Celebrated American rock bands Coheed and Cambria and The Used today announced their upcoming summer outdoor co-headlining amphitheater tour. The 18-city U.S. tour, produced by Live Nation, will begin on Friday, Aug 27 in Irvine, CA and make stops in Phoenix, Dallas, Cleveland, New Jersey, Worcester, and more. The late summer journey will feature special guests Meet Me @ The Altar and carolesdaughter on select dates, and will culminate with a performance at Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, FL on Sept 24.
Most tickets for the tour will go on sale to the general public beginning this Friday, June 18th at 10AM local time at LiveNation.com. A full listing of dates can be found below along with additional information on both CoheedAndCambria.com and TheUsed.net
It’s been over two years since Coheed and Cambria’s 2018 album, Vaxis I: The Unheavenly Creatures, was released as the band’s “return to concept” album. After stepping away with a more introspective album in 2015, frontman Claudio Sanchez and the band returned to the sci-fi universe of The Amory Wars in what was said to be the first of a 5-part series of albums. With 2021 upon us, and a major summer tour now announced, the volume of fans’ chatter for Vaxis 2 and what that will entail are loading up the band’s social media pages.
Coheed and Cambria is a rare band whose music can transcend scenes and effortlessly cross genres of rock – from indie to progressive, to metal and pop-punk to classic rock. The band is frequently compared to progressive, operatic rock bands of the ‘70s, ala Queen, Supertramp, or Rush due to their thrilling concept albums which take you on a grand journey of sounds and often clock-in around 110 mins, but still somehow include sugary pop-laden hooks.
The group’s following has grown steadily every album, partly due to their ferocious live show that brings fans to their knees with an equally expansive light show. This summer, the band will be performing songs from their expansive catalog, and we can only imagine they’ll pull a few new tricks up their sleeves.
Both bands began their careers 20 years ago this year and last toured together in 2003.
Painful and perverse, intimate, and obnoxious, aggressively heavy and irresistibly catchy, confusingly profound and primitively pedestrian – The Used transforms songs into anthems. The reckless honesty and unrelenting dedication that saw The Used kick down doors at radio and MTV, for a generation of disenfranchised post-hardcore provocateurs, persists today. It is newly remade with a sly shimmer that never sacrifices the band’s enchanting anarchy or restless soul.
Heartwork, the band’s eighth studio album (2020), arrives with the unbound spirit of the pair of platinum albums that first introduced The Used to the world, mixed with the dramatic flair of their gold-certified third. The emotion, sincerity, and vulnerability found on The Used (2002) and In Love and Death (2004) are more urgent and insistent than ever on Heartwork, a diverse 16-song offering filled with double entendre upon triple entendre. It traverses a thematic gamut of self-examination, hyper-literate exploration, political pyromania, and keenly self-aware yet unrestrained whimsy.
Coheed and Cambria and The Used will be making the following appearances across the U.S. this August and September.

Toyota Produced Lowest Number Of Vehicles In Almost A Decade – 7.55M Vehicles In FY 2021
Global mobility was essentially halted by COVID-19 in 2020 resulting in a huge financial downturn for even the giants of the car manufacturing industry. According to data presented by Trading Platform, Toyota produced its lowest number of vehicles in almost a decade – 7.55M units in FY ending March 2021.
Toyota Produced 7.55M Vehicles in FY 2021 Its Lowest Since 2012
Toyota Motor Corporation or more popularly known as simply Toyota is a car manufacturer from Japan founded in 1937. As of July 2014, Toyota was the largest listed company from Japan based on market capitalization, a ranking it still holds as of writing. Toyota was also listed by Forbes as the 42nd largest company in the world based on market cap.
However, even the giants of Japanese car manufacturing were not immune to the crippling effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. In its financial year (FY) ending in March 2021, Toyota only produced 7.55M units of vehicles compared to 8.82M in FY 2020. FY 2021’s figure is also the lowest number of vehicles produced by Toyota since FY 2012 when Toyota only produced 7.44M vehicles.
Toyota Sold Most Cars In North America But Generated Largest Revenue From Japan in FY 2021
North America is Toyota’s most lucrative market, accounting for 2.7M vehicle sales in FY 2020. In FY 2021, vehicle sales in North America dropped by 14.74% to just 2.31M. Toyota’s Asia (excluding Japan) market experienced the largest contraction out of it its largest markets with a 23.63% drop in FY 2021 to just 1.22M vehicles sold compared to 1.6M in FY 2020.
Toyota’s revenue across its sales regions differed greatly due to the varying conditions of the pandemic around the globe. Its home market of Japan was Toyota’s largest source of revenue in FY 2021 with almost ¥15T or almost $137B. Its North American market generated the second-highest revenue from its sales regions with ¥9.49T or around $87 in FY 2021.
Toyota’s production downturn in FY 2021 is in line with industry trends, as the pandemic stifled demand significantly across the board. But Toyota’s status as one of Japan’s most iconic brands ensures a bright post-pandemic future for the car manufacturer. Its emergence as market leaders in hybrid electric vehicles as well as hydrogen fuel-cell vehicles shows the historic brand’s willingness to adapt to more modern trends.

Living in a space with dull walls is not only uninteresting, but it can also negatively affect moods or trigger physiological reactions. Unfortunately, there is minimal research on the factors that prompt the human mind’s response to different environments.
However, a recent analysis depicts that different reactions probably originate from an individual’s culture or previous experiences. For instance, while most western countries view white color as a sign of purity, it signifies sorrow or grief to easterners.
All in all, no matter the wall colors, there is a whole load of decoration tactics that can beautifully add style and bring life to your space. Keep following as we define seven imperative tactics you should experiment on your walls.
1. Put together Gallery Walls
Creating gallery walls is one of the simplest ways to bring out a particular style in a room. All you require is your favorite art collection, frame hooks, and a hammer. At times arranging art pieces can be an intimidating experience if you place them on a blank wall.
In such a situation, avoid making a jumbled display but neatly use cohesive frames to hang your pieces. In addition, mix an assortment of artworks with souvenirs and mementos. One impressive strategy is to lengthen the gallery upwards to create an illusion of a bigger space.
2. Paint Murals
Murals in bright colors instantly create a distinctive euphoria when painted on a wall. Also, with increased attractiveness on a space, the inhabitants may feel more animated and relaxed. Likewise, murals depict fantastic storylines and give the audience a chance to relate up close with the artistic minds.
Before investing in a mural, share your thoughts with an expert on what you hope to achieve. Altogether, ensure that they create a nice design that speaks volumes and exhibits your desires. Note that you can either paint directly on the wall or buy a mural hanging for the same effect.
3. Introduce Mirrors
Well-positioned mirrors lighten up a room and make it appear larger. This works pretty well in compromised spaces where the reflection from artificial or natural light plays tricks on the human eye.
Additionally, mirrors symbolize water which can help create a balance and positive energy in a room. For a more dramatic effect, hang your mirrors over the hearth to soften the burning fire element. Also, place them at your entrance ways to make your guests feel more at home.
4. Hang Living Plants
Placing decorative plants indoors enhances a room appeal and naturally helps to clean indoor air through photosynthesis. For a better view, use mounted planters or suspend them with ropes and chains.
If possible, seek effective purifying plants like peace lilies and spider plants for a healthier living space. Do not forget to water your plants often and place them near a source of light to thrive better.
5. Attach Shelves
Shelving enlivens overall home décor while making it appear less cluttered. With extra space created, use it to place souvenirs, sculptures, or other decorative items. Moreover, you can place a few volumes of books or magazines for your guests to indulge in. If need be, add doors to some shelves and create mini storage units for your stuff.
6. Display a Large Art Piece
An oversized image acts as a focal point in a room and creates attention. Brightly colored photos or paintings liven up the living area and brighten the moods of the inhabitants.
Bring in nature scenes or other ideas of your choice in the room by hanging a defining illustration on a strategic part of your wall. The bottom line is to avoid cluttering your space with several images but focus on one that transforms the entire atmosphere.
7. Mount A Television
While most people mount their television for security purposes, this is an incredible way to add value to your walls. Furthermore, mounting makes the room spacious and successfully alters the entire appeal of your space. More importantly, it creates a less cluttered and cleaner atmosphere, especially in condos and small apartments.
Final Advice
There is no way you can pep up your space without touching on the walls. Thankfully, decorating your walls simplifies the entire restoration process and is cost-effective, you do not have to spend huge chunks of money repainting the whole wall space. Instead, pick one effective tactic above and enjoy a whole new experience in your house.

Every motor car that is meticulously handcrafted at the Home of Rolls-Royce is unique, with its own story and inspiration. But one Bespoke project has a special place in the affections of the marque’s 2,000-strong workforce – and it recently returned to the company’s Global Centre of Luxury Manufacturing Excellence, at Goodwood, for some much-needed TLC.
The Rolls-Royce SRH belongs to St Richard’s Hospital in Chichester, where it performs a vitally important role: young patients on the paediatric day surgery unit use it to drive themselves to theatre when the time comes for their operation, rather than walking or being wheeled on a trolley. This simple yet ingenious idea transforms what would otherwise be an anxious, intimidating moment into a truly memorable and enjoyable experience for children, parents and staff alike.
Since the car entered service in 2017, it has conveyed no fewer than 2,000 brave youngsters in true Rolls-Royce comfort and style. But inevitably, its singular working condition, the marque is unaware of any other Rolls-Royce being routinely driven along corridors by unlicensed children in a state of nervous excitement had exacted a toll on its beautiful Bespoke bodywork and paint.
The car was therefore recalled to the Home of Rolls-Royce for its first 100,000m* service, lovingly carried out by specialists from the Bespoke Team and other technical and craft departments, to restore it to its original condition.
The car was built in 2017, when the hospital asked Rolls-Royce if it could repair the original theatre transport – an electric plastic Jeep – that had succumbed after suffering one too many traumatic injuries of its own. The marque respectfully declined, offering instead to create a new one, to Rolls-Royce standards.
A small team designed and constructed a Bespoke bodyshell in fibreglass reinforced with carbon-fibre, complete with the marque’s iconic Pantheon grille. The bonnet strips were ‘real’ ones cut to length; the two-tone finish was applied exactly as it would be on a full-size commission, with the wheel covers, seats and coachlines all perfectly color-matched.
The seat was hand-made from wood, with padding upholstered in medical-grade vinyl, hot‑welded to eliminate seams that could trap dirt. The team also designed a custom aluminium footwell that lifts out for cleaning.
In keeping with a Bespoke project, a number of components were individually created, including handcrafted treadplates, 3D-printed dash, wheel caps and spacers and trim pieces. As a true Rolls-Royce, it is completed with a laser-etched RR badge and its own Spirit of Ecstasy mascot.
Electric power provides the authentic noiseless Rolls-Royce driving experience; and like its road-going counterparts, its speed is limited, in this case to 4 mph. The project took around 400 hours to complete.
Following its service and repairs, the car has now returned to the Hospital to resume its humble but transformational duties.
Linda Collins, Day Surgery Unit Sister, said, “The servicing of our mini Rolls-Royce is perfect timing as we transition out of Covid restrictions and begin to restore our paediatric surgical services. Once again, our youngest patients can experience the full use of the car as part of their journey to surgery. This helps to take the emphasis away from the procedure they’re undergoing and focus on the unique experience of driving a genuine Rolls-Royce while being safely supervised through the hospital corridors. A huge thank you to Rolls-Royce Motor Cars for helping to keep our beloved little car in tip top condition.”
Today, hip-hop artist and Olympic medalist Will Claye releases his latest single, “Wee Hours,” out now via Red Bull Records. Written by Claye, “Wee Hours” was produced by Grammy-winning songwriter and producer DJ Khalil, best known for his work with Jay-Z, Kanye West, Drake, Kendrick Lamar, and more.
Drawing from his own experiences, the strength of “Wee Hours” lies in Claye’s introspective and poignant lyrics, which he delivers with a West Coast-influenced flair. As the opening melodies and subtle instrumentations float in and out of focus, the single’s smooth production is effortlessly juxtaposed against Claye’s heavy-hitting flow.
“This track is inspired by my city, my people, and the kids who are growing up where I come from,” says Claye of the release. “I wanted to speak for people whose voices have been suppressed. I want to inspire my people and show them that even through all the horrific things we have gone through as a people, we can make it through and rise above it all.”
The release of “Wee Hours” follows the announcement of Elevate, the forthcoming documentary from Red Bull, set for release on Tuesday, June 8. The short film follows Claye as he trains for the Olympics and records new music, working to make his mark on the world. As his moment in the spotlight parallels a cultural boiling point surrounding racial injustice, Claye seeks to use his voice to inspire his community’s youth, serving as a positive role model for the next generation. Watch the trailer here.
About Will Claye
Three-time Olympic medalist Will Claye started his path as a world-class athlete. By way of track and field, he was able to move into starting his brand ELEVATE, music, and philanthropy. Will’s brand grew largely at the London Games in 2012, where he earned a bronze medal in the long jump and a silver medal in the triple jump to become the first man since 1936 and the first American since 1904 to obtain medals in both events. The Phoenix, AZ native of Sierra Leone-descent solidified himself as the #3 triple jumper of all time in 2019 and at the same time released an EP, WEST SIDE STORY, and single “TMS.”
The catalyst for Will’s music career came from artist YG inviting him to the studio and them creating “IDGAF,” what is now known as a classic West Coast record. From there, Will began to create his own lane and his own sound, taking inspiration from Bob Marley, Andre 3000, Snoop Dogg, DJ Quick, Pharrell, Jay Z, Nipsey Hussle, Kendrick Lamar, and Nate Dogg. With a wide array of influences, Will has created a sound that is eclectic and diverse, based on how he is feeling and what is going on in life. He is a rare combination of talent and genuine humility, recognizing that he can use his status as an artist and professional athlete to help others.

Continuing his run of success, Khalil co-wrote and produced Aloe Blacc’s Top 5 pop worldwide single “The Man,” which has sold over six million units worldwide, and won a Clio Award for music innovation through its inclusion in the 2013-2014 Beats by Dre campaign that was featured in the Super Bowl broadcast as well as the NBA finals. In 2018, Khalil created the end title song “Elevate” for Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse. The film won the Academy Award for Best Animated Film, and the soundtrack album has sold over two million units, which has made him one of the most sought-after producers for film and television synchronization. Khalil recently topped the pop charts with two songs on Logic’s #1 album Bobby Tarantino II (“Iconic” and “Everybody Dies”), four songs on Nipsey Hussle’s Top 5 album Victory Lap, Eminem’s #1 album Revival, and two songs on Big Sean’s #1 album, Detroit 2.
