Juice WRLD “Death Race For Love” Album

Chicago artist Juice WRLD has released his second studio album Death Race For Love, out now on Grade A Productions/ Interscope Records. Death Race For Love includes the single “Robbery,” released February 13, which debuted at #27 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, and peaked at #2 on the Soundcloud chart. “Robbery” accumulated over 21 million global streams in its first week of release, and the accompanying Cole Bennet music video has over 26 million views. The album also features the single “Hear Me Calling,” which hit 6.7 million global streams within the first 3 days of its release.

Death Race for Love arrives as the follow-up to Goodbye & Good Riddance, Juice WRLD’s massively successful 2018 debut. Along with his double-platinum single “All Girls Are the Same,” the platinum-certified album features his biggest hit to date: the four-times-platinum “Lucid Dreams,” which earned over a billion total video and audio streams last year. In addition, Goodbye & Good Riddance includes Juice WRLD’s chart-climbing single “Armed and Dangerous.”

Juice WRLD will be performing at this year’s Coachella festival. He will then begin his headlining North American tour on April 25 at the PNE Forum in Vancouver, BC and wrap the tour June 8 at The Bomb Factory in Dallas, TX, with support from Ski Mask The Slump God and The Lyrical Lemonade All-Stars. Tickets are available here, along with a limited run of exclusive merch collaborations, with VLONE, Lyrical Lemonade, Half Evil, and Ransom.

Born Jarad Higgins, Juice WRLD got his start by shunning major streaming services and building a major following on Soundcloud. Within weeks of the February 2018 premiere of his video for “All Girls Are the Same,” he scored a deal with Interscope Records. Soon after the signing, Juice WRLD made his debut with Goodbye & Good Riddance and drew critical acclaim from the likes of the New York Times (who called it “one of the year’s most effective hip-hop releases”.) Juice WRLD also completed his sold-out debut headlining tour of North America in 2018 and is set to do the same again this year’s tour.

AMS Vans/Athlete Award Van

Atlanta-based AMS Vans teamed up with the Aimee Copeland Foundation and FODAC (Friends of Disabled Adults and Children) to present the keys for a wheelchair accessible minivan to the winner of an essay contest. The winner, Kendra Allen, is an Athens Tech college student whose essay detailed the challenges of growing up with cerebral palsy and her dream to help others with disabilities.

Allen’s prize is a 2012 Honda Odyssey wheelchair accessible minivan with $7,500 worth of reconditioning donated by AMS Vans, which will also provide free oil changes and tire rotation for as long as she owns the vehicle.

“I am so thankful for everyone who helped me get this minivan because it means I will finally be able to use my power wheelchair outside my home, making it so much easier to get to class at Athens Tech, see friends and eventually start my own business,” said Allen.

“AMS Vans is thrilled to help Kendra become more independent and we are inspired by her dedication to finish school and fulfill her dreams to create her own company to help others,” said Mark Shaughnessy, CEO of AMS Vans.

The minivan was donated by Aimee Copeland, a competitive swimmer and counselor who lost her hands, right foot and left leg from a flesh-eating bacterial infection in 2012. After receiving the vehicle as gift, she found new independence, started the Aimee Copeland foundation and became the official spokesperson for FODAC.

“This van changed my life and gave me freedom of mobility, and now I am paying it forward so that Kendra may have a better quality of life,” said Copeland. “We could not have done this without AMS Vans and FODAC, and I am grateful for their support.”

“As an advocate for those with disabilities we see first-hand how reliable transportation can change a person’s life by connecting them more readily to work and the community and we are excited to see Kendra succeed,” said Chris Brand, president and CEO of FODAC.

Allen’s essay was selected from 60-entries submitted to the contest that ran from January 7, 2019 to February 7, 2019. Her essay has been posted in full on the Aimee Copeland Foundation Blog.

JULIA MICHAELS recently surprised fans with the release of INNER MONOLOGUE PART I, a collection of highly anticipated new music featuring collaborations with Selena Gomez on “Anxiety” and Niall Horan on “What A Time.”  Upon arrival, the EP debuted at #1 on the iTunes Pop Albums Chart and #5 Overall iTunes Albums Chart, prompting three worldwide trending hashtags on Twitter.  In addition to critical acclaim, the music also received extensive support from artists like Shawn Mendes, Sam Smith, James Bay, Kelsea Ballerini, Maren Morris, Ingrid Michaelson, Selena Gomez, Niall Horan, and more.  Following the release, MICHAELS joined country superstar Keith Urban on the Australian Leg of his current world tour and will hit the road this March-May with P!NK on her “Beautiful Trauma World Tour.”

This spring, she also embarks on her first-ever headline tour “The Inner Monologue Tour” and unveils INNER MONOLOGUE PART II.

In 2015, MICHAELS transitioned from behind-the-scenes as a top songwriter for the likes of Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez into a force in her own right. As a solo act, she forged an unbreakable bond with countless fans worldwide and skyrocketed to the forefront of pop. She received two 2018 GRAMMY® Award nominations in top categories such as “Best New Artist” and “Song of the Year” for her debut single “Issues” from the 2017 mini-album Nervous System. “Issues” went triple-platinum, crossed 1 billion global streams, achieved consumption of 10 million, emerged as “the top-selling debut single of 2017,” and scored a spot as the only solo female contribution on Variety’s “30 Most Consumed Songs of 2017” list.

MICHAELS fired on all cylinders throughout 2018. Featuring on Clean Bandit’s “I Miss You,” she notched her first Top 10 on the Billboard Hot Dance/Electronic Songs Chart in addition to co-writing and lending her voice to Shawn Mendes’ “Like To Be You,” Lauv’s “There’s No Way,” and Noah Kahan’s “Hurt Somebody.” She also landed her first #1 at country radio with Keith Urban’s smash “Coming Home.” Not to mention, she wrote for everyone from Janelle Monàe and P!nk to Christina Aguilera and Jesse Ware as the year went on. Meanwhile, her solo single “Jump” [feat. Trippie Redd] cracked 100 million streams as she hit the stage at Jimmy Kimmel LIVE! and the Today Show Summer Concert Series to perform it. Along the way, she toured with the likes of Maroon 5, Keith Urban, Shawn Mendes, and Niall Horan. Most importantly though, these experiences prepared her for INNER MONOLOGUE PART I as she developed not only creatively, but personally as well.

Annie Lennox: Global International Women’s Day Initiative

As the women’s rights movement pushes forward, internationally acclaimed singer, songwriter, performer and Human Rights activist Annie Lennox and the NGO she founded, The Circle, have partnered with Apple Music for a Global International Women’s Day initiative launched today.

Together with Sammy Andrews and her team at Deviate Digital, they have created a short film in support of Global Feminism, an umbrella term inclusive of all approaches to women’s equality.

To help her, Annie has drawn support from some of the biggest names in music, film and beyond, including Ed SheeranDua Lipa, Richard E Grant, Emeli Sande, Hozier, Farhan Akhtar,Richa Chadha, Eddie Izzard, Gwendoline Christie, Beverley Knight and Mary J Blige.

Watch / share the short film here: http://apple.co/global-feminism

While we celebrate and acknowledge the advancement in women rights over the past 100 years, we must make sure it’s inclusive for all.  The short film aims to highlight the injustices still experienced by millions of women and girls the world over – from misogyny, rape and violence to pay disparity.

Every woman and girl, no matter where they live, no matter the colour their skin, no matter what religious faith, no matter what – MUST have access to the same basic human rights. Global Feminists believe in equality of rights, with empowerment and justice made available for every woman and girl in every corner of the world.

Annie Lennox: “Disempowerment creates an appalling way of life for millions of women and girls around the world. While physical or sexual violence affects one in three women, and two thirds of the world’s 757 million adults who cannot read or write are women … these are only two on a long list of disparity and injustice. We cannot ignore the fact that feminism must have a global reach.”

“At a time when there seems to be so much polarity and division in the world, the term ‘global feminism’ offers an opportunity for people from every walk of life, colour of skin, gender or sexual orientation to understand and identify with the bigger global picture. We need to stand shoulder to shoulder in support of human rights, justice and equality for women and girls everywhere in the world, especially in countries where they are not even near the lowest rung of the ladder.”

Rachel Newman (Apple Music Global Head of Editorial): Annie Lennox is not only one of the most prolific women in music, but one of the most dedicated and passionate women’s rights advocates of our time. Her efforts to better this world are truly inspiring and her impact is undeniable. This International Women’s Day we are thrilled and honored to support this incredible artist and share her message of #globalfeminism with our global audience.”

Sioned Jones (Executive Director, The Circle):‘Global Feminism is at the heart of what we do as we strive for a more equal and fairer world for women and girls.  On this International Women’s Day having a chance to remind us all of the huge inequalities and injustices that remain for millions of women and girls across the globe is important in ensuring no one is left behind in being able to realise their basic human rights.  We thank Annie, Apple Music  and all the contributors who have given up their time and support to this film and we all stand together as Global Feminists’

To accompany the short film, all participants shared their favourite songs inspired by visionary women with Apple Music for an exclusive #GlobalFeminism playlist in honour of International Women’s Day. You can listen to the playlist here http://apple.co/GlobalFeminism

ROSELLO RED

E.C.D. AUTOMOTIVE DESIGN COMPLETES WIDE-BODY DEFENDER 110, ONE OF THE FASTEST THE COMPANY HAS BUILT TO DATE

E.C.D. Automotive Design, known for their prestigious, high-end luxury vehicles, recently completed one of the fastest Defender 110’s the company has ever built.

The custom wide-body Defender 110, named Project Camper, is finished in a beautiful Rosello Red gloss paint. The color is quite stunning, appearing to move from a bright red to an almost-black finish depending on where the truck is and what time of day it is. It’s a color option available on several of the newer Land Rover models.

Project Camper is powered by an upgraded 6.2-liter LS3 V8 engine producing 565-horsepower and paired with a dual exhaust system from Borla Performance. The owner of this Defender 110 chose not to have a roll cage installed, which significantly reduces the weight of the truck in comparison to builds with the roll-cage. The result is apparent when accelerating in Project Camper, a pure put-you-back-in-your-seat feeling, making this custom Defender 110 one of the quickest trucks E.C.D. Automotive Design has built to date.

The interior of Project Camper features beautiful ivory-white leather and suede throughout. It provides a stark contrast to the dark exterior. The front and middle-row seats are heated and ventilated Corbeau Trailcat seats while the rear loading area features four inward-facing jump seats. The white and black interior

“The weight reduction in comparison to our other builds, paired with the upgraded LS3, makes this D110 one of the quickest trucks we’ve ever built to date,” says Tom Humble, founder of E.C.D. Automotive Design.

E.C.D. Automotive Design remains a leader in producing custom British classics that feature a culmination of new technology, high-end luxury, and performance.

How to Design Your Own Interactive Magic Mirror

Interactive magic mirrors are an interesting piece of tech. In an instant, they are able to provide those that look into them with all sorts of information, from personal skincare tips to what the weather outside is like on that day. They are also transforming the way people are now shopping for clothes and makeup, as they are able to show customers what they look like in certain styles.

If interactive magic mirror tech has taken your fancy, why stop at being a consumer of it? Why not go the whole hog and design your very own? To see what you need to do in order to set about this somewhat difficult yet highly rewarding task, make sure to read on.

Source the right tools and equipment

When it comes to designing an interactive magic mirror, you need an abundance of tools and pieces of equipment by your side:

• Computer screen, mouse, and keyboard

• Basic mirror

• Raspberry PI (extremely important)

• USB power cord

• 8GB SD-card

• Adapter

HDMI-to-VGA adapter

As this is fundamentally a piece of IoT technology, you’re also going to need tools that help you to build a circuit board. The first thing that you need to source in this regard is a PCB design tool. By installing and implementing such a tool into your working process, you will be able to design PCBs from idea to manufacture with ease, especially when you allow the CircuitStudio how-to video to assist you along the way. Other tools needed in this instance include a breadboard, a soldering iron, and etching equipment.

Get your sizes spot on

It is incredibly important that you take the literal size of your task into consideration — if something is even just an inch out of place, the whole project could be ruined. This sentiment rings especially true when it comes to matching your mirror with your computer screen. By choosing a screen that doesn’t fit your mirror, the render that the screens gives will be out of place and, subsequently, made to be all but redundant.

Install your Raspberry PI

The previously mentioned piece of equipment known as the Raspberry PI plays a pivotal role in proceedings, so make sure that you don’t forget to source one. When it comes to installing this equipment, just make sure that only one cord is pulled through the bottom of the mirror’s case — this will stop the tech from becoming overloaded with data and, ultimately, it will stop it from overheating.

Don’t forget to install the Raspbian operating system, as doing so will give you free rein to tap into the PI boot sequence as and when you see fit going forward.

Connect your mirror to the Internet

After all the hard work that you put in, it would be a shame to ruin it all by forgetting to connect your magic mirror to the Internet. Once this connection is forged, your mirror will be able to display real-time information, such as weather reports and news bulletins.

When you decide to design a magic mirror, you will be sure to be occupied for months on end. It will all be worth it in the end, though.

This Year’s Fashion Trends to Watch Out For

2018 was a year that focused on monochromatic looks, cropped pants, fringe, and Pantone lavender. Mostly, it was a renaissance period that brought back some classic to the fashion world.

In street fashion, the chunky trainers and cycling shorts of the ’90s became popular again as well as cat-eyed sunglasses. Off-shoulders and early 2000s fashion came back in vogue, too. Now it’s time to look forward to this year’s fashion trends and see what 2019 has in store for fashionistas across the world.

1. Street Upgrade

Last year, street wear was all about luxe athleisure, as previously pointed out here on 360 Magazine. Everyone was basically in comfy joggers or stylish leggings while upping their sneaker game. While the trend isn’t going away just yet, we’re seeing a lot more utility clothes on the streets. Watch out for khaki trousers, combat boots, utility jumpsuits, and a lot of boxy jackets. There’s definitely an emphasis on neutral tones that go with the whole boiler jumpsuit look.

Khaki and muted colors are in style, but so are vivid colors. In fact, neon keeps making a splash on high-profile runways and they’re already being welcomed by some of the biggest influencers. The Kardashian-Jenner clan were the first few to sport neon outside of fashion shows with model Ashley Graham also seen in a neon green and royal blue outfit. So, practice color-blocking with your #OOTDs. Whether you’re wearing a bright orange suit or an oversized neon hat, don’t be afraid to break the mold with your own version of a neon ensemble.

2. Revival

Every fashion season welcomes some form of revival, and this spring, it’s all about tie-dye, puffed shoulders, and leather. Leather never actually went out of style but it’s not just about pants or jackets anymore. Experiment with a leather skirt or a faux leather collared shirt—just be careful not to go over the top.

Hipsters rejoice, for tie-dye everything is making a comeback. But it’s not only surfers and nomads who are wearing it as big labels like Prada and Stella McCartney are peddling the trend with their high-fashion pieces dipped in colorful dye.

2019 is finally getting rid of the overdone off shoulder look and replacing it with puffy sleeves. A few ways to wear the puffy shoulder look were shared by Style Caster, and they all carry a very feminine vibe. The voluminous shoulder look comes with all kinds of pieces, from jumpsuits to knit sweaters to corduroy dresses. The key is to really play up delicate characteristics with wavy hair, layered necklaces, and a cute top handle bag.

3. Spring fling

Spring is almost synonymous with patterns and it’s no surprise that animal prints have been reborn. Leopard, in particular, dominated the catwalk this season. But don’t be afraid to mix different animal prints, as it can be a very bold but gorgeous statement. Of course, the most reliable style for spring is floral prints to go with the season. Woman Within lists an entire range of midi dresses, including pieces that feature staple spring designs like floral prints and light colors. Spring is really the only season you can bust out your flowery outfits and still look very chic and updated. To accompany it, a top handle purse is a great choice, with fashion houses like Michael Kors, Prada, and Chloé all featuring them on their recent runway shows.

Soneva Fushi on Maldivian Island

SONEVA FUSHI UNVEILS NEW VILLA FEATURING THE TALLEST POINT ON ITS MALDIVIAN ISLAND

Soneva, the world-leading luxury resort operator, has just unveiled its newest villa at Soneva Fushi, a 20,000-square-foot five-bedroom villa, located on the sunrise side of this private island resort in the Baa Atoll of the Maldives. Villa 37’s main highlight is its 36-foot-tall viewing tower that features a dining table called the Moonlight Table. This viewing tower is now the tallest point on the island and the ideal spot from which to take in panoramic views, sunrises, sunsets and stargazing. The maximum occupancy for this villa is ten adults, or eight adults and four children. This villa is very different from Soneva Fushi’s other villas in terms of its design and architecture, and has set the benchmark for all new and renovated villas at Soneva Fushi.

The master bedroom features a dressing room with a daybed, indoor and outdoor showers, and an outdoor bathtub. The support pillars in the open-plan dining, kitchen and living areas were constructed from upside-down tree trunks, with the roots branching out across the ceiling. The lights above the bar are suspended from the ceiling on gnarled vines. The kitchen comes with its own wine fridge, minibar and a fully stocked pantry. The living room features a curved daybed lined with wooden fish. The villa also features a library, sauna, steam room, pool table and foosball table. There’s a 3,700-square-foot pool that wraps around the entire front of the villa, which includes a 270-square-foot children’s pool and a water slide.

Villa 37 is also the latest addition to the Soneva Villa Ownership program, allowing returning guests to own a Soneva villa. Soneva made history by being the first and still the sole developer to offer luxury homes to foreigners in the Maldives. The villas become part of the resorts’ accommodation pool when owners are not in residence, earning them a strong cash yield, with capital prices appreciating by approximately 9% per year. Other benefits of being an owner include 20% savings on food and beverage, as well as on all flight transfers to/from Malé. The villa is also fully maintained by the resort, which includes repairing and replacing furniture, fixtures, lighting, gardening and cleaning. Each private residence at Soneva Fushi is designed to meet its owner’s specific requirements, while remaining true to the brand mission of “intelligent luxury.”
