It’s usually Dubai that earns the name for developing illustrious projects that claim world records and massive reception. The same can be said for the rest of the Emirates as well. The United Arab Emirates’ history is interspersed with its geography that extends from the longest shorelines to the highest dunes in the Gulf region. Residents and inhabitants will commonly find themselves immersed in these natural formations. Such is the philosophy behind the Sharjah Waterfront City which is being proclaimed as a destination of beauty.
True to its title, the project has captivated investor interests for its lucrative design which has combined the best and beautiful aspects of a natural foundation set aside a coastal creation that can only be described as ‘out of this world’.
The Dh25 billion project is split over six phases over eight natural islands. Phase I consists of 321 villas on Sun Island which have already been sold out- a testament to Sharjah’s rising
position as a real estate haven. The islands will consist of 1500 three, four, five, and six-bedroom villas as well as 95 mid-rise and high-rise towers, 14 hotels and serviced apartments.
Dusit and Kempinski are two hotel brands that have been roped in to set up world class destinations. Sun Island will occupy 205592.9 sqm of total area while the villas will take up 95566.09 sqm of area. The Crystal Lagoon water theme park will also be a part of the mixed use development.
Phase II will see the construction of commercial units and two hotels. The Waterfront City is Sharjah’s next step in providing state of the art living accommodations for a rapidly growing populace that drives the economy of the Emirate. To further augment the living experience and to cut down on environmental damages, all units have a solar water heating system, aluminum shade parking, home automated technologies and holocron roof slabs.
Anticipated for completion by the end of 2018, Phase I will just be the beginning of what is being called the third biggest real estate project in the Middle East, bringing something amazing for residents, shoppers, nature lovers, sports junkies and luxury heads.
Last night concluded the Los Angeles leg of OTRII tour, featuring Beyoncé and Jay-Z.
DJ Khaled opened up for the Carters alongside of special guests – Tyga, Tank, YG and Ella Mai. With thousands of screaming fans, Bey and her husband transformed the Rose Bowl into an iconic night to commemorate. Massive LED screens, scores of dancers coupled with pyrotechnics and a state-of-the-art sound system commanded one of the most powerful performances of our lifetime. No wonder the show (earlier this year) has been decorated by both Michelle and Barack Obama’s presence as well as the Kardashians and Oprah. ‘Apeshit‘ off of their latest collaboration Everything is Love was a crowd favorite as Bey spits some serious bars with her epic flow which rivals some of today’s top lyricists.
With less than 8 shows left, you may want to consider making arrangements to see this landmark presentation at on of its last stops.
If anything to witness the bright smiles of 11 high school students who will receive one $100,000 scholarships (per city) from both the BeyGOOD and Shawn Carter foundations.
“Entering ACJ Infinito means exploring a place of wonders, where each element, space, and color are hand-stitched around the needs and requirements of the client, transforming them into emotion and inspiration”.
ACJ319neo Infinito is an ultra-luxurious jet born from the shared passion of Airbus Corporate Jets (ACJ) and Pagani Automobili, which decided, in 2016, to combine their artisanal skills and pioneering vision in order to create something absolutely unique.
The Infinito cabin represents the quintessence of the Pagani philosophy in a state-of-the-art aircraft: a distinctive style, seamlessly combined with unrivalled material technology. Infinite, just like man’s gaze towards the horizon and beyond.
After tireless work and profound study of the physical and sensorial aspects of air travel, the two companies now present new values and ideas of travel aboard an aircraft, which, from a mere means of transport thus becomes a place of emotion and inspiration, without sacrificing important engineering achievements. ACJ Infinito is, in fact, a made-to-measure work of art entirely designed around the sensations and the emotions of the client.
All Airbus corporate jets come from the most modern family of aircraft on the market and offer the highest world standards of care in corporate aviation. ACJ customers are always part of a dedicated and exclusive community, they are provided with a dedicated service wherever they choose to fly in the world. They purchase much more than a product: they invest in their future, for a unique flying experience.
For the first time, two different worlds, two centres of excellences come together to give birth to a unique project: an aircraft that mirrors Leonardo Da Vinci’s principle of Art and Science: the harmony of beauty and engineering, both in the outcome and in the way of working. Pagani has always been a creator of tailored clothes and high-performance hypercars, whose technical content also exudes passion, technology and research into unique designs. Every object is unique, every creation is an art object that inspires and thrills with its lines and forms. The ideal of beauty is taken to a whole new level with the Infinito cabin, conveying the same emotions as a work of art, nurturing the mind and the senses, as well as relaxing the body during travel.
Detail, spaces, colors. “Each sensation conveyed by Infinito has to be the same as that conveyed by a work of art. These are the emotions we live for and we simply can’t live without,”tells Horacio Pagani, Chief Designer and Founder of Pagani Automobili, about the project, its main inspiration and the collaboration with ACJ.
“We were emotionally involved from the beginning. The project seemed challenging, to say the least.” The Modenese Atelier of hypercars has deployed its extensive experience in composite material and provided Class A tailored carbon fiber components, despite the high investments and production costs. “We have the technology, knowledge and skill for this project,” emphasises Horacio Pagani on the challenges that emerged in the process, “and we do want to invest in this direction.” Pagani’s expertise and advanced composite materials are used in the interiors of an airplane for the very first time, including carbon fiber and carbo-titanium, saving about a tonne compared with other similar projects, thus improving both range and take-off performance.
The interiors are designed around the client’s flight experience, with thorough attention to physical sensations and feelings. “We started with the client, around him we created a relaxing and comfortable environment, not only for the shapes and the design, but also for the visual sensation, for which we followed some chromotherapy principles. Even the smallest detail was given the maximum attention, so as to dynamically assist the client’s sensations across different time zones.” Infinito’s sky ceiling, entirely lined with digital displays, offers a play of light and images, for example, by projecting a sunset or a starry sky, minimising the physical and mental effects of jet lag.
“The feel of the materials, the warmth of the leather or the wood, the intelligence and sinuosity of the spaces, each detail has to convey emotions of peace and safety, like when we’re home or in a familiar and inspiring place.” continues Horacio Pagani on the choice of materials and the habitability of the aircraft. “Our idea is of a single, great space which fosters both movement and sensorial perceptions.” The absence of visual barriers, and the sense of infinite vision that surrounds the client, are the objectives of this tailored creation, simple but essential elements to facilitate a journey of several hours. The compartments inside are, in fact, provided with opacifying glass, when privacy is wished, supported by a carbon fiber framework, hand-made by the Modenese artisans, a homage to the first air inventions of the past centuries, and at the same time a highly robust solution.
ACJ319neo’s interior was entirely designed not only for artistic appeal, but also to be functional: after thorough research on internal spaces and volumes, ACJ Infinito’s compartments provide larger capacity while being less intrusive than other interior designs.
The feeling of hospitality in this ultra-luxurious jet continues with the choice of the single spaces within the aircraft. “At the entrance, a cafe. A genuine and heartfelt way to welcome your client is, of course, by providing refreshment!”. The feeling of familiarity, of home, that you can breathe within Infinito sometimes makes us forget about being on an airplane. This is the uniqueness that ACJ and Pagani Automobili have been striving for in the making of this flying artwork. Home is a safe and peaceful place, as well as a place of inspiration and emotions. Infinito aims to project the client into the same atmosphere of absolute relaxation, to stimulate his imagination and inspiration, reshaping the time of the journey into a time of ideas, visions and answers.
Infinito comes to life for art lovers, for those who love beauty and genius, for those who have an extremely refined idea of air travel, a dream to share with somebody. It’s not just a mere exercise in style, it’s a handmade piece of art, created to trigger sincere and genuine emotions in the client’s heart.
“To us, individual tailoring is what boosts and enriches our imagination – and that of our clients. It is pure passion for our work, and for customer care.”
The new era of corporate jets finds Pagani Automobili and ACJ collaborating side by side to create this new, absolutely made-to-measure masterpiece, bringing their infinite artisanal experience to a fast-growing and extremely fascinating market.

Since the release of the album “Real to death”, the pioneer of Trap Latino, Anuel AA, has not stopped receiving good news and a wonderful response from his fans, who have downloaded the songs from the album in a massive way, making him creditor of different recognitions just two months after its premiere.
Since its controversial launch and without having made a promotion to date, “Real to death” is already a Platinum record in the United States, and also holds the coveted certification of the RIAA (Recording Industry Association of America). Taking into account that there are more strict requirements and it is more difficult to certify an album than a single, this has been a great achievement to be the first musical production of this exponent of the urban genre. Not just an achievement for him, but for the urban genre in general, since Anuel AA is the only Latin solo artist to obtain a Platinum Record for an album released this year.
“When we thought about making the record, we never imagined that all these blessings would come, especially being an independent label, which shows me that I must always be faithful to my genre and to the fans who have supported me from the beginning,” said Anuel AA.
On the other hand, some of the songs on the album, “Real hasta la muerte”, have received their own recognitions individually. The song “Yeezy”, a duet with the Puerto Rican Ñengo Flow, became a Gold Record, as well as “Na Nuevo”, for its large number of downloads on digital platforms.
For its part, the theme “Brindemos” along with his great friend and fellow genre, Ozuna, reached the rating of Double Platinum, while the themes “Want to drink” and “Hypocrite”, which performed a duet with Zion, reached both Platinum Disc certification.
Superheroes walking the corridors, live art performances, a car show, and a DJ night. What sounds like a unforgettable music festival was the star attraction of the Dubai International Academic City where its annual event titled Jashn was celebrated.
Literally translating to ‘celebration’, JASHN 2018 stepped up to the occasion by centering on a theme that seemed to be at the tip of everyone’s tongue-comic books and movies. The Dubai Campus of BITS Pilani raised the bar once again by setting up one of the most elaborate stages in the region inviting the best to showcase their skills. And with the atmosphere of Marvel and DC to drive the festivities, the event proved to be a great crowd-puller for students and teens.
The inaugural ceremony occurred on the 16 th of April and was marked by a musical evening by the musicians of the campus followed by a stage play round and a fashion show by the group called Drape. To conclude the evening in a round of laughter and splits, popular Indian comic Biswa Kalyan took to the stage and left the audience wanting for more.
The second day for was an energetic extension with further competitions defined by quizzes, musicals, musical battles and a lot more. The next day attracted a great crowd for the detective themed scavenge hunt titled ‘CSI’ followed by instrumental competitions, dancing doubles, a fashion show round and a guest performance by the artist Rooh. All the while, the crowd outside were being entertained by a high octane road show featuring the best cars.
But the level had to be raised further as the campus closed the event with a awe-inspiring round of competitions attracting students with an artistic touch with a solo stage play round, a poetry slam competition, a group dance show off and finally a DJ performance by the duo Sunburn- Siana Caherine and Zephyrtone.
JASHN 2018 La Comic Fiesta had achieved the same mass appeal of the very comic brands it endorsed and plans on scaling new heights with the coming years.

LA-based artist morgxn and Alt-Pop four-piece WALK THE MOON have come together to reveal their take on morgxn’s standout single “home.” With dynamic visuals on the way, “home” seamlessly blends morgxn’s vocals with WALK THE MOON frontman Nicholas Petricca. The pair sang “home” for the first time live at morgxn’s Lollapalooza debut performance earlier this summer and decided to go into the studio to turn it into an official collaboration.
Morgxn about the single:
“When Nicholas from WALK THE MOON joined me at Lollapalooza on this song I felt something cosmic in that moment and the idea was born to make a new version. How often do you get to step back on the mic and sing with the feeling of singing in Paris, London, Berlin, Salt Lake City, Sacramento, Chicago, New York, Nashville… How often do you get to sing a song already knowing it has changed your life? That’s this version. That’s this HOME.”
Morgxn who recently released his debut album vital sat down with Rolling Stone GRAMMYs at Lollapalooza to shed light on his standout song “home” (over 10m streams) and a Robert Smith-approved cover of The Cure’s “boys don’t cry.” Additionally, his song “carry the weight” was the soundtrack to HBO’s chill-inducing “Share The Love” PRIDE campaign HERE and added to SiriusXM’s Alt Nation. 360 Magazine Culture Editor,Tom Wilmer, reports from Wisconsin where he discovers a last hope option for unadoptable dogs and cats.
There are two standard options for dogs and cats that arrive at shelters and pounds: adoption or euthanasia.
Lisa LaVerdia decided to create another option that she dubbed The Third Door, providing a home for unadoptable dogs and cats.
Dr. Jane Goodall visits with Home For Life’s Raha
In a recent visit to Home For Life in rural Wisconsin Tom learns that LaVerdia was a successful lawyer with a specialization in asbestos issues and juvenile lead poisoning.
But mid-career, she took down her shingle, purchased 40 acres skirting the Apple River in Star Prairie, Wisconsin, and opened the Home For Life sanctuary for dogs and cats.

Central to Laverdia’s mission is to provide care for life for dogs and cats that are unadoptable—either due to severe health issues or traumatic injuries, often intentionally inflicted by sadistic tormenters.
Through a network of animal rescuers around the world, the dogs arrive from various countries including India, Southeast Asia, Mexico and Saudi Arabia.
The facility includes temperature-controlled buildings and three catteries, including a building specifically for cats with communicable feline leukemia.

In addition to being home to an average of 100 cats, about 100 dogs reside at the facility in doggie accommodations that include suites and townhouses designed for dogs who need to live in pairs or small groups— complete with piped-in music.
Dog and cat runs are attached to each residential unit, along with four off-leash, expansive meadows.
