Pornhub Announces Limited Edition Spray Paint and Apparel Collaboration with Art Primo
Adult Entertainment Platform Debuts Collection with Creative Video Featuring Prominent Names from Pornhub’s Model Program
Pornhub, the premier online destination for adult entertainment, today announced the launch of its collaboration with independent art supply company, Art Primo, through a new video featuring well-known models from Pornhub’s Model Program. The Pornhub x Art Primo limited edition collection, designed by Dan Climan, features a spray paint can of the brand’s signature “Pornhub Orange,” as well as tote bags and apparel including a short-sleeve t-shirt, long-sleeve shirt and hoodie.
“Both graffiti and pornography invite the viewer to follow the artist on a voyage of self-expression and exploration, in the most non-conventional of ways and without apology. Because of this, Pornhub was a natural choice for our first-ever crossover launch,” said Anne Greebich of Art Primo about the collaboration.
The video directed by Gogy Esparza takes us on an adrenaline-filled voyeuristic night throughout the darkest corners of New York City in follow-doc style featuring graffiti artists Goog, Karma, Easy, Nep, and Seo. In signature Esparza style, Gogy uses quick cuts and mashups of the artists tagging alleyways and abandoned walls to shots of fast cars and beautiful women showing the audience the unparalleled energy into this illusive world.
The video features models Chiara Charles, LAYA, Zoë Kestan, and Andrea Martinez alongside Pornhub ambassadors Asa Akira, Kira Noir, and popular names from Pornhub’s Model Program, including Janessa Brazil, Toya Tickles, Britney Amber, Autumn Falls, Abigail Mac, and Alexis Tae.
This is the second time Esparza has collaborated with Pornhub; he most recently directed HEROTICA, a capsule collection and short film/look book in collaboration with design duo, NAMILIA. The collection was unveiled during New York Fashion Week in February of 2020 and featured an all-Asian cast of runway models and Pornhub models Marica Hase, Jade Kush and Asa Akira.
Pornhub’s Art Primo collaboration is the latest in the company’s foray into fashion and retail. Building on the success of the collaboration with NAMILIA’s at NYFW, the designers Nan Li and Emilia Pfohl created a capsule collection in collaboration with the brand. In previous years, the company has worked with Hood by Air, a cult-favorite fashion brand designed by Shayne Oliver and Richardson, a popular streetwear brand.
“Pornhub has become the standard and an instantly recognizable classic in itself. The shade used for the spray paint is iconic; this orange is undoubtedly Pornhub Orange, and we sought out to craft a unique new tool for anyone to foster creativity and self-expression. I really wanted to elevate this timelessness with the graphic design of the can. It’s quite minimal and, with everything being so flashy these days, I think the design will stand out for its simplicity,” said the designer, Dan Climan.

When it comes to dieting, you may dread it because you think it involves omitting yourfavorite foods. The good news is a balanced diet can include many of your favorite foods. Here is a guide to fresh foods and balancing your diet without feeling guilty.
What Is a Balanced Diet?
A healthy and balanced diet includes foods from all food groups, such as:
Fruits and vegetables.
Starchy foods.
Dairy.
Protein.
Fat.
Fruits and Vegetables
Your diet should include a daily serving of fruits and vegetables. You need to consume at least five servings of fruits and vegetables. These foods are essential diet components because they provide your body with important minerals and vitamins. Fruits and vegetables help prevent disease, helps with digestion, and lowers cholesterol. The foods in the fruits and vegetables food group are low in fat and help with satiety, feeling full.
What Counts as One Portion of Vegetables and Fruits?
Half an avocado or grapefruit
One slice of a large fruit (pineapple, melon)
Two plums (or similar sized fruit)
A dessert bowl filled with salad
One pear, apple, or banana
Keep in mind canned, dried, and frozen fruits and vegetables also count towards your daily serving for this food group.
Starchy Foods
Starchy foods include bread, potatoes, pasta, and rice. This food group should account for one-third of the food groups you eat. Starchy foods are an essential source of fiber and energy. These starchy foods also provide ample amounts of vitamins, calcium, and iron. Avoid adding extra fat sources to these foods by not using spreads, butter, jam, oil, or cheese. A good diet technique to practice is to base most of your meals around high-starch foods. Consider starting your day with a whole grain breakfast cereal and having a sandwich made on whole grain bread for lunch. Your dinner can include rice or potatoes with your meal.
Protein
The protein food group contains many foods, includingfresh seafood.
Pulses
Pulses include beans, lentils, and peas. These foods are naturally low in fat and a good source of vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Pulses are great additions to soups, sauces, and casseroles because they provide additional flavor and texture to your meals. Other sources of vegetable protein include Quorn, tofu, mycoprotein and bean curd.
Fish
Fish is an excellent source of vitamins, minerals, and proteins. You should try consuming at least two portions of fish weekly. One portion of fish should be oil rich, and the other portion should be tinned, frozen or fresh fish. Oil-rich fish includes mackerel and salmon that contain Omega-3 fatty acids. These fatty acids promote heart health and are a great source of vitamins A and D. You also have the option of white fish and shellfish. Skate, haddock, hake, plaice, cod, and coley are white fish that are low in fat and contain different vitamins and minerals. These fish are healthy meat alternatives. When you’re buying fish tinned in brine or smoked fish, check the high salt content label. Marlin, shark, and swordfish are other protein options. You should not consume more than one portion of this type of fish per week because it contains mercury, a toxin that can cause liver and kidney damage, among other adverse health effects. You can prepare fish by baking, steaming, grilling, and frying it, but fried fish is the option that contains more fat.
Eggs
Eggs are a part of a balanced diet because they are a great source of vitamins, protein, and minerals. Although there are no limitations on the number of eggs you can consume, avoid adding unhealthy fats, such as oil and butter. Eggs are the healthiest when they are boiled, scrambled or poached. If you prefer frying your eggs, use vegetable, olive or rapeseed oil.
Meat
Meat is an excellent source of B12, a vitamin that is solely found in food from animals. Meats are also a good source of vitamins, proteins and minerals. You have the option of red or processed meats. Red meat includes venison, beef, pork and lamb. Processed meats include salami, sausages, burgers, ham, bacon, and other cured meats. Consuming an excessive amount of red or processed meats increases your risk of developing bowel cancer. You should limit your meat consumption, red or processed, to 70 grams per day (about two slices of roast meat or equal to two sausages). Consuming ample amounts of meat that is high in saturated fats increases your risk of developing heart disease, having a stroke, and increases your blood cholesterol levels.
Fat
The fatfood group includes oils and spreads. Many fats in diets are essential, such as those found in olive oil, vegetable oil, and rapeseed oil. These oils contain unsaturated fats, which help reduce your risk of developing heart disease and lower cholesterol. Some foods contain unhealthy fats, such as cakes, full-sugar soft drinks, biscuits and snacks, such as chips and snack cakes.
Hydration
Hydrating yourself with water is excellent for your overall health and well-being. Drinking water flushes toxins from your system and improves every aspect of your body’s functions. When you’re dieting, consider each of the five food groups to ensure you’re maintaining a healthy, balanced diet. Following the food pyramid will help you understand your food needs, and you will not feel guilty about many of the foods you consume daily.

FIRST-EVER PERFORMANCE OF JOHN LENNON & YOKO ONO LENNON’S LEGENDARY PEACE ANTHEM “GIVE PEACE A CHANCE” REVEALED IN NEW NEVER-BEFORE-SEEN VIDEO
“Give Peace A Chance” (Demo) Featured On John Lennon/Plastic Ono Band – The Ultimate Collection Due April 23 In Celebration Of 50th Anniversary Of the Legendary Artists’s Iconic Debut Solo Album
Tim’s Twitter Listening Party and Twitter Spaces Afterparty Confirmed for Saturday, April 24 With Yoko And Sean Ono Lennon, Klaus Voormann, Dan Richter, Tim Burgess And More WATCH “GIVE PEACE A CHANCE” (DEMO) VIDEO WATCH THE UNBOXING TRAILER “ALL WE ARE SAYING IS GIVE PEACE A CHANCE” – JOHN LENNON Before famously recording their legendary pacifist anthem “Give Peace A Chance” at their Bed-In for Peace at the Queen Elizabeth Hotel in Montreal on May 31st, 1969, John Lennon and Yoko Ono rehearsed an early version of the song while at the Sheraton Oceanus Hotel in the Bahamas just days before, on May 25th. The performance, which was captured by the Lennon’s film cameraman Nic Knowland and sound recordist Mike Lax, has never been released until now and is the earliest known recording of the song. \The film, meticulously restored and released today in incredible 5K by the John Lennon Estate, features John humorously ad-libbing lyrics for the verses before being joined by Yoko for the memorable chorus that became an anti-war anthem for a generation and which remains an enduring protest song more than 50 years later.
Originally set for New York, the second Bed-In was relocated to the Bahamas after John and Yoko were denied entrance into the U.S. because of John‘s 1968 cannabis conviction. However, due to the layout of the hotel and the sweltering Bahamian heat, the couple flew to Toronto the following day and eventually settled in Montreal, chosen for its close proximity to New York and the American press, which they were hoping to use to get the attention of President Nixon.
The couple set themselves up in a hotel suite for a week, where they allowed unlimited access and gave endless interviews, in order that their extended honeymoon serve as a “commercial for peace.” The event culminated with the recording of John’s first solo single and the first to be credited to the Plastic Ono Band, “Give Peace A Chance.”
Surrounded by fans, Hare Krishnas and having spent the week with a host of notable friends and celebrities like LSD advocate Timothy Leary, singer Petula Clark, disc jockey Murray The K, comedian and civil rights activist Dick Gregory and comedian Tommy Smothers, who accompanied on acoustic guitar, John and Yoko performed the song in bed dressed in their pajamas and helped provide the soundtrack to a revolution.
Released just a month later in July 1969, backed with Yoko’s “Remember Love,” recorded that same night after their guests had left, the single reached No. 2 on the UK Singles Chart and No. 14 in the U.S. on the Billboard Hot 100, giving John his first hit outside of The Beatles. Although credited to Lennon-McCartney, John later revealed the song was written by him and Yoko and she should have received the co-writing credit.
John said one of his proudest moments was when Peter Seeger led a crowd of over half a million protesters in singing a ten-minute version of “Give Peace A Chance” at the Vietnam moratorium in Washington DC on November 15,1969.
If you are also an anti-war person and you like this album, then custom enamel pins would be a good choice.
Custom enamel pins can incorporate your vision of peace into them. You can choose a variety of anti-war patterns you like, such as the classic peace dove, or a hand-in-hand silhouette. You can also engrave peace phrases customize dates that are meaningful to you, and incorporate your peace declaration or precious moments into the design to show your exclusiveness. Custom enamel pins can also be chosen for your favorite color and size.
Let these pins become a unique token of love and peace, and protect world peace with John Lennon and Yoko Ono.
This unearthed video comes in advance of the forthcoming box set, John Lennon/Plastic Ono Band – The Ultimate Collection, due April 23 via Capitol/UMe, of which the track is included alongside demos for every song on the album as well as John’s non-album singles. The eight-disc super deluxe box set, celebrating 50 years of John’s transformational and influential masterpiece, is an immersive, deep listening experience and in-depth exploration of the record John described as “the best thing I’ve ever done.”
Fully authorized by Yoko Ono Lennon, who oversaw the production and creative direction, and from the same audio team that worked on 2018’s critically acclaimed Imagine – The Ultimate Collection, including triple GRAMMY®-Award winning engineer Paul Hicks and mixers/engineers Rob Stevens and Sam Gannon, the Ultimate Collection puts listeners in the center of the studio and explores the album’s 1970 recording sessions at EMI Studios 2 & 3, Abbey Road along with John’s post-Beatles singles, “Give Peace A Chance,” “Cold Turkey” and “Instant Karma! (We All Shine On).”
From inception to the final master, the sessions are explored through scores of unreleased and rare demos, rehearsals, outtakes, jams and studio conversations, revealing how these beloved songs came to be. Everything in this expansive box set has been newly mixed from scratch from brand new 192kHz/24bit hi-res transfers. In addition to the various new mixes, the set boasts 87 never-before-heard recordings.
The Ultimate Collection offers a variety of new listening experiences that are at once immersive and intimate, ranging from the brand new Ultimate Mixes of the timeless album, which put John’s vocals front and center and sonically upgrade the sound, to the Elements Mixes, which isolate and bring forth certain elements from the multitrack recordings to reveal even deeper levels of detail and clarity, and the Raw Studio Mixes, which allows listeners to experience the moment John and the Plastic Ono Band recorded each song, mixed raw and live without effects, tape delays or reverbs. The Evolutionary Documentary is a unique track-by-track audio montage that details the evolution of each song from demo to master recording via instructions, rehearsals, recordings, multitrack exploration and studio chatter. The Blu-rays present an array of listening options including high-definition, studio quality 192kHz/24bit audio in stereo and enveloping 5.1 Surround and Dolby Atmos mixes.

The historical, remixed and remastered John Lennon/Plastic Ono Band – The Ultimate Collection features 159 tracks across six CDs and two Blu-ray audio discs for more than 11 engrossing hours of music and includes two postcards (“Who Are The Plastic Ono Band?” and “You Are The Plastic Ono Band”) a “War Is Over!” poster and a comprehensive 132-page hardback book with lyrics, rare photos, tape box images, memorabilia and extensive notes.
Designed and edited by Simon Hilton, the Compilation Producer and Production Manager of the Ultimate Collection series, the book tells the story behind each of the songs and the making of the album in John & Yoko’s words and the words of those who worked alongside them, through archival and brand new interviews.
Yoko writes in the preface of the book: “With the Plastic Ono Band albums, John and I liked the idea of this really raw, basic, truthful reality that we were going to be giving to the world. We were influencing other artists, giving them courage, giving dignity to a certain style of vulnerability and strength that was not accepted in society at the time. It was a revolution for a Beatle to say, ‘Listen: I’m human, I’m real.’ It took a lot of courage for him to do it.”
This truly unique expanded edition includes the lively improvised jams John and the band would play between takes, belying the intense subject matter of the album, and the full live recording session of Yoko’s companion LP, Yoko Ono/Plastic Ono Band, which for the first time presents the songs in their full, unedited lengths and speed, and includes three unreleased improvisations.
Plastic Ono Band will also be released in concurrent multiple physical and digital configurations, including as a 1CD that includes the Ultimate Mixes of the original album and the three non-album singles and as an expanded 2CD or 2LP version that adds a disc of outtakes of each song.

I’m beyond happy that we were able to not only put together a great event but also build bridges for voices that needed to be heard while supporting a special initiative that’s dear to us all. Even though this music world is very new to me, good work is good work and we have so much to celebrate.”
The Rose Fest featured some of the biggest names and in Hip Hop and R&B mixed with powerhouse artist on-the-rise with exquisite performances from Mozzy, Rubi Rose, RY, Eric Bellinger, KendyX, Day Sulan, 1TakeJay, Stunna Girl, Kalan FRFR, Black Fortune, TMG Fre$h, Marissa Ford, SingerSlime, DW Flame, Float Lord, Whitney Reign, ASH10, Audemar, B Lytrece, HTTH, Yoppa Bam, 3LetterzNUK, J.LeGras, Jimmy Bolt, Mariana Velletto and more! “We’re really excited to create this moment for California because our community needs this beam of light during these unusual times,” says Phillip Riaan, Co-Founder of The Rose Music Festival. It has been a tough year, a year that has shed light on the health and economic disparities in Black and Brown communities, so I’m happy we’re able to make this experience that looks out for many communities. Not only was the concert essential to us because of the cause, but it also provides a platform for up-and-coming artists to be able to see their name in lights and not have to wait on someone to allow them to because they are trending on social media.”
Kendyx, Co-Founder of “The Rose Music Festival,” shared, “music is healing, and it’s a beautiful moment to see emerging musicians, like myself, have this moment of coming together in a unique way that gives back to the community that has supported us all in more ways than one.”
Ry, p.k.a. Rydope, Co-Founder of “The Rose Music Festival and a rising artist herself, echoed similar sentiments by saying, “This festival will show that betters days is approaching for the world, not only for our community here in California.”
The Rose Festival marks one of the first live music events in the United States in over a year. For more information about the festival, visit this website.

Gambling has always been popular. The demand for casino games and cinema grew simultaneously in the 1960s. That being said, there are countless examples of directors and writers using a casino as a high-intensity backdrop to their action or drama flick. Here’s a list of some of the best films and most iconic casino scenes in Hollywood, courtesy of Dominic Andreasson. At casinospel, you can also find a list of the best online casinos; Hollywood hasn’t caught up with that trend yet!
Casino Royale (2006)
Casino Royale (2006) might be the most famous casino movie in the history of cinema. It’s also part of the prestigious and adored James Bond lineage of films. The movie follows special agent 007, played by Daniel Craig, and Le Chiffre, played by Mads Mikkelson, as they duke it out in a high-stakes poker game.
The most iconic scene in the film comes during an expensive hand. The total reaches over $100 million and pits 007 and Le Chiffre head to head. They stare each other down as Le Chiffre unveils his excellent hand, only to be beaten by Bond’s straight flush.
Casino (1995)
Casino (1995) is a classic gangster flick with a star-studded lineup including Robert De Niro, Joe Pesci, and Sharon Stone. Likewise, it’s chock full of iconic scenes. As you may expect, when gangsters run a casino, things aren’t going to run smoothly.
One great scene details Ace (played by Robert De Niro) catching two players cheating. The voiceover goes through how the two are hustling the dealer and shows how brilliant Ace’s character is. It contains some great blackjack scenes throughout.
Rain Man (1988) & The Hangover (2009)
Rain Man (1988) and The Hangover (2009) are placed together in this list because one is referencing the other. First came Rain Man, the story of two brothers on a cross country road trip. Raymond, Dustin Hoffman’s character, is autistic; one scene in the film finds them at the casino.
Raymond uses his savant-like math skills to count cards and win big at blackjack. This scene starts with Ray’s younger brother, played by Tom Cruise, saying the iconic line, “Let’s play some cards.” It takes the form of a montage and is some of the best gambling on video.
In The Hangover, the main characters Phil, Alan, and Stu are down on their luck and in the hole when it comes to money. To try and remedy this problem, Alan (played by Zach Galifianakis) references Rain Man and reads a blackjack strategies book. They go to the casino in an attempt to count cards. With hilarious editing, the gang manages to win all the money they need before being kicked out in a cheeky homage to the classic 80s film.
Ocean’s Eleven (2001)
A list of the most iconic casino and gambling films isn’t complete without mentioning Ocean’s Eleven (2001). This movie follows Danny Ocean (played by George Clooney) as he attempts to pull off the most extensive casino heist in history. This star-studded film also stars Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, and Julia Roberts. It features iconic scenes, including one where Brad Pitt’s character outlines how to call someone’s bluff in poker.
Black Panther (2018)
The most recent addition to this list, Black Panther (2018), gets an honourable mention for one of the most extraordinary casino-based fight scenes in film history. This movie follows T’Challa, the King of Wakanda, as he tries to find himself and unite his people. It’s within the Marvel Cinematic Universe and is based on the comic book character Black Panther. Early in the film, T’Challa and his friends head to an underground casino to stake out the sale of stolen goods. This ends in a super fight where quippy one-liners abound.
Conclusion
As gambling technology and the film industry continue to grow, we expect the relationship between the two to stay as intertwined as ever. Who knows, maybe the next great heist flick will be about online casinos or winning big at live dealer tables. The possibilities are endless.
1,500+ Parents of Transgender, Non-Binary, and Gender-Expansive Youth Condemn Anti-Trans Bills in Open Letter to Lawmakers
More than 1,500 parents of transgender, non-binary, and gender-expansive youth — from all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico — signed a letter imploring elected officials to oppose anti-transgender bills under consideration in state legislatures across the country.
The letter comes in response to a fast and furious effort led by national groups aiming to stymie LGBTQ progress made on the national level and in many states. There are currently more than 200 anti-LGBTQ bills under consideration in state legislatures across the country. Of these discriminatory bills, 106 directly target transgender people, including efforts to ban transgender girls and women from participating in sports consistent with their gender identity and prohibit evidence-based, life-saving health care for transgender youth.
“Transgender kids all across the country are listening to what you say and watching what you do. The act of writing bills like this, holding hearings, and later casting votes sends a direct message to them: ‘You aren’t real to us. We don’t believe you when you tell us who you are. Your existence is dangerous to the other kids around you. We are okay if you feel lonely, isolated, and unwelcome. We are willing to take away even the smallest concessions that have been made for you because we have power and you don’t,’” the parents wrote. “Transgender folks are so tired, tired of fighting for their existence. And parents like us are tired of begging you to see our kids and treat them as full and equal members of society.”
“Transgender children are children. They deserve the ability to play organized sports and have access to medically necessary care, just like all children. These bills are cruel — and parents are not going to be silent when elected officials attack their children through discriminatory legislation,” saidHuman Rights Campaign President Alphonso David. “Transgender, non-binary, and gender-expansive youth impacted by these bills are among the most vulnerable to experience depression and engage in self-harm, including suicide. Legislators must realize the seriousness of this issue and remember that they were elected to lead — not call into question whether certain children have the right to exist, to be happy, or to live authentically.”
“As a trans person, I know what it means to have lawmakers try to write me out of existence — imagine being a trans child trying to cope with this reality. There is a coordinated attack on transgender, non-binary, and gender-expansive youth being waged in state legislatures across the country and it is having a devastating impact on the mental health of kids, who just want to be kids,” said Jay Brown, Senior Vice President, HRC Programs, Research & Training. “Parents will not back down when it comes to protecting their children, and they will not tolerate their elected officials using their positions of power to harm and further oppress them. We will never give up hope that if people — including elected officials — hear from people at the center of the policy debate, and their loved ones, that their hearts will open, and their minds will change.”
The full letter is below.
April 12, 2021
Dear Elected Officials,
Many of you are sponsoring, co-sponsoring, or considering voting for legislation that would force transgender children to participate in sports based on a letter on their birth certificate rather than who they are – or not participate at all. Some of you are also sponsoring, co-sponsoring, or considering voting for bills that would criminalize best-practice, evidence-based, life-saving health care that transgender youth need (and deserve!) to thrive.
Parents of transgender, non-binary, and gender-expansive youth like us have called you, sent you emails, and have showed up in the midst of a global pandemic to testify about how devastating these bills are…not only if or when they pass and become law, but also right now because, by whipping up a firestorm of attacks on our kids, they have already caused damage to our families.
Parenting during a pandemic is hard enough. The fact that these bills exist at all—that the lives of our children are up for debate in any state in this nation—adds a layer of worry to an already fraught time. Let’s be clear: the impact of these bills goes far beyond sports and medical care; they call into question whether our children have the right to exist, to be happy, to live authentically. The answer is yes. They absolutely do.
We have shared studies with you explaining that trans youth are more susceptible to struggle with anxiety or depression, not because they are transgender but because of stigma and discrimination. You have heard that being able to participate in sports and being on a team with friends and classmates can improve their mental health. You have heard adolescents tell you how afraid they are of experiencing the wrong puberty or how terrified teenagers are of having their medically-prescribed hormones denied to them.
This isn’t the first time. We tried telling you all of this a year ago before the pandemic thankfully cut many legislative sessions short and these bills floundered. After hearing some of these concerns last year, a senator in Missouri was quoted dismissively saying “We can’t be responsible for everyone’s mental health.”
We are pointedly telling you now that you actually are responsible for the mental health of these kids. We are holding you personally responsible for the amount of stress, anxiety, and fear our precious children are currently struggling with. We are holding you responsible for how some of our children are crying themselves to sleep every night, asking why so many people hate trans kids and want them to suffer. You are the reason they are asking to move somewhere where they will be protected, because their home doesn’t feel safe anymore with you in charge of creating its laws.
You were elected to your positions to lead. And leaders understand that in our great but imperfect system of government, we favor the concept of “majority rule, minority rights.” Leaders do not use their positions of power to harm and further oppress a struggling and hurting minority.
Transgender kids all across the country are listening to what you say and watching what you do. The act of writing bills like this, holding hearings, and later casting votes sends a direct message to them: “You aren’t real to us. We don’t believe you when you tell us who you are. Your existence is dangerous to the other kids around you. We are okay if you feel lonely, isolated, and unwelcome. We are willing to take away even the smallest concessions that have been made for you because we have power, and you don’t.”
Transgender folks are so tired, tired of fighting for their existence. And parents like us are tired of begging you to see our kids and treat them as full and equal members of society.
Here is a powerful quote from Nomi Ruiz, a Puerto Rican trans woman, artist and performer, that we’d like you to take time to think about…
“The outside world will never truly understand the magnitude of the trans experience, especially that of a child who has an undying need to live in truth despite being ostracized for it. The only way for trans children to thrive is to allow them to live freely in the face of a society that abuses them for it.”
Stop abusing our kids by creating legislation that targets them. Kill these bills now and leave our kids alone.
Justifiably angry,
Parents of Transgender, Non-Binary, and Gender-Expansive Youth
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to have a bedroom that looks like Batman’s bat cave or have something like it came from the set of Back To The Future? Well, I think we all did at one point in our lives.
But hey, it is never too late to make those dreams of ours come true. It does not have to be elegant but getting that futuristic vibe is more than enough to make us feel good about our bedroom.
This design concept could be anything as there is no set standard as to what a futuristic room would look like. So do not be afraid to explore the possibilities since your options are endless.
But there are a few things that we need to go through before we explore the different designs.
Futuristic bedroom designs prefer rooms with lots of open space. Too much clutter inside the room will eventually work against it.
Aside from the normal clutter, our clothes should also be hidden. Unless your wardrobe consists of astronaut suites, then better keep it properly within your closet.
Make sure the power supply for your room allows for additional electrical load. It is always best to be on the safe side before we venture out into upgrading the looks of our bedroom.
So stick around as we are going to explore some ideas on how we could make our rooms get that futuristic feel without breaking the bank.
Window effect
Have you ever seen futuristic movies wherein houses are up high on skyscrapers with walls that are made out of windows? Yes, that is exactly what we are aiming for in this concept.
For this concept to be successful, you must invest in window fronts. These are artworks that can cover your whole wall wherein it depicts a certain landscape or any scenery of your choice.
It’s like looking out an actual window but instead, you are facing artworks. It could be overlooking a metropolis, or space itself.
You can accent this concept with lights of different shades to make it more realistic.
Floating furniture
Get the feel of floating in space through simple aesthetics upgrades for your bedroom furniture. The first thing you can do is to have a carpet or floor artwork that depicts the galaxy.
Next is to line your furniture with LED lights. This is where the amazing LED strip comes in.
This is a very flexible piece of technology that you can easily modify to fit your needs. What you will do is to select the right kind of underflow for your furniture.
Next is to outline the underside of your furniture with LED strips. Make sure they are not visible so that people can only see the glow. This way, it may seem like your bed is suspended in space.
Create that underwater living feel
This concept is quite the same as using window fronts. The only difference is that you would need underwater artworks instead of skylines.
Another challenge for this concept is to get the right lighting combination and the general ambiance correct. You can achieve this by having some LED lights project the correct kind of hue that is needed to get that underwater feel.
Once the lighting and the artworks are in place, the next step is to get yourself an actual aquarium. It does not have to be big, but having an aquarium inside your room does provide some hypnotic properties.
Generally speaking, it adds to the overall concept that we are aiming for.
Monochromatic facade or the shades of black and white
This is probably the easiest to achieve among all concepts that were mentioned earlier. What you can do is to have everything in your room in either black or white.
You paint all your walls and surroundings in white, while your bed and everything on it including the other furniture will be in black.
This concept can be accepted as well with white LED lights that are placed in the right places
Pod bed
Another futuristic concept is to replace your bed with a bed that signifies a large pod. It’s like a double-deck bed but is more futuristic in design.
And you are also covered with a high solid canopy instead of having an additional bed on top. What makes this concept great is that you do not have to invest more in the overall facade of your room.
You can divert all your energy into upgrading your pod. You can start by having led lightings and mounting electronic gadgets around your enclosed bed.
You can aim for something like how it looks inside the international space station. This way you can personalize everything since it does not need major upgrades thus it is way less costly.
Conclusion
The possibilities of futuristic bedroom concepts are endless. At the end of the day, it will all boil down as to how much you are willing to spend on facelifting your room.
But don’t fret because this investment is not only for yourself but also increases the overall value of your estate. What we have shown you are one of the best options.
Well, you do need to shell out money for most of them but once you are settled with the right concept then everything else will just follow. Just plan everything.
There are many concepts on the internet that you can base your design on. Once you have chosen, just personalize it based on your taste.
