept me centered and grounded in such a chaotic world, in hopes for them to be inspired enough to apply it to their own lives by constantly pushing, learning, growing and searching for their own voices and paths of resonance, to ultimately take risks and bet on themselves, so they too can reach their highest selves and ultimately experience peace of mind and a quality life. When they see me, I want them to see what committing to yourself looks like with the clarity that you can get better with time when you pour love into every aspect of yourself. It’s when we get better that we can help others. That’s true wealth, and it is indeed worth it.”
Stay tuned for more from Mýa Lan$ky very soon as she kicks off her most fiery new chapter now!

On July 2nd, Mya returns with a fresh, new sound as MÝA LAN$KY, documenting the struggle and reward of being an independent thinker and doer. On her first rap single, “Worth It,” spitting conscious, meaningful bars as the boss of her own life, body, mind, spirit, decisions and independent record label. With two completed albums on the way, Mýa shares her excitement about her new upcoming music. Stay tuned.
Modern gadgets have become an excellent source of knowledge. Now everyone can enter a search query to find important data. There are many interesting gadgets that you can use to improve your educational experience. It is worth noting that most students tend to choose laptops, smartphones, and tablets. But which gadget is the highest priority? What should you choose, and is there a clear distinction between the types of tasks performed? Let’s find this out.
The Main Difference Between Gadgets
First, let’s look at the main differences to understand which gadget will be relevant to you. Let’s start with the form factor. Laptops are analogous to a personal computer with a screen, touchpad, and keyboard. This is a versatile device that will be a great companion for any student. The fact is that it is easy to take a laptop with you to a lecture, to a park or another city. You also don’t need to look for a power source. Average notebooks can operate on a single battery charge for 5-10 hours.
Tablets and smartphones are completely different categories of devices. The main difference is the form factor and the lack of touchpads or physical keyboards. Instead, such devices have a touch screen. As a rule, the diagonal of such gadgets rarely exceeds 10-12 inches (5-7 inches for smartphones). These are mobile devices that are designed to access applications and the Internet. For example, you can easily find myassignmenthelp overview or visit trusted sources when looking for information.
Reasons to Choose a Laptop
The main argument for any laptop fan is versatility. Such gadgets can be quite useful. First, it will make it easier for you to search for information on websites. Also, typing is much more comfortable if you are using a keyboard rather than a touchpad. Secondly, laptops are powerful enough to use video editors, charts, and other software. And don’t forget that Windows, Mac, or Linux are much more comfortable when it comes to working with files and archives.
Reasons to Choose a Smartphone
Smartphones are very compact. You can take such a gadget with you and not worry about not finding any information like speedypaper review. Plus, you can perform basic text editing, video cutting, or data searches on your mobile gadget. Such a device is multifunctional. Download any educational app or read PDF books to learn something new. Such gadgets can be inexpensive, especially if you don’t need a high-performance and quality photo unit.
Reasons to Choose a Tablet
A tablet is an analog of a smartphone but with a large screen. As a rule, this feature means that it will be more comfortable for you to browse sites, type text, and combine several windows on one screen. Plus, tablets have a more extensive battery than smartphones. This means you can take longer to write your essay or copy files for your project. Most tablets have the main camera and a front camera, which is convenient for students. You can take pictures of papers, lecture schedules, or other important things.
Why Is It Worth Using All Gadgets?
The point is that each device has unique features, advantages, and disadvantages. For example, your laptop is the most comfortable gadget for typing, watching videos, or working with specialized applications. Don’t forget that multi-window interfaces and commands are much more productive than clicking on a touch screen. At the same time, you have to come to terms with the fact that some laptops are quite bulky and large. A tablet is a compromise that you have to live with.
Such gadgets do not have a keyboard and mouse. But, of course, you can connect such devices. But why do you need such limitations if you can buy a laptop? If we go back to smartphones, the situation can become comical. Of course, you can easily search for anything on the Internet and even use text editors. But imagine how difficult it is to type and edit large text on a small screen. Are you ready to connect a keyboard and mouse to your 5-inch gadget? It will look very comical and ridiculous.
If your budget allows you to buy all the gadgets, then this would be a wise choice. Buy a smartphone and laptop as essential tools for finding data and working with files. There are many situations when a specific gadget will help you complete some tasks better. Do not dwell only on a laptop or tablet. When you have all the gadgets, you can reduce the risks. Let’s say your laptop won’t turn on.
What are you going to do? Most likely, you will take your tablet and send it to a service center. Consider your smartphone as a last resort of hope if all other devices are unavailable at the moment. Then you can reduce your risks and enjoy all the benefits of your gadgets. And don’t store data on one device. The best option is to use cloud technologies and each of the gadgets, depending on the situation.

LAST DAYS TO VIEW MEG LIONEL MURPHY’s “TRAUMATICA DRAMATICA”
The exhibition is on display from June 5th to July 3rd, 2021 at The Untitled Space in New York City.
Curated by Indira Cesarine, “Traumatica Dramatica” debuts the latest series of Murphy’s vibrant and emotionally charged paintings. Lionel Murphy’s paintings are directly influenced by her own personal experiences, as she copes with debilitating PTSD from severe domestic violence. She works out of a little blue shack in a junkyard on her family’s property in Wisconsin, where she paints detailed, vivid works on paper and panel depicting heartbroken giants that magically grow larger, stronger, and scarier than the world around them. Forbes has also recently featured Meg Lionel Murphy’s “Traumatica Dramatica”. Read their full article HERE.
Her solo exhibition “Traumatica Dramatica” addresses violence against women from her own perspective as well as the historical precedent of emotional and physical violence against women throughout the canon of art history. “The idea of violence haunts me, and I try to etch that subject into even the pinkest of paint,“ she has stated of her visceral portraits. Lionel Murphy depicts through her vivid brush strokes and intricate imagery a reverie through which the viewer can get lost with each poetic detail. Her paintings of the female form as giantess unconquerable figures address their experiences of pain, trauma, and healing as well as their interactions with the environments they consume as they assert their power. Her work depicts a reverence for fragility and humanity while examining questions about whiteness, gender, sexuality, class, sacrifice, pain, sickness, loneliness, and most of all—violence and its haunting memories.

At 6’4”, with a full beard and a thick mop of jet black hair, Delv!s would stand out in any crowd. But it was due to his beautiful soulful voice he has found himself cast into the spotlight, a little under 10 years ago. It was during his college days that Delv!s first got to hear the great singers such as Nina Simone, Ella Fitzgerald, or Billie Holiday, who influenced his androgynous and generously deep vocal style.
Following a few show-stopping performances in Europe at Pukkelpop, Couleur Café, Gent Jazz or Lowlands, Delv!s released his debut EP, the irresistible disco-funk “No Ending”, fronted by the hit single “Come My Way”, that topped the radio charts in his native Belgium for 4 weeks in a row.
Deeply rooted in his love for music from the fifties, sixties, and seventies, “Rebelman” shows a more mature side of Delv!s. For this new track, his character is portrayed by a puppet, a symbolic prop used as a poetic and moving allegory.
If it can be labeled a protest song, it is the most sweetly mesmerizing one you’ll ever hear. The single, recorded in a small cabin by the lake, was put together using field recordings, a humble Squier guitar, an electronic organ, and that distinct Delv!s voice wrapped in guitar amps.
A breath of fresh air that promises to open a brand new chapter with “Rebelman” the first release taken from the Belgian singer’s debut album “Blablablue.”

The official visualizer for “Bigger Man,” Joy Oladokun’s new collaboration with Maren Morris, is debuting today. Watch it HERE.
“Bigger Man” is from Oladokun’s acclaimed major-label debut, in defense of my own happiness, and will also be featured on her new deluxe record, in defense of my own happiness (complete), out next Friday, July 9 via Amigo Records/Verve Forecast/Republic Records. The special extended edition includes all 14 tracks from in defense of my own happiness, as well as the ten additional songs from her self-released 2020 record, in defense of my own happiness (the beginnings), and one new song, “judas.” See below for complete track list. The release adds to a breakout year for Oladokun, who made her debut on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” last week performing “sunday” from Nashville’s newly opened National Museum of African American Music. Watch/share HERE.
Released earlier this month via Amigo Records/Verve Forecast/Republic Records (stream/purchase here), in defense of my own happiness finds Oladokun forging her own path, sharing the unique perspective she’s gained from living in today’s world as a black, queer woman and first-generation child of Nigerian immigrants. Born in Arizona and now living in Nashville, her musical exploration began at age ten when she was inspired to learn guitar after seeing a video of Tracy Chapman—the first time she’d ever seen a black woman play the instrument.
Recently named one of Rolling Stone’s “Best Albums of 2021 So Far” and one of Billboard’s “Best Albums by LGBTQ Artists of 2021 So Far,” in defense of my own happiness also features special collaborations with Jensen McRae (“wish you the best”) and Penny & Sparrow (“heaven from here”) and continues to receive widespread critical praise:
“She has a remarkable ability to distill how forces at work in the world…she can make even social and political protest feel like an intimate, warmly human act”—NPR Music
“Joy Oladokun, like all of us, is a work in progress. But when you talk to Joy, it’s almost like you can see that growth happening right in front of you. Every time she speaks, she’s discovering a new idea or a new thing about herself or uncovering a new way of looking at the world.”

“Oladokun’s message is not only timely, but essential.”—them.
“There aren’t many frills to Joy Oladokun’s folk music but that doesn’t mean her songs, which capture the quieter moments of life with a frank honesty, don’t still sear to the core.”—Nylon
“a stunning major label debut…any Nashville musician worth their salt should be pinching themselves to work with Oladokun, among the most exciting talents this city has seen in years.”—The Tennessean
“the rising singer-songwriter proves her worth as a master storyteller”—American Songwriter
“Oladokun’s ability to shine a light on the truth is remarkable, but perhaps even more so is her ability to do so with kindness.”—No Depression

—Hits Daily Double
“Oladokun is giving us her whole self, and hoping to inspire us to be our whole selves
too”—Nashville Scene
“often striking, and always satisfying”—Nashville Lifestyles
“an artist able to turn an idiom on its head through powerful messaging and an open honesty about her own life and her own family and her own roots.”—Folk Alley
“it’s pop music approached from the mindset of a true singer/songwriter, not far removed from the art of Carole King…each composition is flawlessly conceived”—Holler
“Open about her queerness, mental health, and her mission to be intentional with the music she creates, Oladokun…is making a name for herself in Nashville and beyond.”—uDiscover Music
In celebration of the new music, Oladokun will tour throughout the year including upcoming performances at Newport Folk Festival, Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo and Austin City Limits as well as several dates supporting Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit and Dermot Kennedy. See below for complete itinerary.
Oladokun has continued to receive widespread attention in the past year, including recent performances of album track, “breathe again,” on NBC’s “TODAY” and “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.” The song also received a key placement on NBC’s “This Is Us,” propelling the track to reach #3 on Shazam’s U.S. Top 200 while also charting globally. Additionally, Oladokun has been named a member of the inaugural #YouTubeBlack Voices Class of 2021, an NPR Music/Slingshot’s 2021 Artists to Watch, a Billboard LGBTQ Artist of the Month, Spotify’s RADAR US: Artists to Watch 2021, Amazon Music’s Artists to Watch 2021 and Vogue’s #1 New LGBTQ Artists to Listen to Now, and was recently highlighted as part of HULU’s “Your Attention Please: The Concert” alongside 24kGoldn, Kiana Ledé, Lil Yachty and Swae Lee. In addition to “This Is Us,” her music has been featured on ABC’s “Grey’s Anatomy,” ABC’s “Station 19” and NBC’s “America’s Got Talent.” Oladokun also recently teamed up with the ever-popular life simulation game The Sims™ 4 as part of their first-ever in-game music event alongside Bebe Rexha and Glass Animals.

Last week, Marvel announced that a team of superstar writers will assemble this October for a brand new run of AMAZING SPIDER-MAN. Zeb Wells, Kelly Thompson, Saladin Ahmed, Cody Ziglar, and Patrick Gleason have crafted a saga beyond anything that’s come before in Spider-Man history, and the soon-to-be thrice-monthly series will boast an all-star team of amazing artists. Writer/artist Patrick Gleason will be the bedrock of the team, leading the design and doing the art on the over-sized milestone issue AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #75. Joining him will be acclaimed artist Sara Pichelli, the co-creator of Miles Morales doing her first work on Amazing Spider-Man, as well as Michael Dowling, known for his incredible work on Black Cat. In addition, comic book legend Arthur Adams will grace this epic run with his amazing artwork on each and every cover. And this is just the tip of the iceberg for the legends who will be bringing this revolutionary epic to you!
Here’s what Editor Nick Lowe had to say about this upcoming era:
“When we started building ‘Beyond’ we knew we had to pull out all the stops from the artistic side. That began with making sure Patrick Gleason was with us from the get-go as a writer AND an artist. His recent webhead covers have rocked the industry showing yet another element to the incredible career that we all saw on display during his run on Amazing Spider-Man. He quickly stepped up to be our artistic cornerstone, but we also needed to make sure that whoever else joined him were elite talents.
“Sara Pichelli is an absolute legend, creating some of the most impactful work of the last ten years. It’s crazy to think this will be her first time drawing Amazing Spider-Man, and she’s already blown us away with her masterful work. Michael Dowling’s work on Unfollow and other works got him hired for Black Cat, but his work there showed us that he would be an absolute superstar, and his issues are already blowing our minds. And then, to be able to land Arthur Adams as our cover artist. I mean, from his classic X-Men Annuals to today, Arthur has defined the Marvel Universe visually as much as almost anyone. So to have him here? I’m beyond excited. And wait until we reveal the rest of our all-star roster!”
Don’t forget to check out FREE COMIC BOOK DAY 2021: SPIDER-MAN/VENOM on August 14th for your first glimpse at what’s to come in this exciting new age of AMAZING SPIDER-MAN! Sam Ryder has debuted his stunning new single “July,” which is available now via Parlophone Records/Elektra Records.
“July” sees Ryder reunited with his “Tiny Riot” writing partners Amy Wadge (Grammy-award winning writer for Ed Sheeran’s “Thinking Out Loud”) and Max Wolfgang. The stripped-back piano intro perfectly showcases the full range of Sam’s powerful voice, which soars throughout the song.
Sam says of the track, “July is all about seeing the light after a period of darkness. Whether we’re watching the blooms waking up outside in nature or experiencing an inner awakening after the longest year, I think we’re all ready to say hello, July.”
“July” follows the success of Sam’s previous singles “Whirlwind” and “Tiny Riot,” which topped iTunes charts worldwide and have racked up tens of millions of global streams and over 4.5 million YouTube views. He recently performed his debut show from London’s York Hall to an online audience of nearly 50,000 viewers.
Sam has spent much of his adult life touring, writing and performing in bands before embarking on this new chapter as a solo artist. As the world was being put into lockdown in March, he uploaded the first of his now infamous covers. They quickly caught the attention of some famous fans (think Justin Bieber, Sia, Alicia Keys and Elton John) with compilations of his videos appearing on The Ellen Show, BBC’s Newsbeat and more. As the videos kept coming, so did the fans—with his socials standing at over 13 million followers to date and hundreds of thousands of comments. Sam rounded-off his incredible year with TikTok crowning his account as the most popular UK artist account of 2020.
Sam has spent the last few months writing and recording original songs with some of the finest writers and producers from around the world as he prepares to release his debut EP, which is set to continue his meteoric rise.
