Legend Sean Connery Dies at 90

By Hannah DiPilato

Actor and producer Sean Connery, most known for his iconic role as James Bond, has died at age 90. Sir Thomas Sean Connery was knighted by Queen Elizabeth in 2000 due to his international fame as the spy 007.

His son, Jason Connery, said he had been  “unwell for some time” and passed peacefully in his sleep at home.

“A sad day for all who knew and loved my dad and a sad loss for all people around the world who enjoyed the wonderful gift he had as an actor,” said Jason Connery.

Sir Sean was surrounded by family in Nassau when he passed. According to Connery’s publicist, Nancy Seltzer, there will be a private ceremony followed by a memorial service once the pandemic is over.

Sir Sean Connery leaves behind his wife Micheline and his two sons, Jason and Stephane.

Connery’s first major film appearance was No Road Back, the British crime film from 1957. He began his career as James Bond in 1962 with Dr. No, the movie that began the James Bond saga. Since then, he acted as the famous character in seven total Bond films. In 1983 he concluded his time as James Bond in Never Say Never Again

Although his most prominent role was performing as James Bond, he has also taken on major roles in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, The Untouchables and The Hunt for Red October, showing notable range as an actor

Connery was also a part of Murder on the Orient Express’s star-studded cast, which premiered in 1974. In 1988, he won an Oscar for best-supporting actor for his role as Jim Malone in The Untouchables

The current James Bond, Daniel Craig, said Connery was “one of the true greats of cinema.” He also added that he hopes there’s a golf course wherever Connery is, because of the legend’s love for golf.

“He defined an era and a style. The wit and charm he portrayed on screen could be measured in megawatts; he helped create the modern blockbuster,” said Craig.

The official 007 Twitter account tweeted about the passing of Connery. “Sir Sean Connery has died at the age of 90,” the tweet said. “He was the first actor to play James Bond on the big screen in Dr. No in 1962, From Russia With Love, Goldfinger, Thunderball, You Only Live Twice and Diamonds Are Forever followed.”

The producers of James Bond, Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli, also gave a statement after Connery’s death. “He was and shall always be remembered as the original James Bond whose indelible entrance into cinema history began when he announced those unforgettable words, ‘The name’s Bond… James Bond,’” said the producers.

“He is undoubtedly largely responsible for the success of the film series and we shall be forever grateful to him,” they continued.”

Sir Thomas Sean Connery has had an incredibly successful career over his 90 years of life. His death will be a tremendous loss to the film industry, but he will never be forgotten for all of the iconic roles he embodied throughout his life.

In support of Sfera Ebbasta’s upcoming FAMOSO album releasing on November 20th, this week the 5x Platinum artist unveiled his movie on Amazon Prime which showcases his larger-than-life rap career. The movie is available globally with subtitles in English, Spanish, French, and German.

Bottiglie Prive” which translates to Bottles and VIP Rooms rides in on an alluring wave of anticipation. The lyrics profess Sfera’s sincere intentions while contrasting with his famous lifestyle. Fans are eagerly awaiting Sfera’s upcoming album, FAMOSO which features his international peers J Balvin, Future, Offset, Lil Mosey, and has production by London On Da Track, Steve Aoki, and Diplo amongst others.

About Sfera Ebbasta:

Italian rapper Gionata Boschetti (aka Sfera Ebbasta) was born and raised in Cinisello Balsamo, Italy in 1992, a fact that he often referenced in his music. At the young of 13, his father passed away, leaving Sfera responsible for his mother and sister — a responsibility he coped with by writing rhymes. Together with his friend and producer Charlie Charles, they founded their own brand, Billionheadz, through which they released merchandise and music; their first release was a mixtape titled XDVR Reloaded. Cinisello Balsamo — or Ciny as they referred to it — was located just outside of Milan, and in order to further pursue their dreams, both Sfera and Charlie moved to the bigger city, giving them access to a wider variety of media opportunities.

By 2016, Sfera released his debut self-titled album; this time through publication deals with Universal and Def Jam. Sfera Ebbasta featured two collaborative tracks with French rapper SCH, “Balenciaga” and “CartineCartier.” In 2018, his album Rockstar launched him into the most Italian streamed artist ever, with over 700 million streams, 5 Platinum plaques, and collabs like Quavo, Tinie Tempah, Rich The Kid, Lary Over, and Miami Yacine. Additionally, for the first time ever, he had seven tracks on the 200 Global Spotify Chart. Since then he hasn’t stopped, collaborating with massive Italian and international artists.

James Marcus Haney plans to release his debut photo book – FANATICS

James Marcus Haney, the LA based photographer and director of the acclaimed music documentary “No Cameras Allowed,” announces the release of his first photo book, “FANATICS.”

WATCH A TRAILER FOR THE BOOK HERE

The book is available for pre-order today via https://stop-and-fix.com/.

Haney pulls together photographs of fans from his time touring with Coldplay, Elton John, and Mumford & Sons, alongside the countless festivals and shows he’s been to across the world. Capturing the spirit and sheer elation of witnessing live music with friends, the book features imagery from concerts in 35 different countries, spanning the decade of 2010-2020.

Accompanying these images are stories and testimonials from musicians Haney has toured alongside, including Chris Martin of Coldplay, Alex Ebert of Edward Sharpe, Maggie Rogers, Lars Ulrich from Metallica, Marcus Mumford of Mumford & Sons, Albert Hammond JR of The Strokes and many more, all talking about the importance of fans and anecdotes and memories of their own as fans themselves. The book opens with a foreword penned by Elton John, who Haney has also been out on the road with.

Explaining the inspiration behind the book, Haney recalls, “Back when I was in college, I couldn’t afford to go to music festivals so I would sneak into them with my friends. Often, I used a borrowed camera from school and posed as a press photographer. I filmed all the bands I loved and used the guise of a fake press pass to get as close to the stage as possible. After a few festivals, I cut together a short documentary of my friends and I sneaking into Coachella and Bonnaroo. At another show, I handed a roadie a burnt DVD copy of my short doc, who then passed it onto the band he was teching for, Mumford & Sons. Soon, I found myself on an old-school vintage train chugging across America with Mumford & Sons, Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros, and Old Crow Medicine Show as part of the Railroad Revival Tour.”

“My passion for touring came at a cost though: as my time on the road coincided with my final exams at film school. I forfeited a college degree but made some of the best friends of my life and embarked on a career adventure that I could never have dreamed of. Through touring the world with artists like Mumford & Sons, Elton John, and Coldplay, I was able to immerse into all sorts of cultures and musical worlds and all sorts of wild crowds and fans. I found myself taking photos of fans everywhere – there was something so captivating about watching people completely lost in the music, witnessing that spiritual experience.”

This book is a culmination of a decade of touring the world and the truckload of film negatives that have amassed in that time. It captures the emotions, fashions, and faces of the 2010 decade through live music. And it is only now, from the depths of a pandemic, do these photographs remind us of a time, so recent yet so different, and represent the ultimate experience to look forward to again.

Words on FANATICS by Elton John:

“FANATICS is a book that celebrates that dedication, that music fan’s rite of passage, what you might call the magical festival spirit. It’s partly the sense that you can do whatever you want – get drunk, get high, have sex, whatever – at least for a weekend. And it’s partly that the one thing that’s bonding everyone together at a festival is the love of music. You can see that spirit, that common humanity, in the photos in this book.

Marcus has captured that indomitable festival spirit brilliantly through these photographs. With his trusted camera in hand, he’s the ultimate fly on the wall, or the fly on the canvas of the tent. He seizes these moments, almost like the invisible man, catching people in every imaginable state – in rapture and in decay, the ecstasy and the agony.”

NEW CIRCA RESORT & CASINO LAUNCHES IN DOWNTOWN

Circa Resort & Casino, Downtown Las Vegas’ first resort-casino built from the ground up in four decades, is now open. The 1.25 million square-foot, adults-only property pays homage to Vegas’ Golden Era through vintage design, old-school hospitality and nods to the city’s history while introducing high-tech advancements and cutting-edge amenities.

Conceived by developer and CEO Derek Stevens, Circa’s opening marks a series of firsts and achievements for Las Vegas:

  • One of the most ambitious projects in Downtown Las Vegas’ 115-year history and the area’s first resort-casino built from the ground up in four decades.
  • World’s largest sportsbook with a 78-million-pixel screen viewable to up to 1,000 people
  • Vegas’ first adults-only resort
  • Country’s largest destination pool experience for sports fans, open 365 days a year with a 14-million-pixel screen
  • New-to-Vegas food & beverage concepts by renowned chefs and restaurateurs from across the country
  • Nevada’s longest indoor bar spanning 165 feet
  • First Las Vegas resort with a fully integrated rideshare hub

Hours before the official opening, Stevens hosted an intimate black-tie gala at the property. Las Vegas founding families and current casino operators gathered for the first roll of the dice on Circa’s casino floor, including Ryan Growney, General Manager of South Point Hotel & Casino; Jonathan Jossel, CEO of The Plaza Las Vegas; Scott Sibella, President of Resorts World Las Vegas; Andy Abboud, Senior Vice President of Government Relations and Community Development for the Venetian Resort Hotel Casino and the Las Vegas Sands Corporation; Chris Latil, Senior Vice President and  General Manager of Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino; Terry Caudill, owner of TLC Casino Enterprises, Inc.; Mike Nolan, General Manager and COO of El Cortez Hotel and Casino; and Brendon Gaughan, grandson of Jackie Gaughan.

“For the past five years, the Circa team and our partners have been devoted to introducing a resort and casino experience that brings something totally new to Vegas, and in some cases, the country,” said Stevens. “I will be the first to admit that 2020 has not been easy, but this talented group persevered and has delivered on this vision, 8 weeks early. I’m incredibly proud to be putting 1,500 people to work and that our doors are finally open for all to visit Circa.”

A Glimpse into Circa:

· World’s Largest Sportsbook – Circa Sports is the resort’s centerpiece, boasting a 78-million-pixel high-definition screen capable of playing up to 19 games at once. The three-story, stadium-style venue is helmed by the country’s top betting experts delivering Vegas’ most diverse wagering menu. With a viewing capacity of up to 1,000, fans can reserve plush accommodations such as reclining seats or booths for large groups; all are equipped with power outlets, Wi-Fi and tables. VSiN, The Sports Betting Network (VSiN), has an on-site studio within the sportsbook, giving bettors in-depth expert analysis daily from broadcasters, athletes and industry professionals. A Circa Sports satellite location is positioned next to the entrance of Garage Mahal, offering one of the most accessible betting locations in Las Vegas. When it’s time for a bite, guests can have food from a selection of Circa’s restaurants delivered directly to their seat.

· Stadium Swim – The country’s largest pool destination for sports lovers brings the party 365 days a year. Featuring six temperature-controlled pools, two swim-up bars and a 143 x 40 foot, 14-million-megapixel LED screen, the pool amphitheater plays the day’s hottest games and televised events. Guests can enjoy live music from DJs and other special guests in one of 30 cabanas, or a super cabana hosting up to 50. During colder weather, Stadium Swim’s pools will be heated to up to 104 degrees for an après-ski style experience. Designed with one of the country’s most high-tech cleaning systems, Stadium Swim features advanced Ultraviolet Light sanitation, the city’s fastest water-recirculation patterns, and sophisticated and real-time chemical monitoring controllers that destroy pathogens, bacteria, viruses, organic and inorganic contaminants, while greatly reducing chlorine use.

· Vegas Vickie Returns – Tall, blonde and kickin’ – the famous neon sign Vegas Vickie has found her new home at Circa as a must-see art installation in Circa’s hotel lobby. Originally appearing in 1980, she became a landmark on the Fremont Street Experience. With the goal of uniting old and new Vegas in never-before-seen ways, Stevens acquired the sign in 2016 with the intent to give Vickie a new home at Circa. After undergoing a complete refurbishment by YESCO and designer Adolfo Gonzalez – including replacing the mechanism in her knee – the 25 ft. Vegas icon has made a grand return to her rightful place in Downtown Las Vegas and is kicking yet again.

Original Restaurant Concepts

· Barry’s Downtown Prime –Glitz, glam and throwback vibes define Circa’s steakhouse – Barry’s Downtown Prime – from Vegas’ own Chef Barry S. Dakake and his team at Make It Happen Hospitality. With a menu comprising the finest steaks and seafood, an extensive list of tableside preparations and creative cocktails, Barry’s transports patrons back to the classic cool of the 50s and 60s. Saginaw’s menu consists of his legendary sandwiches – so big two hands are needed to eat them – matzo ball soup, onion rings, salads, latkes, chopped liver and breakfast specialties. Saginaw’s is the new home to Golden Gate’s beloved Las Vegas shrimp cocktail, which will be sold at its original price of 99 cents from 3 – 5 a.m. daily.

· 8 East – A Pan-Asian restaurant from Chef Dan Coughlin of Downtown Las Vegas’ Le Thai, 8 East brings a hip atmosphere and communal dining to Circa’s casino floor. Spanning cuisines inspired by Coughlin’s youth and travels throughout Asia, 8 East offers small plates and shareable dishes with Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai and Korean influences. Guests will not want to miss its signature dumplings, skewers, noodles and more, paired with hard-to-find Japanese and Indian whiskies, and unique libations.

· Victory Burger & Wings Co. – Created by the founding family of Detroit’s 103-year-old American Coney Island, Victory Burger & Wings Co. is Circa’s all-star sports bar. Overseen by siblings Grace Keros and Chris Sotiropoulos, the restaurant features massive burgers made with a proprietary blend of Angus beef, short ribs and brisket; hearty wings; crispy fries; house made sauces; onion rings; and nostalgic milkshakes made with Captain Crunch Berries, Chocolate Cocoa Puffs and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. The open concept overlooks Circa’s sportsbook and its massive screen, so diners can hear the crowd roar during big games. Victory Burger features an on-site broadcast studio, hosting top broadcasters and podcasts from across the country.

· Project BBQ – Offering a Southern festival of gourmet smoked meats, Project BBQ at Circa is Fremont Street Experience’s only permanent food truck and its first Carolina BBQ joint. Chef Rex Bernales serves mouth-watering pulled brisket, pork and chicken – including tacos and empanadas – and ups the ante with his two-foot long $100 Sandwich and Hogstravaganza platter, featuring a full barbecued pig delivered with signature Vegas fan fair. Situated on Circa’s exterior, Project BBQ spills out onto the Fremont Street Experience with a built-in “backyard” for communal gathering. Guests can dine as they enjoy spectacular light shows from Viva Vision overhead and live music from surrounding concert stages.

Bars and Lounges

· Vegas Vickie’s – A prime place to catch Vegas Vickie in action, the cowgirl’s namesake cocktail lounge is an elevated lobby bar experience. The Art Deco space features a menu of classic cocktails that pay tribute to Vegas’ past, including a drink named after Vegas Vickie herself.

· MEGA BAR – Spanning an impressive 165 ft. with 120 beers on tap, MEGABAR is Nevada’s longest indoor bar. Inspired by its sister concept, LONGBAR at the D Las Vegas, guests can catch every second of game day on one of its 46 double-stacked TVs or join the gaming action at 53 bar-top table games – all while talented flair bartenders send bottles flying through the air.

· Circa Bar – Located directly on Fremont Street Experience beneath the world-famous Viva Vision light show, Circa Bar is home to both dancing and flair bartenders who serve up 24 frozen cocktail flavors. Guests also can purchase souvenir glasses designed to look like Circa’s tower and Vegas Vickie.

· Overhang Bar – Positioned above Circa’s multi-level sportsbook and open 24/7, Overhang Bar gives guests a bird’s eye view of the book’s giant screen. Drawing inspiration from the former Detroit Tigers stadium’s private overhang section, the space includes a ledge lined with poker machines.

· Jack Pots – Created by renowned restaurateur Paul Saginaw and acclaimed coffee roaster Steve Mangigian, Jack Pots is Circa’s 24-hour coffee shop. The space serves Michigan’s own Zingerman’s coffee and sells one of the two custom coffee blends created exclusively for Circa. Guests can choose from a variety of delicious coffee drinks, as well as freshly made breakfast items, sandwiches and salads.

2020 will be one of the most notable years of our lifetime. The opportunity to gather, celebrate, entertain and be entertained may be forever changed. Musicians and artists of all types have seen their livelihoods come to a complete halt. Many are contemplating new careers/life paths. Many are finding new resolve and purpose. The Dr. Martens Presents: Music & Film Series will showcase the ways that artists on each coast are navigating this challenging new landscape with creativity, strength and grit.

“In 2019 we kicked off our new Dr. Martens Presents: Music & Film Series with two main goals; host one of a kind performances in unique locations for fans of music throughout New York City and Los Angeles and provide a platform for artists, both musicians and the filmmakers, to share their stories,” says Kevin Diehl, Vice President Americas Marketing at Dr. Martens. “Stories of resilience. Stories of artists that no matter how many obstacles life throws in their way they wouldn’t stop working to achieve their goals. These stories were important then and even more so now as we navigate a new reality. For the next 6 months we’ll be working with two new filmmakers in NYC and LA to document how important now, more than ever, musicians and artists need resilience to continue in this ever changing and challenging landscape. A Global Pandemic may be able to impact our ability to gather together to experience live music but, as you’ll witness in the series of films, it cannot keep us from finding creative ways to keep doing the things we love and bringing joy to others.”

“Music saved me,” says Ali Roberto. “Sure, I know there are a lot of people out there who say this, but I truly mean it. We’re facing a difficult and unprecedented time—for literally all of us—it makes sense that we’d turn to music for solace and collective experience. The hardest thing of all is to feel disconnected. I want to bring music back to people and create a platform for up and coming artists to be seen by weaving together a live performance with storytelling. And there’s no one better to do this with than Dr. Martens, the legend that’s laced up many a foot as it stomped onstage, and sparked and awakened, enlivened and impassioned, freed, salvaged, and cured countless hearts and minds.”

“I’m so lucky to be able to tell stories for a living,” says Gabriel Gomez. “I’m incredibly honored & grateful to partner with Dr. Martens and be given the opportunity to tell my own, while simultaneously featuring such talented, powerful, diverse artists in my city. I‘m nothing without my community, my friends, my people—this series features some of the many artists in my world that inspire me every day.”

ABOUT DR. MARTENS

www.drmartens.com

The first pair of Dr. Martens boots rolled off the production line on the 1st April 1960. With its trademark yellow stitch, grooved sole and heel-loop, it was a boot for workers, initially worn by postmen and policemen; comfortable, durable and lightweight in comparison to its competitors at the time.

Throughout Dr. Martens history, the brand has been adopted and subverted by diverse individuals, musicians, youth cultures and tribes. These are the people who stand out from the crowd and their journey of self-expression has always been accompanied by a pair of DM’s.

The simple silhouette allows people to customize each pair; whilst on a utilitarian level their famous durability and comfort make them ideal footwear for the world of gigs and street fashion. On an emotional level, they are a flag of attitude and empowerment.

The Northamptonshire factory where it all began still exists to this day, in the village of Wollaston. A specific range of ‘Made In England’ products are manufactured here by a small, close-knit team of people schooled in traditional shoe-making and a process that hasn’t changed since our first pair six decades ago.

Tooth Discoloration Types & How To Get Better Looking Teeth At Home

If there’s one thing the importance of which we cannot deny, then it’s our smile. It shows our personality and makes other people comfortable around us. When it is beautiful, it makes a long-lasting impression on the people we meet. In other words, beautiful smiles are the smiles that are never, ever forgotten.

What does a beautiful smile start with? Sure, it also has to do with your eyes and your charm, but the truth is that you teeth play the major role in the appearance of your smile. To put things simply, if you want a beautiful smile, you will have to have beautiful teeth. It’s completely logical, isn’t it? The one usually doesn’t go without the other.

There is no one rule for how your teeth should look in order to be regarded as beautiful. There are no formulas or sets of criteria that you should follow so as to check whether your particular teeth fall under the category of beautiful. We cannot all be the same and it would be pretty boring if everybody had the same smile. Go here to learn how to have great teeth.

While it’s true that we cannot talk about specific rules when the appearance of your teeth is in question, there is one thing that we certainly can talk about when it comes to that appearance. I’m talking about the discoloration and the stains on your teeth. Those definitely play their part in making your whole smile less beautiful than it can be and, the worst part is, discoloration is bound to happen overtime, no matter how hard you try to fight and avoid it.

Just because it is bound to happen, though, it doesn’t mean that it cannot be solved. Luckily, people are no longer willing to put up with discoloration as if it were something completely normal, which led to scientists figuring out a few whitening methods that are nowadays used by individuals all over the world. Before we get to learning about those methods, though, let us quickly check out the types of tooth discoloration that you might be affected by.

Discoloration

Tooth discoloration can happen for many different reasons and the good news is that most of the stains that appear are perfectly treatable. Of course, different stains require different attention. Due to that, we will now take a look at the different discoloration types that exist, so that you can figure out what causes specific types and how each of those are supposed to be treated. So, let us get started.

  1. Extrinsic

Extrinsic stains are those that usually only affect the enamel, or the surface, which is a good thing, since removing them will be much easier. Let’s not get ahead of ourselves, though. These particular stains are caused by certain foods, beverages and, of course, tobacco. This means that you will have to avoid some ingredients if you are planning on whitening your teeth. Those include colored beverages, as well as some red and dark-colored fruit and other types of foods.

It goes without saying that these stains cannot actually be removed by simply avoiding tobacco and some foods and drinks. This is the right step towards preventing the stains from appearing, but if you want to remove the ones that have already appeared, you will have to put in some more effort than that. We will, however, explain some of the at home whitening methods that will help you get better looking teeth, so let us not dwell on that now.

  1. Intrinsic

Before we get to those methods that I have mentioned above, we need to take a look at the two other common discoloration types. The second type are intrinsic stains that go a little deeper than the first one. In other words, these are located within the tooth, meaning that they might be a bit harder to remove than the first type. Let’s see what these are caused by.

Tooth decay is, of course, the first cause of these stains. In addition to that, certain types of medications that people take in order to deal with some illnesses and diseases they are affected by can also be the cause of intrinsic stains. On top of all that, genetics play a huge role here, meaning that poor genetics can definitely be the cause of these types of stains.

  1. Age-Related

There’s one last type that we have to mention. As you become older, the enamel is bound to wear away, which frequently results in yellowish teeth. These particular stains are rather difficult to avoid since, well, we do all celebrate our birthdays and get older year after year. Age-related stains can be caused both by certain intrinsic and extrinsic factors. Luckily, some of the methods that we are about to look into can definitely be successful in removing these stains.

Take a peek at some of those methods: https://www.insider.com/how-to-whiten-teeth-naturally-at-home

Get Better Looking Teeth At Home

It’s important to remember that regular dental checkups are a must. Skipping your appointments will lead to a lot of issues with your teeth and those issues can definitely affect their appearance as well. So, do yourself a favor and stop finding excuses to miss those appointments. If you do regular examinations, your teeth will be much healthier and thus better looking. Not to mention the fact that dentists are the experts that can give you the best advice on how to improve the look of your smile.

As true as that is, I understand the necessity of most people to search for at home whitening methods that can help them. I am definitely not the only one who understands this, since a lot of professionals have decided to create whitening products that could assist those people in this process. Some of those are more and some are less successful, but it ultimately all depends on you, your determination, as well as the particular stains that you are dealing with.

There certainly are, however, certain at-home methods that you can use in this endeavor. So, if you really want to get better looking teeth and thus a more beautiful smile, I suggest you take your time to research and try out some of those methods. You will find some of those below, so take a look at those and decide for yourself which ones you would like to try out.

  1. Oil Pulling

I’m not sure if you have heard about this method yet or not, but oil pulling actually goes way back. It is actually a traditional Indian method for removing toxins from the body and improving overall oral hygiene. These people usually used sesame or sunflower oil, but the truth is that any oil will actually work and, nowadays, coconut oil is the most popular option since it comes with a lot of health benefits.

Basically, what you have to do is swish the oil around your mouth in order for it to remove any bacteria that can easily turn into plaque and thus cause discoloration and other oral issues. Studies show that this can be done on a daily basis for the maximum effect. In fact, practicing this daily decreases the risk of developing plaque and gingivitis.

  1. Whitening Kits

Since everybody is perfectly aware of our desire to get better looking teeth, there are now a lot of at home teeth whitening kits on the market and most of those can significantly affect their color and the overall appearance. These are usually also designed to be used on a daily basis, but the method of use depends on the specific kit that you decide to get. People often go for whitening gels and trays since those are pretty easy to use and don’t require you to devote a large amount of time to the practice.

The most important thing that you need to remember, though, is that there are various manufacturers out there and that not all of their products can be of perfect quality. What does this mean for you exactly? Well, it’s simple. If you really want to get the best results, you will have to do your research on those manufacturers and their products and then make an informed decision and buy the kit that has proved to be helpful.

If some of the people around you have used these kits in the past, then you can talk to them and let them give you their point of view on the specific types of kits, as well as the manufacturers. This will bring you one step closer towards choosing the perfect product. Of course, you can also find a lot of useful information online and those are certainly going to help you make the right decision. So, do your research and get the best whitening kit for you.

  1. Baking Soda

Let us now get back to a method that requires you to do nothing more but use the products that you already have at home. I’m sure that this won’t be difficult for you to try, since you don’t really need to shop for anything in particular. Whether you knew this or not, baking soda is a rather popular ingredient contained in many commercial types of toothpaste. This means that you can easily use the baking soda you have at home in order to affect the color of your teeth.

Baking soda cannot only help scrub away the stains that you are bothered with, but it can also prevent bacteria from developing and growing, which means that it will have an overall great impact on your oral health. Keep in mind, though, that this ingredient won’t exactly whiten your teeth overnight. You will have to be persistent and patient, but you will surely notice the change for the better over time.

Now, the last thing that you have to remember is that you shouldn’t just pour baking soda on your toothbrush and try to brush that way. This would be rather ineffective and a complete waste of time. Instead, you can mix it with water and create a slightly firmer, gel-like substance that you can easily use to brush your teeth with. Doing this a couple of times a week should be enough to help you get the results you want.

  1. Hydrogen Peroxide

I suppose you are already aware of the effects that hydrogen peroxide can have on the appearance of your teeth. In fact, this substance is known to be contained in most whitening products out there. If you aren’t keen on using those particular products, you can easily get yourself hydrogen peroxide at home and work towards removing the stains your own way with the help of this product. Here’s how you can do it.

For starters, you can just buy hydrogen peroxide and use it as mouthwash. It would be wise to mix it with water, so that you dilute the solution you can get at a drugstore, since it might be a bit stronger than you need it to be. In addition to doing this, you can also mix hydrogen peroxide, water and baking soda together and make your own toothpaste that will definitely help you whiten your teeth at home (additional info) and get the smile that you want.

  1. Certain Fruits And Vegetables

I have mentioned above that certain types of foods can actually cause your teeth to stain, but here’s the thing. There are also some ingredients that can actually help you whiten them. Those include certain fruits and vegetables, with strawberries and pineapples being the most popular options that are claimed to be able to whiten your teeth. Including these in your diet will also be useful for your overall, and not just your oral, health.

  1. Flossing

While brushing is something that everybody does, some people tend to neglect or underestimate the importance of flossing. Don’t be one of those people. Flossing can help you prevent plaque buildup and get rid of the bacteria in your mouth, which certainly plays a huge part in the teeth whitening process.

Kaelen Felix Illustrates Bella Thorne for 360 Magazine

Bella Thorne – Lonely

BELLA THORNE DROPS NEW MUSIC VIDEO AND SINGLE
“LONELY”

As the first hit song, Bella’s virality and social media influence continues to push her way of confidently creating on the edge. Bella reminds the world once again that she is not afraid to be transparent when it comes to her sexuality womanhood by releasing a song that talks about topics usually seen as taboo by a woman.

“Lonely” finds Bella Thorne expressing her dilemma of being a girl alone who turns to her phone and the people on it to deal with her loneliness. The song brings to light the idea that women and people all over, especially during these times, are turning to their phone to find connection with others.

The idea of being alone is one that is often perceived as bad or as not the ideal situation. Bella reminds her listeners the message that it is okay to feel these emotions. Watch the video here and the teaser here.

Read a Q&A with the singer, Bella Thorne, below.

What is lonely about and what inspired you to create it?

Well, the idea came from my own personal experience. When I am lonely and horny up late at night, I kept looking at my phone going on Instagram scrolling through different apps, really just wanting that attention from someone. I was writing a lot of music at that time as well so I was always in the writing mode you could say. I just kept hearing “I only checked my phone when I’m lonely and horny, only check my phone…” I was just like, man, I keep hearing this and I just had to go into the studio within the next few days to record it, because I just couldn’t get out of my head. Yeah.

It’s been a few years since your last music project, what made you decide to choose “Lonely” as your first release back?

I wanted to choose “Lonely” because I think it’s a great song to really set off the rest of the record. You know, it’s definitely fun, playful, it’s got that pop anthem vibe to it. I just knew it was a strong contender when I wrote it.

What was your creative process behind the song?

After that late night that I was talking about, I went in the studio in the next few days, we sat down, we started strumming to it, and thinking about different chords and what not behind it. And then I just wrote it with my fav writing partners in crime.

Can we expect more music to be coming out soon following this first project?

Yes, I am definitely releasing more songs, but I also have videos. You know, I have an arsenal written up of songs that I do want to put out. Every song feels like it kind of matches to different genre, but each song is also kind of a standalone you could say. I would definitely describe myself as like a genre-less artist, in the sense that I’ll be releasing chapters of my life. Whichever songs fit that chapter is the chapter I’ll be releasing, but all the chapters will be different. I intend to keep them that way because that really is a part of who I am. I don’t think artists are stuck in just one lane because as a person you go through a lot in life and you change and you learn, and you decide you like different stuff. I think, watching an artist grow is so important and definitely in this new release of music, you’re going to see that growth.

What are some topics you will be tackling in your music?

I talk a lot of topics. This is a hard question because I kind of like to talk about a lot of things. It just depends on what’s on my mind. I’m either writing from personal experience or thoughts, or I’m writing as a character with someone else in mind, and I’m completely stepping into another person. This actually makes the acting side and the music side really connect, which I personally like a lot.

What originally inspired you to venture into the music industry?

Well, originally, I was really scared of hearing that I didn’t have a voice. I thought I was tone deaf. I still say that because I’m still not sure if it was me or not. My voice was bad, and Disney really wanted me to sing, but I didn’t want to. They talked me into it and I didn’t like it. It was a bad experience and I basically said I wouldn’t go back to music again. But then I did the movie “Midnight Sun.” It was my first time singing again and that was all because singing was very important to the character. I understood so I was down to do it since it was a big part of the movie. That experience kind of set me in a much better tone with music, the whole process really made me fall in love with music. I also got to experience music through the acting side, which is a side that I was already really connected to. I think that connection helped me bond more to the music.

What is different about this upcoming release from past projects?

I think honestly from my heart what’s different is that this recent music is 100% me. You know, I really feel like I finally found my voice, where I want to be, and who I am at this current moment in time and I’ve really gotten to express that thoroughly through my music.

So, you’re really popular on TikTok, how has it been collaborating with some of the hottest influencers on that?

Yeah, it’s been awesome. I love all the TikTok kids and I love meeting and being immersed in a new community. I think the whole TikTok world is so interesting in general with the algorithms, the way it works. It really is so different from any other app. I personally love seeing people on my newsfeed that I’ve never seen before doing the funniest shit, so it’s made me definitely fall in love with TikTok.

What’s next for you, music wise?

Well, I want to release the songs, you know, one at a time and just kind of put a vibe out.

I love these songs and I love these videos that I’ve been working really, really hard on. I directed and wrote every single video and I feel like it definitely matches the music. So, I’m really happy with how everything’s going there, so hopefully that is translated.

Do you have any virtual performances we can look forward to seeing in the near future?

Well if all goes well, and legally everything is approved, then it looks like we might be doing a New Year’s live streaming event or concert with some of my super dope friends that want to be a part of it and just kind of creating a vibe. This is for people that can’t be with their family or friends and they’re watching from home and they want to listen to some dank ass music.

Alesso Illustrated by Kaelen Felix for 360 Magazine

Alesso x Charlotte Lawrence – The End

Today, Grammy Award-nominated artist Alesso & dark-pop artist/songwriter Charlotte Lawrence share their new single THE END via 10:22pm/Astralwerks. The euphoric yet emotionally raw track was co-written by Alesso, Lawrence, Ali Tamposi and Andrew Watt. THE END matches Alesso’s magnetic and masterful production with a poignant vocal performance from Lawrence. Listen HERE, and watch the performance video HERE.

Equally parts heavy-hearted and effervescent, THE END centers on Alesso’s immaculate sound design, revealing his undeniable pop sensibilities and gift for crafting addictive beats. The song’s bright textures build a brilliant tension with its narrative a detailed story of a toxic romance, beautifully captured in Lawrenceߣs dreamy vocals and gut-punching lyrics (e.g., “Never held my hand so you donߣt have to let it go”).

THE END follows Alesso’s powerfully uplifting single Midnight (feat. Liam Payne), an April release accompanied by a performance video from the duo. In addition to earning praise from Rolling Stone, E!, and People, the track was lauded by the likes of MTV (who called it “the kind of mid-tempo, easy jam that lends itself nicely to big vistas”) and Billboard (who hailed it as “a soaring anthem built on Alesso’s grand-scale production”).
